The inn erupts in flames as the fire reaches the casks of alcoholic beverages. A terrified shout issues from within as smoke pours out of the open windows.
If i can, while grabbing the armor, I search for people still inside. If I find anyone, I grab them and run back outside.
(If I get back outside, I set my armor and Tasha’s armor aside away from the building in my mad dash to get our things. I then rejoin up with the group, waiting for the demon to land on ground so I can smash its face in.)
Kelric's second arrow finds it's mark in the babau. It's various wounds are beginning to take their toll. It shrugs off the pain and casts Darkness, enveloping Natasha and Grum. Then it leaps onto the roof of an adjacent building. You lose sight of the demon in the thick smoke, and the terrified shouts of what you identify to be the halfling innkeeper rise to a high-pitched scream. Misha staggers through the blinding smoke, utterly disoriented.

((Best I understand: Oni is 10 feet left of the tavern in line with Jill who is in front of the tavern. Misha is currently inside and Kelric I believe double dashed towards the tavern but didn’t specify where he’d end up. Grum should be 30 feet out from the tavern and 30 feet from Natasha since he stated he ran towards Kelric and stayed within one turns movement from everyone else. And Natasha is 60 feet from the tavern.))

Grum runs to the end of the building to see if he can catch a glimpse of it down an alleyway, or over a roof, to try and work out whether it's still causing havoc in the hamlet, or if it's fled.
Oni sprints in the direction of the beast, too engulfed in his hatred to remember to disguise himself. It is still Hexed and Hexblade Cursed so idk if that helps me track it (nothing states it does, I’m just curious due to both curses being placed).
