Mumbling under breath.  Never anything like a kitten stuck in tree … or my bunnies escaped from ther cage… always … this monster is about to eat the town and will kill you if you don’t kill it first.  Type stuff.

I’m trying to look around.  Hopefully with this being a seemingly flat terrain with no obstacles my eyes of eagles will help us see things approaching.

 So much for my darkness spell.   Likely the fire resistance will come in handy.    And I’m assuming that ,if a demon is approaching our fire spells are useless

Smudge religion 5+3=8. Lamentably need a multiplier not an addition to make that roll useful. 😆

Ooc: I cast the Aid spell which is 1 of 3 level 2 spell slots.

Second attempt: 4+3=7 with no additional bonuses. Hopefully Darbakh has a clue since details about this are apparently not in any scroll that Smudge has read!
