If the Mound does not move (for some reason), then Beegred will take another arrow shot.
If the Mound moves closer, then Beegred will drop his bow, draw a short sword, and use his 25' movement to get to S18, or T16 if that makes more sense.
Attack: 22 + bless 4 Damage: 20 (EDIT: Damage should be 11. Inserting the Bless appears to confuse the critical calculator.)

The Shambling Mound moves purposefully directly towards Derendil, the first creature it became aware of, yet slowly due to Rodolfo's spell. It looms over Derendil, ready to strike.
Beegred drops his bow, draws his short sword and moves into striking range, landing a solid blow causing some of the detritus to fall the ground, separated from the body.

Jimjar charges in with his war pick: Attack: 13 Damage: 10

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eldeth still waits with her shortsword drawn for the mound to get closer to the rest of the party.
Skameros suddenly goes very silent and still but you can sense power radiating from the strange bugbear (Rage) and then he springs towards the mound and using his reach advantage swinging Pork-Chopper (stops 10 feet from target)
[Pork-Chopper: 22 Damage: 17] Slashing Damage
(OOC - damnit - browser issues kept the damage from parsing its roll - when I finally fixed it - it flagged as manipulated - I think the addition of Bless messed up my formula)
Also as Pork-Chopper strikes the Mound there is a bright flash of white radiant power as the creature takes an additional 2 radiant damage from the strike.
Jimjar charges in (to T19) to the Shambling Mound and slams his war pick into the thing's leg.
Skameros lands a mighty two handed blow on the creature with Pork-Chopper.

(Whenever the forum says 'cannot parse rolls' or whatever it says, just edit a junk dice roll at the end of the post. If you add ANYTHING in front of an existing dice roll, you get the manipulated message.)
Derendil's first claw attack comes away with a handful of detritus, but otherwise doesn't harm the beast. Derendil's second attack digs deeper causing the Shambling Mound to recoil.
Narstin summons a spiritual weapon which strikes feebly, however the divine flame strikes solidly.
Beegred moves to R16, to limit the Mounds movement. He draws a scimitar with his off-hand, and attacks with both weapons.
Normal action Attack: Bless 4 plus 21 Damage: 6
Bonus action Attack: Bless 2 plus 25 Damage: 18

Rodolfo goes back to his trusty 1st level magic missile: 6. (It's actually 1d4+1, but i rolled 1d4 only. So the total would be 9, not 6)
Rodolfo's magic missiles twirl around the front line formed by his allies and unerringly slam into the Shambling Mound.
The Shambling Mound continues to be focused on its first target: Derendil.
Slam Attack: 23 Damage: 14
Slam Attack: 8 Damage: 15
Derendil deftly dodges the first massive fist, but gets clobbered by the second (already applied damage).

(Don't know if it'll matter, but forgot bless for derendil's attacks. First should hit anyway, second would get +4 to the attack)
