As this campaign is going rather slowly, decided to join another PbP game.
Gotta admit - even if that one is ridiculous and fun, BIG BIG thanks to our DM for organizing EVERYTHING so perfectly. No chaos, only order. Here I really understand everything that's going on.
Read your post a few times to make sure I was picking up what you were putting down ... and I ended up talked myself in circles.
After joining the other tale you intend to stick with this one as well, yes? Or was this message a 'hey, thanks for everything, guys ... but I'm outta here."

Oh, dammit. Non native English speaker is showing I guess. I'm just doing 2 adventures now. Yours is waaaay better.
(I can barely speak one language ... much less imagine playing a text-based game in other than my mother-tongue. If I am making it difficult by using a term that someone is unfamiliar with, I have no problems clarifying something I have typed.)

Same. I don't know Spanish or Tagalog sadly, even when I probably should.
Also I'm glad to hear you're not leaving us, Miglaseiz! It's been great playing with you
A lot of shifting positions in the current round, gang.
I'll try to break it down here so people can see how it played out in the initiative order. Currently, no opportunity attacks have been triggered by any of this movement.
First, before the round began, Balen joined the heroes.
So when Faen said back up 5' ... that square was blocked, so Faen moved 10' instead.
The kuo-toa joined the fray. (moved West into difficult terrain)
Then the death dog freed itself and advanced. (West 1 then NW diagonal 1)
Finally, Balen moved to attack the kuo-toa. (SE 1 through Ichep, then East 1)
All in all ... a LOT of movement for the round. I know this round summary's map will look a lot different than the last round summary ... wanted to make sure you guys saw how it played out.
The round summary was just a quick update today, gang.
I 'thought' I had the day off ... but as I was typing up the round summary, my boss called me with a quasi-crisis at work. There goes my three day weekend!

Thank you for that summary. I was very confused by the new configuration, but this clears it up.
I agree with the others: you’re doing a great job at explaining things. This is my first PbP campaign, so the extra effort you’re putting in to give summaries, create maps for each round, etc is incredibly helpful.
Maybe we can befriend doggo. It looks very tameable. Druid where u at? xD
There is the usual druid shit and then there is this :D It probably don't want my berries.
ON OUR NEXT TURN LET'S ALL PET THE DOG
surprise attack of snuggles
There are 2 heads to pet.
Just now seeing this. Sorry to have missed so much of the OOC thread.
This is an amazing idea. DD is now the party’s pet. We leave fish boy confused in the dungeon, and the party goes to have drinks. DD needs two though, one for each head.
Next day, we take DD to local vet to cure that nasty disease and make him a healthy puppy. DD then becomes a local celebrity, allowing him a discount at the tavern (helpful with two mouths) and many pats.
Fish remains in dungeon, grumpy and confused as to what happened.
Geez, really just wanted to praise our DM, but turned out weird.
Now for the second part of asserting dominance - I'm fluent in 3 languages and learning a 4th - basically an average Eastern European :D
All jokes aside - Really not planning to leave any time soon (Unless hell dog specifies otherwise).
Dangggg bro big flex
Haha nah though that's real cool. I'm tutoring this Ukrainian guy and he knows like 3 languages too and I'm like how?! All the time people come up to me speaking Spanish and I just stare completely confused like sorry I don't understand
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Okay, the world presents some problems and we don't know what to do / You've come to find your feelings aren't exactly what you knew.
Chin up! / Don't bet on sinking ships because they'll turn your chips to trash. / You've got to set your sights and hopes on setting not to crash!
The truth can seem quite bleak if you don't make your plans unfurl / But I would not let that mar my opinion of the world!

Balen should chug the mistery potion and see what happens.
glug! glug! glug! drink it up!

Thank you for the kind words. I have a somewhat uncontrollable urge to herd cats.
The game is actually setting a land speed record in the SVA-verse. Usually, the one-post-a-day rate is unheard of.

I'll echo the DM's sentiment; this campaign's proceeding rather rapidly compared to some I've done on here. Zero complaints from me so far.
Oh, dammit. Non native English speaker is showing I guess. I'm just doing 2 adventures now. Yours is waaaay better.
Oh and I'm not complaining about the speed. I just wanted more for my "addiction".
Glad to hear you're not leaving. We can use all the help we can get.
Yes, that pupper with 2 heads needs some training
I wouldn't have guessed that at all.
I'm pretty sure you are not alone. We have another ESL player as well ... German would be my guess.
^^ Speaking of ...

Death Dog! Watch out, hell will send you a cease and desist letter if you tarnish the reputation of their doggos.

That'd definitely be a different approach. :D
