Kuuraht narrowly avoids a spear that comes swinging out of nowhere. If he wants to, he can catch it (it's not actually going that fast, it seems like it was meant to surprise you).

Death saving throws: When it's my first turn 19, second turn of mine 14, third turn of mine 12.: All Success!!!
OoC: I have to wait three turns :/:/:/

(OOC: yep he could)
Calanin? You're up.
Kuuraht keeps swimming and eventually makes it to Freytha. She's a bit heavy due to the water she's swallowed, but not heavy enough that you can't pick her up (although I'm gonna say your speed is halved).

My titles are the great Silver Dragon Lord of the Sky, Second in Command of the Dragon Cult, High Warlock of Cynophobia, High Cultist of Jeff, The Lightning Mage. I’m a ✨Chronically online teenage boy✨, and one of the most active posters on the forums (MORE THAN SALEM AND GONZALO). Always open to talk if you’d like to shoot me a PM! Please don’t hesitate to tell me I’m being a jerk or overbearing, I love helpful feedback! Love y’all!
Grabbing Freytha and securing her over my shoulder, I do my best to ascend once more. I can only hope the others have held off that monster while I was gone. Looking over at my unconscious guide, I can't help but also hope she's not gone yet...
My lungs are burning. I need to surface. Soon!
[Bad Athletics and Survival roll in game log. Take your pick. If you like me being around, pleeeease pick neither]

After a struggle, your lungs burning, you finally surface and gasp for air, Freytha beside you. (OOC: A Constitution check if you want)
Breaching the surface, I work to keep Freytha's head above the water. I call to Matthÿse, who seems to be flying -- or I'm hallucinating from a lack of air. I hold Freytha up the best I can. I can already tell: I can't swim back and carry her.
[This next part, feel free to count as my next turn, if I'm given some relief and if the weird isn't dead yet. I made my attack roll with disadvantage.]
Feeling a great weight lifted, I turn about face, still bobbing on the water's surface. I few quick words and a Firebolt carries from my fingertips to strike the weird myself. Damned elemental. My magic then pulls me closer to shore, of which I am thankful.
[To hit, Dis: (17/19), Damage: 5]

[Eh. I have magic.]
I continue swimming down, towards my unconscious ally. I can only hope the others can keep that elemental busy...!

Bless bonus to both attacks:
3
2
Currently DMing:
The first one hits with Bless, and Saferetan falls out of the weird's grip, but the second one misses.

If Calanin's turn is over, Matthyse will cast his last 1st level spell, Healing Word, on Saferetan. In his mind, he'll hear "Wake up! We need you!"
And he will fly superhero-style towards the Water Weird with his warhammer and shield in hand to try and hit it:
To hit: 10 (he did not bless himself)
Damage: 9 bludgeoning (if it hits)
[ OOC: I rolled it using the character sheet. ]
Currently DMing:
[ OOC: Next up is Kuuraht and then Saferetan, who should be conscious after receiving 7 points of healing. ]

Sadly, the weird goes underwater and dodges, coming back up when the danger is gone.
Kuuraht is up next, then Saferetan & then the weird again.
