Matthyse was enjoying his long rest, having finally fallen asleep next to Kuuraht. And wakes up the sudden sting at his side, eyes open wide and a pained scream (a short one).
He sees the figure before him, blade in hand and blood dripping from it (I assume). He'll stand up using 15ft movement, his weapons and armor are out of reach... but he'ss not defenseless. Matthyse will (if it's allowed) grab Kuurat to his feet and keep them behind him.
And he will guiding bolt the entity (if it's attacking me, I ain't gonna have a chance to heal anyways, is my thought process).
With a +6 to the roll (I'll roll both here since it might be at disadvantage because of the proximity):

I get out of under the bed, and I smirk because I know that this could have happened, I look at Matt and put a finger in front of my mouth to show him to stay quiet. I start slowly towards the person, I start going a little bit faster. Then I go into a sprint and grapple the person.
OoC: I think that I have advantage right? Is this a reaction action?

OoC: you know that grappling doesn't just last one turn, right? They have to do an acrobatics check to get out of my grapple, which I would contest with an athletics check. And that takes an action.
