Vule will move up to D5 and take melle swings on the creature with his shortsword 13 damage7 and dagger 23 damage 5 sneak attack 6
(With two-weapon fighting, you don't add your ability modifier on the second attack's damage roll, unless you have the two-weapon fighting Fighting Style. So it'd just be 2 instead of 5. Still gets the sneak attack)

Grunting the pain away Vuna gives Kip a quick glance and a nod as she feels his healing light envelop her and as her wounds begin to repair. With a snarl she lunges back in with her warhammer and spiritual weapon hoping to put down the beast as quick as they can.
Sam hits the first gargoyle two more times, leaving it quite ragged now, with large cracks all over, and Vuna's spiritual weapon strikes the second gargoyle once again.
(1 - Kal, 2 - Sam, 3 - Macketho, 4 - Vule 1) The first gargoyle turns back to Kaladin as the one that has hit it the hardest so far, but is unable to pin down his foe.
Teeth Attack: 7 Damage: 3
Claw Attack: 8 Damage: 8
The second one growls at the annoying owl that keeps distracting it, but attacks Vuna once again, unable to get his teeth close enough, but dealing a long slash with his claws.

Vule again swings his shortsword at gargoyle 1. Attack 13 damage 8 sneak attack 8
As a bonus action he will disengage and move back 5ft and to the right 10 ft
I haven't been attacking with advantage, but I did this turn. If I'm reading the assianate perk right since I'm acting before the enemy I should have it..if I'm wrong let me know

(Assassinate only actually triggers at the beginning of combat before a creature gets a turn. So a surprise round if you get one, then the first full round if you have higher initiative than your target to go before them. On the other hand, you actually rolled 2 natural 20s with that advantage roll, so it's a crit no matter what. You also get to roll double damage dice for sneak attack when you crit, so go ahead and roll another 2d6. It's possible that shot could kill him depending what the extra damage rolls)
(Edit: Actually, looks like you didn't roll the extra damage form the normal attack damage either, so another 1d6 for that as well. If you use the combat roller it does all of that for you)
Grimacing through the pain Vuna welcomes the warmth of healing as Sam’s spell works on her. Still badly wounded She calls upon The Red Knight herself and casts cure wounds on herself while continuing to will her spiritual weapon to bring down the gargoyle.

(Vuna - 1, Macketho - 2. 2)
The gargoyle takes several more hits, but continues fighting, mostly unfazed by the blows raining down on it, turning to attack the newcomer instead of continuing after Vuna, gnashing at Macketho with his teeth then following it up with a slash of his claws.

So, first round not each round. Ok. Crit damage 5 sneak 5
Edit- if this kills it I wouldn't need to disengage. If so can I use my bonus to throw a dagger at the 2nd gargoyle? If so Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Macketho attacks the other Gargoyle.
(honestly, i thought the bonus action backhand was part of the attack action.)
