Fang is going to wait by the gate, keeping his eyes to the beach. He doesn't know why, but he doesn't like the idea of those dead people, or "zombies", hurting these living people.
After a few minutes, a half orc in golden armor bursts out of the village, along with 2 soldiers wielding crossbows. They start making their way towards the zombies, who are still next to the boat, not doing much.
Fang, noticing the direction they're headed in, follows after them. As he does, he calls back to the 3 he arrived to the village with, "I'm gonna try to help them! See you guys later!"
Baxthon sighs.. Looking conflicted at his new companion, that is about to get himself killed. "Well.. i guess we have to assist, so he wont die on us..?"
Baxthon seeks out the nearest villager. "Tell me kind sir. Where would one go in search of weapons and armor? If im going to help your guardian i need some protection."
Baxthon and Innsol, walking around the village, you get weird looks from most of the villagers. Looking around, there is a market in the middle of the village where people can sell their produce. Walking through it reminds you that you dont have any money, and the scent of fresh bread and pies makes you realise how hungry you are. Walking a bit further, you find the blacksmith.
Fang, you follow them to the shore where both soldiers and the Guardian imediatly charge into combat. Roll initiative.
With an empty belly, and a thirst for a pint, Baxthon seeks out the Blacksmith. Hoping to gain some equipment to assist the guardian, and by that, hopefully get a nice meal and rest afterwards.
Baxthon investigate the smith's creations. Looking for that special item that the Smith will be really proud of, using that as an icebreaker.
Investigation: 22 - Do i spot any special item?
"Greetings, thats some solid craftmanship you got there! Got something in my size? See the beach is overrun by.. eh.." Trying not to cause a panic, he thinks a bit, before finishing that sentence. "There is trouble at the beach, and your guardian told me to seek you out. Do you have a spare bow, and some arrows lying about? See, i need them to help the guardian"
Trying to pass of this lie as an official task directly from the guardian.
Baxthon, you don't find anything special in the blacksmith. In fact, the racks lining the walls contain only a few short-swords, a long-sword, and a club. The dwarf blacksmith at the opposite side of the building looks up at you as you enter. ''The Guardian sent you? Why would he need help from someone who has no weapon?'' The dwarf does not seem to believe you. His face shows that he is not pleased of you walking into his shop and asking for a free weapon.
"Aww come on. Help out a fellow dwarf. I just want to prove my worth. Ill make it up to you. Maybe i could help out in your smithy as compensation?" Persuasion: 4
The dwarf considers it. ''Fine, il give you a short sword, but you have get me some scrap metal from the goblins. Now get out before I change my mind.''
Baxthon gladly accepts the shortsword, aware that this was a close call he thanks the dwarf many times while backing away from the smithy. Yelling as he leaves "Thank you! You will not regret this! The name was Baxthon Brighteyes, and i WILL pay you back!"
Then he runs as fast as he can toward the beach. Thinking to himself "Wait.. did he say goblins..?"
"Goblins..." Innsol runs that name a few times in his head. It sounds like this town is full of problems. Maybe staying here was a bad idea as well. Perhaps there was a horse pulled cart or two that could help them all out of here. Innsol will walk about town asking if he can offer his services for some coin.
Innsol, not many people are willing or able to pay coin for services, but most of them suggest going to one of the shops, the tavern, or asking the Guardian.
Speaking of which, Fang, you are standing on the beach, about 50 ft from the boat. The guardian, as well as two archers, are a few feet in front of you, off to the side. You are up first.
Baxthon, you will join the fight in a few rounds. Roll initiative.

Innsol will go for a leisurely stroll about town. Not looking for anything specific, but just to be better aware of his surroundings.
Baxthon will follow Innsol into town. Keeping an eye out for the Blacksmith. "Do you think the beastman will be okay?"

Well, that was a bust. Innsol will make about town to find this guardian, asking if he could lend a hand with anything for a coin purse or two.
From what you understand, the Guardian is the person who is fighting the zombies.

Fang will let out a series of punches and kicks as he goes for the closest zombie. He doesn't know why, but the more he fights, the better he feels.
