After a moment of hesitation, Lyra slowly strolls over to the halfling. She looks at him appraisingly, and then stops next to him, with her hands in her pockets. She gives him a nod with an eyebrow raised. "So. I hear you're the one to fill us in?"
Hopespark gives the party the once over before smirking.
"You lot? You survived a dragon attack," the halfling says looking half shocked and half impressed but doesn't wait for comment before plowing ahead! "Right this way yeah," he then say moving towards the steps.
Moving down them with a childlike sprint Hopespark nearly leaves all of you behind reaching the forest floor with neck breaking speed!
"Right metal men you're in West Watch," he points to Hrain and Pat then to a large tree with white bark that looks like a birch. Its giant like all the other trees around it and alive with sounds of tge forest life. "There's ravens up there. Anything suspicious send one with a report," he explains then turns to Folzi and Lyra. "East watch for you too," he explains gesturing however at a pine tree with a barely visible large bucket hanging a few inches off the ground. "There's the lift. Just tell Garr 'up top' and he'll get you there," he points directly at a creature that looks like a cow and a rhino had a baby but it's wearing a wooly coat! "Same with the ravens for you both" he says waggling bushy eyebrows. "Any funny business report it," he adds. "Questions," he then asks eyeing the group stroking his goatee with a cocked eyebrow.
OOC: check in, your first watch round, and then we'll fast forward level up!

(OOC: Point of clarification please - is there a lift bucket at the West Watch as well or do we go up in the East Watch bucket and somehow cross-over to the West Watch point?)
"Hm. Alright then." She halts for a moment, stopping herself from walking over to the rather alternative means of transportation. "We've seen a lot of 'funny stuff' these days, so we might be a little out of perspective. Anything in particular we should be aware of?" Lyra sais while turning back around to the halfling. "We dont mean to unnessecarily exhaust your birds, after all."

"As you command" Hrain replies to the halfling before moving off towards his post "Come on Pat, let's show them we have sharp eyes and keen minds under all this armour".
"Have things been quiet around here? Anything in particular we should be looking out for," Folzi querries the halfling.
"Don't' go falling out of a tree now, you two,"Folzi calls to the two former paladins. Having received his answers, he heads off behind Lyra toward the east bucket. "So, this should be fun, huh?"he says to the sorcerer.
"Alright, buisiness as usual then..." Lyra walks off following Folzi and tries to climb into the lift. "Yeah well...i dont know about fun, but not being chased does feel good for a change. This might be almost as relaxing as the camp time." She adds with a grin.
Watch passes and the party finds again a true sense of peace. The forest is alive with wild things. People and animals move freely about without chains. The watch comes to a close with yet another communal feast which the party is welcome. Surrounded by the skeptical as well as curiously friendly alike you all enjoy your fill of food and drink. Then you are allowed to linger around the hearths or go to bed. After this great day you spend the next following fortnight much the same. You hear whispers of raids made by the Wild folk but nothing is truly discussed in your presents and after while at your watch posts or during your free time you feel the Everbright and counsel has abandoned you but you are then called into a small chamber and asked to join a raiding party.
OOC: Everyone please post your activities during the time jump and we'll then move forward.

During one of the early feats, Pat approaches Rurick Ironfist carrying two tankards of ale and says "over my career I've come across many dwarves - good scrappers all of them - but I've never been able to understand what they're saying. Do you think that you could teach me some of the language?"
Hrain enjoys the quieter times, it is a world he has never experienced having spent all his life in the waste - curiosity takes over and he spends lots of his free time trying to learn the skills of the wild folk - he tries to learn to move stealthily but his armour is a hindrance, he finds more success in crafting, he takes to woodcarving quickly and easily, curious as to how the arms and armour are made without the large forges and tools required to make steel equipment.

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
Being back in the forest has reminded Folzi much of his time back in his homelands in the woods to the southwest of Foraois. This atmosphere seems to have a calming effect on the gnome. He seems to become a little less prickly during this time in the wild folk camp. He even takes some time to converse with the small animals of the forests as he did when he was young. Walking beneath the trees without his shoes, allowing the grasses to tickle his feet.
The rogue also resumes some of his old tricks from the camp, the primary being his sneaking around and swiping food from Hrain’s plate with his invisible magic appendage.
During some of his time while not on watch in the Folzi can be seen - or not (invisibility) - loitering around members of the council, attempting to find out pieces of information regarding these raids by the wild folk that he has caught word of. Anything that he discovers would be shared with his companions from the camp.
The events from the skyship seem to linger on Folzi as well, causing him to become a bit more introspective. The loss of their gnomish companion, Warnick, is not easily forgotten. After each evening meal, the old gnome takes some time to wander the outskirts of the camp. He is seen tossing his coin in thought as he mumbles musings - prayers, perhaps - to the Traveler.
Ironfist agrees but isn't really a teacher. He then recommends an elvish woman who trains you in the grand library. Her name is Sabine and although she's a great teacher she rather humorless and serious about the whole learning process. Make two straight intelligence rolls with advantage to see how 'advance' you are when it comes to speaking, reading, and writing Dwarvish.

The armor prevents you from gaining any proficiency with stealth. You do however gain the woodworking skill from the master craftsmen and often lend your time to maintaining the city in the trees as well as make items from the scraps yourself. You find a find system where nothing is wasted by the Wild Folk from wood to even the animals they hunt with reverence for all that they do. Roll me two woodworking checks to see what you crafted. A shaft for your new spear, a wooden shield, or ? what would you like to attemp?

OOC: Spying isn't going to go over well. I'll say you can roll a few stealth checks with advantage for being invisible and if you manage to pull it off we'll add perception checks to in order to see if you managed to hear anything noteworthy! I can answer the others!
What is the name of this place? Lough Derravara which means 'sea of trees'
Where exactly are we? Right outside of Windstaff the edge of this vast ancient forest is the Ferim farmlands and breadbasket of the Talamh.
This camp is one of druids, rangers, and barbarians - where are the arcane casters, if they know? No, they dominate the settlement which is huge think like a large metropolis hidden in the trees and protected by ancient natural magic. There are also 'liberated' detainees too. ALL caster classes but what it rare are humans. You've seen maybe roughly three dozen amongst the Wild Folk which there are roughly two-thousand in the settlement.

He's not trying to spy on the council meetings mind you. Just hanging around in the shadows as he sees them around the village, hoping to find a little more out.
Folzi first attempts prove fruitless. They talk about ordinary concerns. First food stores for the coming winter or maintenance needed and where in the city for the growing population. The final attempt however he finally learns the raids are freeing casters and the enslaved from the nearby city of Whitestaff and further afield by means of magic teleportation. They are starting to trust the party having been watched the entire time in the city. They plan to send the party the next raid on the coastal city of Loughcrew.
"Watch first, then you'll be able to show your metal," Aemon replies.
