[Looking at all replies, it sounds like a straight 6-way split with the remainder (and proceeds from art object sales) going to community funds has the vote. If so, everyone receives the following:
16 platinum
683 gold
500 silver
83 copper
With the community fund getting 4pp, 2 gp, and 2 cp.
This leaves a Carved Ivory Drinking Horn inlaid with Brass (250 gp), Tooled Leather Shoes inlaid with Silver (250 gp), a Bronze Cloth Cloak (250 gp), and 14 sets of full plate with metal parts in great condition (worth 150 gp each) to be sold.
TWO QUESTIONS: 1) does anyone object to this split? 2) does anyone want to keep one of the saleable items?
Also, added to the hoard (as no one claimed them) are a +1 spear, the Quiver of Ehlona, and the sheild of expression. We can decide this point later, but does anyone want one of these items? If not, as a player, I recommend selling the shield and spear but keeping the quiver for it's carrying capacity. Elaric is willing to carry the quiver if no one else wants to, but does not wish to specifically lay claim to it.
IF NOTHING ELSE, PLEASE RESPOND TO THE FIRST OF THE ABOVE QUESTIONS BY 9P EST TONIGHT. IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS/CLAIMING OF ITEMS, WE WILL STICK TO THIS DISTRIBUTION AND SALE.
How difficult would it be to get one of the sets of plate resized to fit a Dragonborn?
If any party member has proficiency with (and a set of) smith's tools, not difficult (a day or two of work). Otherwise, 4 gp and 2 days for a professional smith to do it.

Currency added to Guan Hao's character sheet.
Honestly I might swap the Adamantine Breastplate for a regular suit of the full plate, giving GH 18 AC vs the 16 (inc. his dex mod) that he gets from just the breastplate. We can just sell the breastplate and his old mail.
2,550 GP from selling the non-magical treasure and all but 2 suits of full plate, possibly sell the spear, shield, and Addy breastplate, possibly keep the quiver?

Unless anyone else wants full plate or one of the other items.
With the party having roughly distributed the coin among themselves, Narin and his company take their leave.
"We'll be in the area for a bit longer, if that is acceptable. We've been instructed to help with the dig and repairs to the ruins, should Master Carsalon need our assistance. After we have concluded our business, we would like a chance to resupply before we're we're bound back for High Hills."
Mady clicks her tongue, looking more than a little annoyed at the idea of the captain's continued presence, but sighs and says, "Pyrringham welcomes all who seek honest business. You're free to come and go as you please, but while you are here I would request that you and your men only bear your sidearms while within our borders."
Narin hesitates for a moment, then nods in acceptance. "It will be as you say,"
After Narin's company departs, Wendell turns to his sister, "We have a WHAT and he's a WHAT?!"
Mady chews on her lower lip, "First I've heard of an uncle, that's for sure. Ma and Da never talked much about life before they settled here. Maybe Bruna knows?"
Wendell sighs, "I've through with mysteries for the moment. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm exhausted. Everyone ready to head up?"
With their presence no longer required in the ruins and while waiting for a merchant caravan who might be able to afford the more esoteric items in the collection (and 12 suits of full plate), the party is free to explore the town, pick up odd jobs, or pursue any leads they want to. Upon receipt of his payment, Wendell immediately turns around and requests to purchase a plot of land to start construction on a farm of his own.
The land (500 GP) is a gift from Pyrringham, owing part to his family and part to the service the group has done for the town. The labor (100) is a gift from grateful neighbors, leaving 900 gp in materials, but, with a discount (15%) from the merchants the party lent coin to on the day of their arrival, this goes down to 765 gp and, with Wendell's aid (Mending, Mold Earth, and a few judicious applications of Shatter), it comes down to 675 gp total. Construction begins almost immediately, and is projected to take 28 days for the structures (sans furniture and a full larder) to be completed and the fields to be sown. Wendell will also arcane lock all 6 of the farm's various doors, which will open for any of the party members automatically, or anyone who has the password, which Wendell has reserved for himself and any hirelings he takes on. This raises the total cost of the farm to 825 gp, and Wendell will spend another 10 to recall Fluss the Otter from the ether. (925 gp removed from Wendell's inventory)
All party members have 30 days down time with which to pursue their own interests. A few things to keep in mind:
During your stay, you are guests at Bruna's house, with the understanding that once the farm is furnished, the party can take up residence there. While guests, cost of living is effectively halved. Comfortable lifestyles are 1 gp per day instead of two, Modest lifestyles are 5 sp instead of 1 gp, etc.
In exploring the Ruins under Pyrringham further, Elaric has discovered a tunnel leading on from the cave pool where the party first fought the elementally infused monster. Following the path, the wizard has made an unexpected discovery: it appears that the complex is far FAR grander in scale than the initial raid would suggest. Most notably, the tunnel seems to lead into a sizeable underground forest. Subtle rustlings in the underbrush hint, however, that solitary exploration is unwise.
A blood stained door remains locked in the ruins, bound by arcane invocation. Whatever left the gashes in the stone remains a point of concern for Pyrringham as a whole, and Wendell, who placed the seal, in particular. Unfortunately, matters of managing a new business are keeping him occupied and he cannot devote ample time to investigate himself.
Several farmers are extremely excited to have a druid in town, particularly those who own livestock. Some families have approached Skoth directly to request that he assist with birthings, help calm unruly mules, or tend to sickly calves and lambs.
Pyrringham does have a local smith, but he is no trained armorer and flatly refuses to take any resizing commissions. He is however willing to take measurements and send the suits off to another smith he trusts to do the work for a nominal fee. Start to finish, the process is anticipated to take 29 days and cost 25 GP per set (including transport, measurements, the actual work of the resize, expedite on the work, and the additional cloth and metal needed for arming doublet, cap and chain mail). Customization, including any decorative plating, gilding, carving, or engraving may be requested for an additional 5 GP.
If anyone wants to help Elaric explore the buried forest, he would be appreciative (and might bring a few mercs along). Also, if anyone wants his help, he'll be staying in the ruins/merc camp for much of the 30 days.

