Peering into the tunnel that the goblin escaped down Yuri calls out in goblin, "We won't harm you. We have questions about the man and dwarf you took. We can pay you for information. We can pay gold."
She looks down the cliff. "Renvalm, grab this rope please." If he grabs it, she'll slide down it and rush to Sildar's side. She'd healed him earlier, so he shouldn't be dying.
Renvalm will grab the rope and lower her down. "Make sure he makes it, he is the only source of information we have."

“Spirit. In every language in all the Realms, surface and Underdark, in every time and every place, the word has a ring of strength and determination. It is the hero's strength, the mother's resilience and the poor man's armor. It cannot be broken and it cannot be taken away.”
Ren goes over Yeemik's possessions. He finds a pouch containing three gold teeth (1GP each) and 15 silver pieces (3 SP for each PC). Yuri calls out for the goblin, but just the echo returns to Yuri. There is no sign of the fleeing goblin. Gramgran makes her down the rope to Sildar. He is badly beaten, his common clothing covered in blood. Sildar props himself up as Gramgran comes to his aid. "I appreciate the healing. Whats your name and how did you find me? I was sure I was dead. That big goblin wanted to kill be but the bugbear wouldn't allow it. I was separated from Gundren after the ambush. The goblin's said Gundren was to be brought to the Black Spider, that all I know of who ever that is. The goblins took his map of the secret entrance of Wave Echo Cave. It sounded like Gundren and the map were taken to Cragmaw Castle, but I don't know where that is, though some locals in Phandalin may. I would like to get there myself. I have a contact in that town that may be able to help us."
"What is this Wave Echo Cave I speak of?" He continues, "the three Rockseeker brothers recently located an entrance to the long-lost Wave Echo Cave. There is the site of the mines of the Phandelver's Pact. More than five hundred years ago, clans of dwarves and gnomes made an agreement known as the Phandelver's Pact." Sildar spits up blood, wiping his mouth clean. "Under the pact, they would share a rich mine in a wondrous cavern known as Wave Echo Cave. In addition to its mineral wealth, the mine contained great magical power. Human spellcasters allied themselves with the dwarves and gnomes to channel and bind that energy into a great forge. Times were good, and the nearby human town of Phandalin prospered as well. But then disaster struck when orcs swept through the North and laid waste to all in their path. A powerful force of orcs reinforced by evil mercenary wizards attacked Wave Echo Cave to seize its riches and magic treasures. Human wizards fought alongside their dwarf and gnome allies to defend the Forge of Spells, and the ensuing spell battle destroyed much of the cavern. Few survived the cave-ins and tremors, and the location of Wave Echo Cave was lost........"
Yuri turns to the party, "Seems like maybe we should take a quick rest before heading back to the cart. I'm going to scout out the tunnel looking for that last goblin."
Turning away, Yuri proceeds up the tunnel, keeping an eye out for any hidden goblins.

Yuri heads out of the cavern checking the immediate area. No signs of goblins are found. You’re sure the goblin left the cave completely.
“As it is getting late, and that last blow took its toll, how about we rest for the evening? If we rest within this cave structure, we could take turns on lookout from the same cover out in front of the entrance. What do you think?”
Yuri returns to the group, his weapons stowed. "I think we're alone now. No sign of that goblin."
Walking over to Sildar he drops and sits on the floor, taking some rations from his pack and offering some food.
OOC Do casters want to recover some spell slots? If so, we need a long rest, if it's just hp, we can do a short rest.
OOC - Morpetor is out of slots and has low hp. Is there anything left to do since it is evening? We could take a long rest and get an early start the next morning.
"Why don't we get those crates from the other cave and head out to the cart to rest? Make sure the horse is still fine, and nobody has taken anything? I'm not really comfortable resting beside a pile of dead goblins. Not to mention the smell!"
"Very well, I'll start carrying them there. Will anyone be helping me?" Renvalm will return to the crates and start moving them to the mouth of the cave so he doesn't have to re-enter the cave on return trips to retrieve a crate. Once that is done he will start taking them to the cart.

She will bustle around everybody saying, "Come on, just have to do a few more things before sleeping. Make sure you're not missing anything, and let's head to the cart for a nice long rest, okay?" She makes sure everyone has all of their stuff, and basically is a grandma trying to get these grandchildren packed up and in the car. "You all can rest when we get there, I'll take first watch."
Youre all able to move the crates together. After returning down the trail, Yuri is able to locate the traps again without an issue. The group makes it to the cart with the supplies. The cart is no worse for the wear, but the horses do look hungry. Its about midnight at this point. The moon beams shine down from a cloudless sky, but low rolling fog has moved in.

”While you’re looking around, please let me know if you find any diamonds or pearls.” I could use them for a couple of powerful spells.

OOC - how do we get our hp back with a short rest?
OOC Hit dice. You can roll them on a short rest to regain that number of hpplus your constitution modifier.
OOC - Morpetor is out of slots and has low hp. Is there anything left to do since it is evening? We could take a long rest and get an early start the next morning.
OOC Long rest it is! I imagine Kim might be in a similar place.
