Whistle turns to Iro whilst he's knocking his arrow.
"I sure hope he's this inspiring when we arrive in Rotona."She says, gesturing to Dominique.
As Iro's arrow plunges into the sea, a pained look makes its way onto Whistle's scarred face, but she quickly shakes it off in favour of a determined expression. Her eyes quickly scan her surroundings, resting on the thick foremast nearby. She quickly runs over to the foremast and plants her back against it to gain cover from the Sahuagin spears, before leaning out and training her aim on the armed green-spotted Sahuagin on deck. She gently exhales as she squeezes the trigger, aiming for the creature's throat.
Whistle's crossbow bolt strikes true, piercing the sahuagin's upper chest region, seeming the barely miss the vital organs. The sahuagin snarls as it gets hit, blood oozing from the wound.
[I'm gonna give it another 24 hours from now. The best and worst part about PbPs is that you don't need everyone to be on at once. The issue is that sometimes your DM disappears for two months before starting to recruit another campaign, ignoring the one you're already in. I've had that happen a few too many times.]
As Saryn starts cackling at her own joke she goes into a rage. (If she is already engaged with a Sahuagin she will attack that one, if not she moves down the enemy line away from Jesl a bit and attacks one there.) Holding her large axe in both hands she swings for the chest of her chosen target.
Roused by the noises above Enna Siannodel roll out of bed grabbing her longbow and quiver.
This better be good. She mumbles to her self as she climbs to the main deck shaking herself awake.
As the Woodelf reaches the main deck she is startled by the battle at hand. Quickly gathering herself she knocks an arrow and fires on the closest Sahuagin.

Enna | Wood Elf - Ranger 1 | Eternal Warfare - War Party D
Sahuagin 2 Damage Taken: 16 (I resolved Enna's turn as if it happened during the last round before Dom and Iro)
The original sahuagin doesn't have a chance to get off another attack as he's made into a new quiver with a gash in the side. It's fellow sahuagin seems to be slated for the same fate, as Enna's arrow flies from the wood elf's bow the second she arrives on deck, right after Saryn's axe bites into its arm. Howling in pain, the sahuagin retaliates at Saryn while its fellow helps the other two onto the deck of the ship, one of which launches a spear towards Jesl.
Sahuagin 2 Bite and Claw attacks against Saryn: 18 for 5 piercing damage (Bite) | 14 for 2 slashing damage.
Sahuagin 4 thrown Spear against Jesl: 13 for 2 piercing damage.
Sahuagin 2 Crit Damage! 3 piercing damage (don't type your rolls out, it's too much work when it comes to crits. Just use the in-post widget.)

Whistle peeks out from behind the foremast, quickly surveying the battle progressing around her.
"Is a relaxing journey in the crow's nest really too much to ask for?" she pleads.
Her eyes focus on the piscine figure digging its teeth into Saryn's arm. As she calculates the best angle of attack, Whistle drops to the deck and slides across from her foremast cover to a nearby pile of crates, bringing her crossbow to her shoulder in a fluid movement. She snaps to her feet and lets loose a bolt at the Sahuagin.

You all hear amighty slam as a Goliath bangs the flat end of his hammer on the ground. He continues doing so, and gives a mighty shout. I sentence you, Chaotic Creature of the Depths, of Attempted Murder! Your sentence is Death! Now let their be order in the Court!
Attack: 14 Damage: 6 (wow... ok, great entrance buddy) that was against Sahuagin 2
((may I make a suggestion? Drop the initiative. The more players you get, the longer a single rounds takes. This can go up to a full week for a single round. Instead, everyone gets to take their turn whenever they are online and the GM simply checks them off until everyone has taken a turn. He then announces the NPC's actions and proclaims its the start of ROUND 3. After this everyone can once again take one turn worth of actions and then waits for the GM to announce ROUND 4. Ofcourse the GM can still make posts in between to update the situation (sahuagin gets pushed to zero hp) or ask for an ability check (wanna swing across like Indiana Jones? Make a dex check) ))
(I agree, it might be confusing at first but waiting 3 days per turn seems to be a bad way to do this, this is also to the DM's discretion. It's Jesl's turn)

Quickly nocking another arrow Enna finds her next target. Taking a deep breath as she draws back, training her sight on her enemy. Slowly exhaling she releases her arrow.
(Attack) on Sahuagin attacking Saryn (next wounded or closest if already dead.)
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
As the arrow leaves her bow Enna quickly (move)s to cover.
What did you do to piss off these things? She yells to Dominque

Agreed. Initiative isn't working too great, we probably have vastly different timezones. Maybe just have creatures stick to first or last in the order depending on low or high Dex, then let us bumble about in whatever order we can like SgtNutz85 suggested.

Jesl!
Just out of interest, how long do we wait for somebody to reply before we skip them/make something up for them?

Jesl takes her greatsword and rushes towards the injured sahaugin.
Greatsword attack:24 Damage: 5
The blow catches the sahuagin off-guard, but one of its fellows manages to pull it back far enough that the blow isn't fatal.

Saryn!
Some thing about this smells fishy!

Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Dominique fires an arrow at the wounded Sahuagin
Attack: 18 Damage: 7
He swiftly ducks behind some crates for cover (move) and grabs another arrow
Come on Iro, you can do better then that. Fire another round and show m who's boss! (bonus action inspire Iro)
(jels is at +3 temp hp)
Irostine moves back 5 feet and fires an arrow at the closest enemy.
Iro looks at Dominique with grin and aims true
Attack: 13 Damage: 4
(I'll keep the inspiration for now, end of turn)
