Angie looks up from her note pad, "Please, just one question before my wish. How did we get to this world? Did you bring us here somehow?"
The woman giggles softly, "Haha -- I am glad to see you have learned to ask questions... and names since you have started this adventure."
"Do you remember the storyteller? Didn't ask his name did you? ...Well, that's alright everything seems to have worked out alright in the end, no?"
"The storyteller may have appeared to be a man, but he is actually much more than that Angie... If you can believe it, or not.... some might even say he is akin to a god as you would say."
"He can also appear in the form of a bear... like you Healer... or that of a wolf... like you're friend Hobber hear (gesturing to Gobber). He is strong like you Thokein... but he does not, or -- rather cannot interfere with events in Trudvang directly for Stormi forbids it. That is why he appointed me protector of the forest -- though sadly it appears I may have failed him to some degree."
"When he saw what the necromancer did to me and was doing to the forest he set out to find strong adventurers like yourselves to aid Wildheart... so that his beloved forest would be saved."
"Our protector has many names in many places... Woden... Cernunnos... Silvanus... Malar.... but here... in Trudvang... he is known as Enkin the Eyes and Ears of Stormi."
"Not to flood you with questions, but who will protect the forest if you die?"
"Haha... no... I don't recall seeing an Elk... but.. you must mean Timil's white elk? I'm sure he will return home to Timil... he often wanders to the lake for water and to enjoy the company of the Fjol."
"I honestly do not know... Enkin himself perhaps -- at least until he finds another... maybe one of you would like to stay?" She looks at you all with eyes full of hope as she clasps her hands together.
Without a second thought or even looking up from her notebook, Angie answers,
"Not me. I need to get back to my studies. This adventure has given me so many ideas for experimentation, but I need to be in a controlled environment. Preferably a large academy campus. The implications of this journey will keep me busy for the rest of my life." She looks up from her book momentarily and looks at the lady with a giant beatific smile on her face. "I will be slaving away at this for years. Thank you."

Gobber hesitates to make a decision. He thinks about staying here. All the people that he had met. The adventures, the battles, the people he now calls comrades, and......Hobber.
The pup that was abandoned by its mother. Hobber had many resemblances to Gobber himself. Grew up in the forest, without any person to watch over him. Gobber wanted to find Hobber its mom, but at the same time, he wants to keep the child as if it was his own. He doesn't want to give him up.....yet. He wants to take it on adventures and discover new places with him.
He also thinks about the world that he lives in. All the people he has known and the friends that had made in his life. He wants to return home to the place that he feels most comfortable.
Feeling homesick, he yearns to return to his forest. However, he wants to find Hobber's mom, but also wants to take it with him. He doesn't know what to do.
TLDR: Gobber wants to find Hobber its mother, but at the same time he also wants to keep it. He doesn't know if he wants to stay to find its mother or bring it back home with Gobber.
Gobber sighs. Gobber looks at Hobber and asks him for its opinion. (Gobber cast Speak with Animals)
"Hobber, I have known you for a short time. I want you to decide on your fate." Gobber looks at Hobber with a caring and pained look. "But....do you want to return back to your mother.....or......do you want to go home with me?"
Hobber's expression becomes contemplative as you speak to him with such candor....
His eyes seem to widen a bit as he thinks of his mother and his old pack. He contemplates his place in that world. He is certainly no alpha - strong, but not the strongest... cunning, but not ruthless. He is intelligent and knows this.. but what does that get you in a wolf pack? He seems to make up his mind -- though it is difficult at first, he soon realizes that his place is by your side.
Hobber's eyes harden and he seems to almost smile a toothy grin. He visibly straightens up and stalks towards Gobber...
Then he darts towards Hobber, stands on his hind legs, and gives Gobber a bear (wolf) hug as he licks his face profusely...
Hobber knows his place is by Gobbers side and will not leave it until the day he dies...
Hobber wags his tail as he starts speaking to Gobber in its beast tongue. "Pa....pa......I...waum....to...be.....with....*bork*!" Gobber looks at Hobber with a smile and starts laughing heartfully. "Bwahahaha! I'm very glad......very glad I can stay with you. *sniff* Let's go on more adventures and see the world together." Gobber gives Hobber a warm tight hug and rubs the neck area of Hobber. "Mmmm....feers..guud....."
Healer thinks silently to himself for a long drawn out minute, he looks to the sky and finds it clear, then looks to the earth and smiles...
"This land has been rid of a great evil, but it will take time to heal... I will stay and aid it in the process..."
The eleven spirit smiles and says, "Very well... I thank you all for your selflessness and dedication to the pursuit of knowledge. Since three of you will not require your wishes to go home, what boons shall I grant you?"
You all have a wish left (Angie's will be needed to go home, though you will be returning with knowledge and experience that none other in your world will have)...
"It seems you all must have what you need to already... My time is coming to a close now... I thank you once more and bid thee all farewell!"
An explosion of suddenly surrounds Elmtongue... her silhouette can be seen within for a split second before the light suddenly implodes and she is no more....
Any remaining clouds dissipate as the sun's rays shine down into the grove. The remaining traces of dark magic in the earth visibly rescind and give way to new growth that springs quickly forth from the now freed ground.
The Fjol trolls approach smiling give you each a hug and thank you all, before making their goodbyes as well.
Soon, the daylight fades once more into a beautiful sunset. You all grow tired and decide to make camp in the grove for the evening. You eat and laugh together around a warm fire and as you each fall asleep you catch a glimpse of a man on the edge of the forest. He has a calming aura around hum and carries a goodness which relaxes you to sleep.
In the morning...
You wake to find the birds chirping and a meadow full of beautiful spring flowers, but Angie's bedroll is empty...
You worry not and smile to yourselves as you are sure she is back at the Inn her wish granted....
THANK YOU ALL!!!
It has been a pleasure DMing for you all! Thank you for helping me tell this story.... I had a blast doing it! And I hope you all did too!

Thokein looks slowly to each of the others, then back at the elf woman. "I will do it. I will stay."
"Stay?! Why do YOU want to stay?, Gobber ask in confused and surprised manner.
"Someone needs to guard this place and I am definitely" hefts his axe "capable."
Elmtongue smiles and says, "It appears so Thokein, does anyone else also wish to stay?"
