I'll keep the kitchen staff distracted while you guys take care of the sleepers?
If this is agreed to (too?), Varinth will find a good spot near the eastern door and cast Control Flames on the fire under the cooking pot. Five small pixie like creatures will burp from the flames and climb curiously up to the top of the pot, peer inside and make faces of disgust. Looking to tease the Chef (and bring the other goblins to look) they will make rude gestures, dance jigs, dodge wooden spoons and otherwise make pests of themselves.
Strix do you have any ki for silence? Otherwise I'd suggest sneaking in and a group coup de grace.
Only 1 spell per short rest till I build up some Ki reserves, I'm afraid. If we're quiet, we can dual wield, attack with advantage and autocrit on the sleeping ones if I'm reading this right.
Can varinth cast that cantrip without leaving the circle of stealth?
OOC: Control Flames has 60ft range so depends on the size of the hall. If need be I could hunker down near the door and cover myself with some of the junk that is about?
One square on the map is 5 feet by 5 feet. The rubble on the map is enough to crouch behind and provide cover or hide you, but you can walk over it fairly easily - it's not difficult terrain.
Strix nods at Scupper, but notices Dekhan's hesitation, hissing "Kant save. No chief. Not listen 'ventrers. Must kill. ... 'less.... Might listen Redbrand?" He tugs on his cloak for emphasis.
Ooc : you want to take being the last surviving Redbrand, try to charm them into running, tell them Iarno's old faction (Lords of something?) caught up to him, he squealed and they're coming here next?
That is an interesting proposition... Incantis’ charisma is a bit higher, but I don’t know if he’d pass for a human, which I gathered all the Redbrands were. Would you guys hide somewhere while whoever tried to pass it off? See if we can get some of them off site to make the storming of this here for a bit easier...
That might just work, Strix, at the very least it should confuse them a bit. Should I put the cloak on over my armor?
Vaz drops a fire bomb on the napping gobos OR Deckhan bursts in on the sentry room and with hit the survivors? I’m not saying it’s the right ting te do but I’d hate to wake them lads up before we had a chance te kill ‘em. How about a trap or trip wire at the door or hells...if we blow up them others, we can at least surprise the green skins that come through these doors eh? Either way I’m guessing once shites on fire, the sneaking is over. We got any o’ that oil left? That’s always been good for a laugh when we set ‘em alight.
Ooc : are we all waiting for someone to take charge? Im a sheep not a shepherd! I know it's a bit murder-hobo but I'm a cautious chap, I vote distract kitchen, kill sentry, kill sleepers, see if kitchen need taking care of. But I am willing to concede that we don't know these guys have done anything wrong and killing them in their sleep is unsportsmanlike :)
OOC: we could try to interrogate one... maybe if we bust into one sentry/arrow slit room we can subdue and question one with the aid of Strix’s sound dampener. Then we could assuage our consciouses, I mean, as I’ve said before Dekhan is a hopeful pragmatist, while he’d like to offer anyone the chance of redemption, he understands that some stealth killing may be necessary for the greater good.
Varinth, you crouch down, and your hand traces paths in the air as the control flames spell takes effect. On the far side of the banquet hall, the flames begin to move and dance; the rest of you cannot make them out at this distance, but Varinth, you can see the animated figures dancing and mocking the goblins, some even seeming to split off from the fire and jump onto the pot, though these flicker out after a few seconds.
The chef is the first to notice. He screeches in fury and starts to hit out at the fire with the wooden spoon he is holding - fortunately the spoon itself does not catch fire. The goblins nearby are initially confused, but then also see the images in the flames; they appear amused and those out of range of the chef's spoon are laughing openly, which just infuriates the chef more. He's unable to reach the laughing goblins, so he just hits randomly at other goblins nearby who try to dodge and scamper out of his way. It's utter chaos, and noisy too, and no-one is looking around for the cause of the fire's strange behaviour; all are focused on the chef and his antics.
Dekhan looks at the “adults” Candle’s lit, boys. I’ll take this room. Someone take care of the sleepers. He kicks the door to the closer arrow slit room open and bursts in saying quietly but frantically in Orc to whoever’s in there The kitchen’s on fire and there’s enemies in the Keep!
Scupper will stealth over toward the sleepers but use control water while in the safe silence of Strix's spell to create an animation in the soup pot of a monstrous face and arms made of soup water visually growling and swinging it's arms about

Helpful map:

Scupper thumbs at the door behind Strix...with a "was that arrow slit you saw motion in?
"If they's got a sentry or two in there, then they's ready to fight inside this door"
Can we see which way the doors to the sentry rooms open? Could we use some spikes or rig something else to make sure the gobs in them stay in them?
You can see that the doors open inwards, i.e. away from you. There's no lock or keyhole.
Strix nods at Scupper, but notices Dekhan's hesitation, hissing "Kant save. No chief. Not listen 'ventrers. Must kill. ... 'less.... Might listen Redbrand?" He tugs on his cloak for emphasis.

Varinth rolls his eyes thinking Adults!
He will hunker down near the rubble beside Strix (One square north of Strix) and start the distraction as mentioned previously.
Varinth, you crouch down, and your hand traces paths in the air as the control flames spell takes effect. Dekhan, make a Deception check, contested by the goblins' Insight.I think Deception rather than Persuasion because the intent is to deceive, even if it's technically true that there are enemies in the Keep.
Goblin group Insight: 20 20 10 12 4 1 13 (average is 11.7)Chef Insight: 11(Retconned - Dekhan is in the arrow slit room, not the banquet hall - my mistake)
