Round 2 action: Aelar wants to check the floor to see if it’s possible to disrupt the rune (break the tile/floor so the rune isn’t complete). Not sure what to roll for this. OOC - I don’t think Orjon is within 10ft of me (other side of the room?) so he doesn’t get my +5 to saving throws.
Orjon fights the urge to just run across the room and will just wait to see if his companions can figure this out. he has realized this is far beyond his expertise.
Orjon you run in and just started slamming the floor your first hit does nothing but the second you see a large crack form the next 2 cause it to expand. The runes disappear from the floor and ceiling.
End of initiative
Door is still locked but now you can just slice the puzzle without the risk of a energy bolt
Magic cant beat my fist! As for the door, I dont know if you fellas have some sorta tricks up your sleeve, but when in doubt i cant always try breaking it down! just let me know.
Therkis climbs down from the wall and deactivates his slippers. He walks over to the locked door to determine the source of the lock….whether it is mechanical or magical. I rolled a 10 (+9) for a PERCEPTION atoll of 19.
