DM - I'm still trying to get the map of Chult available to you guys. The paper copy is huge, so I don't have anything to scan it with, and any picture I can find on the internet is really small
"You should meet the ship, The Cumberstone, in the city's southern harbor. Tell Captain Hamma that you're the friends of mine. Oh, and give him this." She takes a quill and a small letter, she writes on it, folds it and hands it to whoever is nearest. "I've requested that the ship does not leave without you, but I can not control that in the end. Go now! Time is of the utmost importance." She says with a small wheeze in her voice.
"We shall be off then. My friends, let us gather our things (or pets) and head to the ship."On the way out Usul will hop on Muad (mastiff) to ride towards the ship. Duncan (owl) staying on Muad's head, keeping an eye out. Before we get to the ship I will also use my Forgery Kit 7 to copy her hand writing and signature onto a piece of paper should it be useful later.

((anyone wanna do anything else on the way or way out?))
Thrann staggers a bit as he moves across the room, feeling lightheaded from the substantial amount of wine consumption. He takes heed of Syndra's offer, and grabs two additional bottles of wine. He stashes one into his explorer's pack. The other he fails to maintain a firm grip, and the bottle plummets to the floor, shattering upon impact. Thrann yelps with a burp. "Oi, ah'll clean 'er up." Thrann inputs with a worried tone, as he stares down at the messed he made with his glossy eyes. He looks upon the table, and sees the table cloth, the cloth that has everything resting atop. His idea, is to grab this cloth, and use it to soak up the wine on the floor. Due to his drunken state, he miscalcuated the size of the table cloth and failed to notice that the table cloth has everything sitting on it. Thrann grabs the table cloth, and yanks it downward as it tries to direct the cloth to the spilled wine. Inevitably, the table cloth slides right off due to his sheer might, pulling everything with it. He shrieks upon being bewildered by the abrupt sound of copious bottles of wine shattering on the floor, and the liquid splattering on him. "Bollocks." Thrann curses aloud, staring upon the mess he made with a hint of defeat on his face. Thrann sulks, as he falls onto a knee as he's quite inebriated and does feel bashful about what just transpired.
((Hopefully the poisoning won't hurt him much as dwarves are resistant to poison.))
"Oh dear, come along Thrann... Thank you for all your help, and again sorry for this... jeez I hope you don't erhm, I know the company a person keeps says a lot about them, but I promise you... he's just very effective and its purely business. Anyway, goodbye!"
Hamm doesn't bother waiting for Thrann as they are eager to show off Gregory. As they walk out the door, "Hamm and Hamma, thats going to get confusing..."

