Incantis contacts Scupper's mind. "Looks like we'll have to do the choosing ourselves."He moves his hex over to G11, and lets loose another eldritch blast.

Incantis, you move a little north so you can see Dekhan and the goblin through the open doorway, but your blast doesn't connect; it slams into the wall next to the arrow slit, throwing up a small cloud of dust.
Round Seven
A Varinth B Goblin 14 C Sildar D Strix, Scupper and Dekhan E Goblin 11 F Incantis
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Varinth, the goblin is obviously scared that it can now see so many enemies peeking through the door, but it doesn't seem to trust you or be swayed by your words.
B Goblin 14
The goblin drops his bow, draws his scimitar and makes an attack on the nearby Strix, slashing across his left arm.
Attack: 14 Damage: 5
C Sildar
Sildar moves up. How many more of these things are there? He swings his sword:
Attack: 13 Damage: 9
... and ends the goblin's life.
Squeezing past Scupper and Dekhan through the doorway, accidently knocking the paladin's shield as he passes... Sorry... he makes an attack at the last remaining goblin who is now surrounded:
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
He hits but, amazingly, this hardy little goblin is not felled by this massive blow; it staggers, but stands, teetering but defiant.
D Strix, Scupper and Dekhan are up. (There is no space for Strix or Scupper to get to melee range with the goblin, and for ranged attacks the goblin will have partial cover.)
I wish we could give ye yer life but you seem intent on losin' it. We'll have te find the dwarves without ye. G'night, Sweetgreen and let the hells know I'm comin'.Attack: 12 Damage: 8 Sneak Attack since it's enganged...4
Strix, a stone statue of a dwarf appears in one corner of the small room and stays there (minor illusion doesn't move). The face looks as though he might be leering, or possibly about to sneeze. The goblin notices the statue but doesn't appear distracted by it.
I know it doesn't move but that doesn't mean it wouldn't look realistic! The goblin has a mere 6 seconds to ponder this new threat! I think Phantom Dwarf deserves an attack roll. Phan-Tom-Dwarf! Phan-Tom-Dwarf! Phan-Tom-Dwarf!
(I'm going on holidays in 5 hours and I'm not fully packed but need sleep, hysteria has set in)
I had believed that I had stepped forward into the empty space there and stabbed with rapier...that would put me diagonal to where I was. Sorry that wasn't explicit somewhere.
Dekha, finally and fittingly your blade connects, slicing deep into the goblin, killing it instantly and bringing this combat to an end. You are now out of initiative.
The air falls silent. The battle had some noisy moments, but nothing that attracted attention from elsewhere in the castle; this makes sense as goblins would be noisy at any time. You stand with a total of fifteen goblin corpses dotted around the tiny room, the hallway and the banquet hall. One of the large tables is still on fire, but there's little likelihood of it spreading, as there isn't much flammable material nearby.
You can look over the part of Cragmaw Castle that you have clear out. There is a door to the northwest, from which the two goblin archers emerged. There is a door from the hallway leading north, and another from the hallway leading east. Finally, you see a door from the banquet hall leading east.

Strix summons the phantom dwarf to keep watch while he begins checking bodies for valuables and dragging them around to the flop-house area where they might attract less attention.

Strix, you search through all of the goblin bodies, with Tom the Phan-Tom Dwarf looking on supportively.

If there are riches to be found in this castle, it is not with the goblins. You find a grand total of 26 silver pieces and 45 copper pieces, and the chef had 1 gold pieces.
Incantis summons the minor illusion of another similar looking dwarf to stand next to Strix'. "Simulacra,"he croaks, "of our fraternal targets. I'd like to clear out where reinforcements were coming from."

OOC:I have no idea if that hit
(It didn't hit. What did Scupper attack with? Shortbow?)
Unable to get close, Strix calls out "Phantom Dwarf! Strike now!"
A leering 4 foot tall stoically unmoving assassin emerges from the shadows beside the remaining Goblin. (minor illusion)