A group of merchants was robbed about half a day's ride from Pyrringham, having been infiltrated by rogues posing as legitimate caravan guards. The guards, and the merchant's supplies, are still at large. Should the robbers be brought to justice and the supplies returned, the merchants would be most grateful.

Balasar immediately makes arrangements with the smith to have a pair of the plate armor resized to fit him, but he does not order any decorative customization. [25 GP deducted from Balasar's inventory].
Balasar will maintain a comfortable lifestyle during his stay at Bruna's. [30 GP deducted from Balasar's inventory].
Balasar is game for any pursuit of a martial or adventurous flavor during the downtime.
As Balasar and Guan Hao load their armor into the smith's wagon, another merchant caravan is arriving. One of the guards, who has begun to remove their weapons and armor, suddenly stops and begins walking quickly towards you. Though plate, the armor is chiseled to resemble golden overlapping scales. Equally ostentatious, the guard's helmet, which he is halfway through removing, is styled after a golden dragon's whiskered mein. The helmet finally pops off with a clang as the sudden lack of resistance sends the inside clattering off its wearer's horns. A holy symbol of Bahamut, disturbed in the tussle, dangles haphazardly over one horn.
"So this is where you've ended up, cousin!" Karash bellows, "I'd not hoped to meet another dragonborn, let alone my own kin so far from High Hills! How goes your Quest of Pennance?"
Guan Hao sends off a set of full plate to be resized [-25 GP] and will adopt a comfortable lifestyle [-30 GP].
He offers to accompany Elaric into the underground forest.
Balasar likewise offers to accompany Elaric.
Pending the outcome of Balasar's unexpected family reunion, Elaric welcomes the help from his more martially-inclined companions (and any others who want to go on what je suspects will be a bloody jaunt through creepy, spider-infested woods).

Karash! Fancy meeting you here! Between you and the High Hills Vanguard, this seems to be the week for people from home! My Quest goes well; with some divine aid I have been learning to wield my temper to suit my own purposes, as various foul creatures have discovered to their detriment, rather than letting it wield me. How is it you happen to be attached to a caravan bound for these parts, and how are the clan and affairs back in High Hills? I trust some fresh excitement has come along and my last escapade does not haunt the clan?
Karash laughs loudly, "Divine aid! My word, cousin... if the gods themselves have bent an ear then surely you tread a noble path! You'll be home again in no time!"
Guan Hao has picked up on the fact that Karash's grasp of volume control is... incomplete.
"Now to the rest, let's start with the family. I'm ashamed to say I've been away about as long as you have, seeing the world, staying out of the 'respectable' family's way. I care little for power or 'respectability', less now that I've been on the road and seen the wider world. Ah... somewhat on that note,"
He gestures to one of the carts. Stepping from it is a white scaled female dragonborn, a few years older than Balasar. Hesitating on seeing Karash in conversation with a fellow member of their race, she approaches slowly.
"I was up in the Icewind Dale region for a few months and... I met Gisi. Delmirev Gisi, as of about a week ago."
In Balasar's memory, he can recall few times when his brash cousin has looked embarrassed, let alone flustered. This moment has soundly beaten all of them.
"I'm ah.. taking her home to meet the rest of the family."
