Gruxx will move into the room using his max movement moving to the right hoping to see the bugbear once he enters and determine his exact square to be in range.
"I'm on it!" Gruxx shouts as he uses his bonus action to rage.
Gruxx will ready his glaive attack for as soon as he sees the bugbear.
Glynquinal will try to catch up to Gruxx, and enter the room with him to occupy W7 (assuming the position Gruxx takes allows for this). Glynquinal will ready an attack with Talon and wait for either the Bugbear or another foe to come into range.
Gruxx growls with anger as leaps over the dead gray creature, runs past Rock, leaps over the dead wolf, enters the room, turns to his right and stops (at W7, as he is 10 feet from the bugbear). The human looks down and realizes the bugbear is standing over the unconscious form of ... Gundren Rockseeker!
OOC: Gruxx, you can't ready an attack because you used your action to move more than 30 feet (dash).
Glynquinal follows his human friend, performing the same acrobatics. He also notices Gundren once he is past Gruxx in the room. (50 feet of movement gets you to X7. You can move another 10 feet if you'd like. You can also act because you can use your bonus action to dash.)
For that matter, Gruxx, you can move another 20 feet if you want.
Seeing Gundren on the ground under threat from the Bugbear, Glynquinal will move to position himself to defend his friend using his Cunning Action to Dash if needed to gain the position.
Rock, you're up! You are raging, so you need to attack something this turn to keep it up. The only way you can do that is to jump up onto the table (X8). To do that, I will require a DC12 acrobatics check. If you don't make the DC, you end up at X7. Also, you need to roll a DC10 acrobatics check as you are walking through the pink block, which is ball bearings. If you fail that, you fall prone.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I believe that is back to the top of the round, so Ian and HDP.
Ian moves into the room, using his bonus action to dash (dex save: 19), getting to Y8 (unless he falls in the ball bearings). Once there, he brandishes his rapier, but does not attack.
Ian says to the bugbear Whatever you were thinking of doing, its not worth losing your life over. Surrender, and maybe we will spare your life.
HDP moves to X7 (Dex save: 16), and seeing Glyn bleeding from multiple wounds, touches him for 10 points of healing (Cure Wounds)
OOC, well, thats two 1s....bad luck. Sorry Glyn for the wasted heal.
OOC pt 2: Since Ian was Dashing, he had 35 ft to move, then another 35. Getting up from falling would burn 15, so Ian is left with 55 ft of movement. Ian, after falling, would get up and still has enough movement to get to Y8. Though his pride is a bit wounded by his own ball bearings.
Rock enters the room, skillfully navigating the scattered ball bearings. Quickly evaluating the situation, the dragonborn decides to leap up onto the table and strike down upon the bugbear. He leaps, starts to slip, but manages to steady himself, but when he swings his weapon, the table wobbles a little, causing his aim to be off, and he misses the creature.
Round 7: HDP & Ian (10/21), baddies, Gruxx (rage; inspired), Glyn (11/21), Rock (rage)
Ian hurries into the room as well, slipping and falling on the ball bearings as he is trying to move past the hulking form of Gruxx the Barbarian. He crawls out from under Gruxx and stands up beside him using his agility. (Second DEX save to continue: 8 — oh dear) Unfortunately, as he begins to move again, he once again loses his footing and falls prone beside Gruxx. But, hey, he's a rogue, so he can move really swiftly, so he stands again and closes in on the bugbear on the opposite side of the table from Glynquinal. (It's a good thing you can dash twice.) "Whatever you were thinking of doing, its not worth losing your life over. Surrender, and maybe we will spare your life."
OOC: HDP can't get to X7 unless you use your action to dash. It uses 20 of his 30 feet to get to U7. It would take 45 feet of movement for him to get to U7. He could then cast healing word if you want to do that. You'd need to roll again. Wouldn't that be too bad?
So, HDP moves into the room with the others, deftly maneuvering through the minefield of tiny metal balls. Stopping on the other side of Gruxx (X7), he speaks a magical phrase of healing to Glynquinal, healing some of his wounds.
The bugbear lifts the unconscious form of Gundren and holds him like a meat shield. "I don't know why you're here, but you need to leave now, or this one will pay the price for your trespass." This bugbear speaks like no other bugbear you've heard before, but you also see now that this might be the oldest bugbear you've ever seen.
Gruxx, you're up! You're raging, but unless you attack something, your rage will end. You are also inspired.
Glynquinal, quite surprised by Gruxx going for a diplomatic solution will hold his position but lower Talon slightly to indicate he will not strike immediately.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ian will attempt to help Grux's attempt at diplomacy. He sheaths his rapier, and follows suit. He says to the bugbear: If you kill him, we will kill you. If you dont let him go, we will kill you. I dont want to kill you. What will it take for you to release that dwarf to us?
HDP will move over to Ian and lay a hand on his shoulder, casting cure wounds, and giving 7 HP to Ian.
Rock to Grux,"he went to the right", "smack him good"
Gruxx will move into the room using his max movement moving to the right hoping to see the bugbear once he enters and determine his exact square to be in range.
"I'm on it!" Gruxx shouts as he uses his bonus action to rage.
Gruxx will ready his glaive attack for as soon as he sees the bugbear.
Attack: 7 Damage: 12
Glynquinal will try to catch up to Gruxx, and enter the room with him to occupy W7 (assuming the position Gruxx takes allows for this). Glynquinal will ready an attack with Talon and wait for either the Bugbear or another foe to come into range.

Yea, lets do that. Healing word: 7 HP for Glyn
"I don't know why you're here, but you need to leave now, or this one will pay the price for your trespass." Gruxx, you're up! You're raging, but unless you attack something, your rage will end. You are also inspired.
Gruxx growls and spittle drips down his face. He leans back about to release another reckless blow when his eyes settle on Gundren.
Gruxx's eyes move from Gudren to the Bugbear. Gruxx lowers his glaive.
"What do you want for the dwarf?" Gruxx snarls.
Glynquinal, quite surprised by Gruxx going for a diplomatic solution will hold his position but lower Talon slightly to indicate he will not strike immediately.
Technically, we're still in combat, so the bugbear cannot respond until it's his turn, so Rock, you're up!
Rock seeing friend as shield will follow Grux & Gylns and hold at the ready. I want to hear this answer to.
Since they neither attacked nor were attacked this round, both Gruxx's and Rock's rages have ended.
Round 8: HDP & Ian (10/21), baddies, Gruxx (inspired), Glyn, Rock
HDP and Ian, you're up!
OOC, Grux that help means that if DDP has you roll to pursuade this bugbear, you can do it with advantage.
