It appears to me that Jerek is dead. Jayce looks around to see what kind of attention this little incident has drawn. How many witnesses are there? What is their reaction?
I pick Jerek up and try to throw him over my shoulders in a fireman’s carry (STRENGTH a roll of 17) and move around to the side of the guildhall. I will look for a place to dispose of the body.
When I get back, I ask Maven to stand off to the side of the entrance of the Guildhall and wait. I ask Dagget to stay in his sniper’s nest and wait. I ask Guias to find a defensive position to support Maven. I want to create an ambush kill box for the Jerek’s 2 companions when they come back from lunch.

Jayce rolled a 9 for initiative. He casts Scared Flame at Tallis for 8 points of damage, if successful. After casting the spell, he readies his mace and rushes into melee with Tallis.
