The Skewered Dragon looks like a ruin. Both of its front-facing windows are smashed, and a ship’s anchor is lodged in the roof. Through the windows, you can see a group of haggard patrons drinking from huge tankards.
Walking into the Happy Halfling, Gereon hears a bell ring but glancing around at the door he sees no bell. The space inside seems much larger than the outside appearance. Glancing around the room they seem to have a little of everything. Weapons on the right, Armor on the left, and general goods in the middle. You even see a section in the back that has a bit of everything, but behind a transparent blue barrier. There is also a Silvered Staff hanging on the wall behind the counter
As Gereon is taking it all in a Small dark hair man steps up. "Greetings and welcome to the Happy Halfling. The Names Bilimi, if we don't have it then we will get it."
"Aigh, that I do I got bundles o'arrows here, best you can buy. There a dragon per bundle, and I'll throw in a quiver." Moving on he gets to the weapons and pulls 3 axes out. "Standard fare here." handing Gereon a plain looking ax. "This one'll be ten dragons." Taking it back, he hands him one with a blackened shaft and wolves headed etched into the blades. "Now don't get your hopes up there, nothin special about it except being all fancy made and all. Some uppity noble ordered it and didn't want to pay. supposed to sell for 35 dragons, but as seeing that nobody wants it I'll give it to ya for 25." Taking it back he hands Gereon the last one. This one is plain like the first, except a lighted shade. "Now this one'll do you good if you need to get threw doors and the like. It's made from pure adamantine. That medal seems to cut threw non-people like butter. It still works good verses people too, don't get me wrong. This one will run ya bout 510 dragons. Now I got something extra special in the back, but don't think you can afford that. o what do you want?"
Remember if you want to barter make the persuasion roll of intimidation roll per what I discussed in messenger. The difficulty for this vendor is 18.
"I'll take the standard fare..." says Gereon while eyeballing the ornate axe for the twentieth time. Then he clears his throat and hands Bilimi twelve gold pieces, "...and I would like two quivers full of arrows" Gereon continues...as he rests his gaze on the wolf head once more.
Watching Gereon's anxious glances at the wolf head ax Bilimi pipes up. "I'll tell you what I'll do," Picking up the Wolf Head ax "I'll keep this behind the counter for a week. Give you a chance to scrape up the funds, and i'll even give you a 5 dragon credit to trade in that ax." Pointing to the standard ax.
"Now run along now, clocks ticking." He says pick up the coins.

"I'm looking for a man who was in here a few days ago. He was here with another mustached man, likely in a floppy hat and scarf. They sound familiar?"

"That is very much appreciated sir" says Gereon before leaving the Happy Halfling. The ranger stops and observes his surroundings for any odd individuals.
As Yimrok Glances around the bar he sees a few individuals there that might earn there money by shady means. The barkeep looks up, "You mean Volo, yea I remember him here with some young guy. They was sitting over there." Pointing to the far end of the room. "Maybe one of them knows something.
Gereon looks up and down the street, but doesn't see and strange individuals. That is except his Half-orc buddy.
Looking up "Well, you are a big one arn't you?" Clicking his heals Bilimi floats up to eye level with the half-orc, he holds his hands out to Mirkuia shoulders. He nods then floats in the circle around him. "Yes, Yes. I think I might have something. Follow me."
With that he dropped back to the floor and moved over to the other side of the room and started singling out some armors. "Now I assume your on the same budget as your friend there." Laying out some armor on the counter. "I got the Leather here for 10 Dragons and the studded here for 45. Over on the more durable side, hear I got Hide for 10 and scale for 50 dragons." You notice the Scale is painted with alternating purple and black 'scales'.
Watches in a bit of awe as the shop keep floats up and around him, standing still for the sizing up. "Yeah, ain't got much to be spendin, but don't need much either" He says with a soft chuckle, looking at the various armors laid out before grabbing the Hide, inspecting it a bit closer and nodding in approval "Ten ya said right?" He asks as he counts out ten coins, placing them on the table
Bilimi takes the coins, "Now thats what I like, people who don't try to hassle to much. Remember me when you got coin to spend I'll do right by you guys in the future.

Pick a shop most of the open ones seem a little shady, but there is a general store called the Happy Halfling open and looks to be somewhat reputable.
Gereon seeks out the Happy Halfling to browse its wares.
"Hello good sir" Gereon says with a small bow, then he walks towards the right.
"Would you happen to have a battle axe? Also arrows too, preferbly unused."

”Bilimi was it? Think ya got any armor big ‘nough for me?”
Walking to the far end of the room Yimrok looks for an available seat near other patrons and listens to any conversations going on.