Thrann staggers along upon seeing the others depart. He smacks his own forehead, he's under the impression thrashing himself in the head would cause the drowsiness to disperse. "Sorry fer makin' soocha mess, lass. Cheers!" Thrann calls out in a drunken tone, feeling like a weight has been lifted off his shoulder knowing he doesn't have to clean that mess up. Thrann ushers after the others in a slower manner as not to stumble into every wall and doorway in his path.
As you go to the city's southern docks, you search for The Cumberstone. As you see one of the only ships that looks like it could hold an elephant, you see the matching name, written in faded blue paint. Not only does Gregory's massive steps clear any crowd that might have gotten in your way, but they also attract someone from the ship. You see a head appear from over the ship's edge. "What th- Ah! Who let a lumberin' elephant stomp down here?" He looks down at you. "Are you the lot that Silvane was tellin' me about? She didn't say nothin' about no elephant."
assuming I get acknowledgement I'll ride Muad up the plank to the ship. "We are in fact those sent by Silvane. Here is our writ of passage." Handing over the note she had written for us. "We are an interesting party for sure... There are 4 of us, and a couple animals... including the elephant. One of our party is passed out atop the elephant... damn dwarves, they just don't know when to stop eh?" Usul says, shaking his head and letting out a sigh. "Where are our cabins? And when will we depart?"
Amidst the conversation, Thrann's snoring amplifies as he's resting atop the elephant and emits a thunderous belch. "Ah heard tha'." Thrann calls out, as he pulls himself off the elephant, and drops to the deck with a thud as he lands. Thrann adjusts his harness to ensure Skullcrusher is still attached, and squints at Hamma. "Oi, Cap'n Hamma? Ah'm Thrann Wildhammer! Ah'm here t'drink wine and crush skulls... and ah'm almos' ootta wine." Thrann chuckles loudly, patting his stomach as he cackles.
"Y'know, ah've always been told ah'm hung like an elephan'." Thrann butts in, with a tiny laugh. "Did ye'ns bring Betsy?" Thrann looks around, ensuring that his mule was accompanying the party as Betsy is his noble steed. Thrann's glad to see that his mount wasn't abandoned by the party. He darts his eyes back to Captain Hamma, and Thrann studies him closely. Squinting his eyes as he's still quite hammered. Thrann looks upon his outfit to determine his personality by means of his his attire preferences, also looks to see if Captain Hamma has any weapons. Mostly Thrann is checking to ensure that Captain Hamma doesn't seem like a man that would betray him.
Insight check on Captain Hamma. I'm rolling with disadvantage since he's not sober. First Roll: 7 Second Roll: 19
"Yes sorry, Captain um Ham-uh. Gregory is a bit of a late addition to our um... family I guess you could say. I did ask and was told that you would be able to accommodate myself, I'm Hamm by the by, and my new companion here, Gregory. I do hope that's alright -- maybe I could lend a hand somehow to make it up to you... However, I am even more sorry for this one..."
Hamm gestures towards Thrann, "Though, I don't think I can take responsibility for that one... he may need a bucket once we set sail..."
(Elephants are herbivores, he'll just eat stuff as we walk, which shouldn't be an issue since we are heading to a jungle, he'll be right at home)

As Thran looks Captain Hamma, he notices the all to common rough and tough personality of most sailors, but nothing more. The Captain looks at the letter the Syndra wrote, and lets out a sigh. "Ehh, 'igt, once you get this zoo on board, we can be on our way." He turns towards the crew and barks some orderers. A massive plank is brought for Gregory and the other animals to go below deck. Once all the animals are secured and you go up to your cabins, the sails unfurl and the ship takes off.
After a few weeks at see, you appear in a tropical city under the blazing sun. The familiar sounds of a harbor — creaking ropes, slapping waves, heavy barrels rolling across cobblestones — mingle with voices shouting and cursing in an unfamiliar language filled with clicks, inhalations, and singsongy words that make it sound almost musical. The aroma of unfamiliar spices and tropical fruit mixes with the wharfside smells of fish, tar, and canvas.
Beyond all that, Port Nyanzaru is an explosion of color. Buildings are painted in bright shades of blue, green, orange, and salmon pink, or their walls are adorned with murals portraying giant reptiles and mythical heroes. Every building sports baskets and clay urns of colorful flowers or is draped in leafy, flowering vines. Minstrels in bright clothing adorned with feathers and shells perform on street corners. Multicolored pennants and sun awnings flutter atop the city walls. As you disembark from the ship, a crowd of children dressed in feathered hats and capes races past you, squealing in delighted terror as a street performer costumed as a big-toothed lizard stomps and roars behind them. The whole city seems to be bustling, sweating, laughing, swearing, and singing.
Usul takes a deep breath of the new city air and just enjoys the sights of something so new. "Adventure!" he thinks to himself.
to the captain he says "Captain, thank you, and your crew, for the passage here. You've been most helpful. As we've said on our voyage, we're here to find something for Syndra. Might you know where in this amazing city we might start? Or with whome we might get information? Or at least a place to sleep while we gather our bearings?"

Usul will take the map and gold. ((I'll split it up after we leave, it's rude to do it in person. +150 gold per person))
"Thank you. And where and when should we meet this ship of yours? Who is the captain?"
