(Zenashi strikes the Serious Goblin in the skull with his Quarterstaff, bashing his brains in! The Goblin's body limply falls as his Lazy friend looks on, horrified. He starts to stammer, but Zenashi punches the weakened Goblin in the throat and he dies a pretty gross death, gasping for air before finally stopping forever. The battle is won and you all are very close to the entrance of the cave.)
Assuming that the noise of their fight with the two goblins would have been heard inside the cave, Klarth walks stealthily towards the cave entrance, ready to cast a spell at whatever might come out of it.
Stealth (if needed): 8
Readies Toll the Dead - WIS save DC 12 Damage (if needed): 1
(Zenashi goes through the dead Goblin's belongings and finds the following: 2 SP, a shiny rock, a dirty goblin magazine and what appears to be a Stink Bomb. The Goblins are also wearing the Standard Goblin Array (hereafter known as the SGA) of ratty leather armor, a rusty short sword and a poor quality shortbow.)
(Klarth readies to attack with his Cantrip, but the door does not open. Now that you are closer to it, you see that this 'cave' has a stone door built into it and it is partly open. Klarth tries to be stealthy and opens the door a bit more, but it creaks when he does.)
(As you all stand there, you look down and see a long, dark stairway going down, then turning right. You can't really see after that.)
DMs note: To make things go a bit faster, everyone give me a Perception check (remember to add your Perception Modifier!) AND post a number 1-4 to determine what order you’re all walking down the stairs in.
(You all enter and go down the stairs. After a few moments you see a long, dark corridor with a slight light source at the end. Klarth is leading but is distracted and doesn't see much. The rest of you see pretty well. Note: The dash lines are your line of sight.)
(You all see 3 Goblins in the distance, sitting around a big, brass brazier. They seem to be preoccupied with cooking their dinner, not paying much attention, but they are about 150 feet away. The room itself is lit by the fire in the brazier, but the corridor is somewhat dark, providing you all some cover, but not completely. The closer you get to the entrance, the more likely you'll be noticed. What do you all do?)
DM's note: The corridor is about 60 feet long, narrow, and the distance from the end of the corridor to the Goblins appears to be another 60-70 feet. If you all want to go past the opening of the corridor, you'll have to roll a Stealth Check. If you all decide to attack only the person in front, Klarth, would get a surprise round.
Stealth +4 Zenashi lights and throws the stink bomb towards the closest sighted goblin. Then readies his last remaining darts. Prepare for fast and furious death.
Galaerys turns to Klarth and whispers “I don’t think that would be wise. It would just draw attention on us given the range. Perhaps I can get closer. “
OOC: Leeeroy Jenkins, huh, Zenashi? OK. Just FYI, it's not the kind of Stink bomb that you have to light, it's more of a glass vial that breaks and releases the stench.
(Klarth and Galaerys whisper to each other and come up with a plan. Galaerys skillfully moves up the corridor, hiding stealthily in the shadows and getting close to the large room where the Goblins are. As he leans against the wall, he sneaks a glance to the north of the room and sees that there are actually TWO more Goblins there, sitting against the wall where they would easily see anyone trying to dash across.
Galaerys starts to go back to inform his companions when Zenashi just walks up the corridor and throws the Stink Bomb at the 3 Goblins near the Brazier! The glass makes a small shattering noise and the Goblins turn, confused, before being overpowered by the smell. The two Goblins near the north wall start scrambling and gathering their weapons, preparing for the fight!)

Klarth stops at the sight of the goblins. He looks at Galaerys. "Another distraction?" he asks, mouthing the words silently.
