As the halfling crosses to the left and disappears into the woods, Mobya enters the woods on the right more at home in the trees anyway. Alesandair takes point gaining speed flanked by Agozar and Morn, with Lil following a few feet behind, as the four come around the bend in the road to see the scene described by Silv'ar. Even at this distance, they can see the three Underdark creatures claws and maws are caked with red turning dark and drying. The dogs two heads both immediately start barking loudly as it fights against the rope keeping it anchored to a large tree. Seeing the creatures, Alesandair invokes his divine power. [Can you describe for us what it looks like as you draw on your divine powers and initiate the combat?]
As I channel my powers through my amulet around my neck, it begins to illuminate bright red; i turn my attention to the group of enemies and a divine radiance is cast upon one of the grimlocks and it must make a dex save of 13 or take 1d8 radiant damage.
The Grimlock on the left reacts to the barking of the dog, lifting its head up from the feast, just in time to feel the radiant warmth burn down on its pale grey skin. It lets out a howl and turns its ears in all directions. As it turns toward you, you see the muscles around its eyeless, skin-sheathed sockets twitch as it searches for the source of its pain, boils appearing on its scalp from the intense light.
[Alesandair, do you move as well or stop at the bend about 40 feet back?]
[Lil and Morn will be acting almost simultaneously after Alesandair]
After the sacred flame hits its mark and subsides, I stand my ground hoping to draw them to our little ambush.
As a bonus action, I will use shield of faith on myself, as I will(hopefully) take the brunt of the attacks here.
*Pulling out a piece of small parchment with some enchanted words written on it, my amulet again lights up, but this time with a white radiance. As a transparent aura outlines my figure and grants a +2 AC bonus* A smirk comes across Alesandair's face as a slight overconfidence fills his head and he stands in the middle of this trail staring down the group of grimlock and the death dog, thinking solely of the sight of these creatures heads being severed from their necks.
I will pull my rapier from my belt with a shaking hand but a large grin across my face. Moving beside Agozur and steadying my feat, I ready an attack if a grimlock should move within melee range.

Distance between us and the grimlocks?
(Or in character)
"Silv'ar, how far off the trail are these threatening creatures?"
Taking the cue from the attack formation the group is forming, Mobya veers to the right side of the group to cover that side.
The wagons stopped about 25 feet back from the turn. After that the Grimlocks and Dog are about 40-45 ft down the road past the turn.
Anyone attempting to stealth should give me a stealth check.
Here is a cheesy map to get a basic reference. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xLqetN12UixOOXjnj-lwrpmdKDb2Qldy/view

I can be the "sheep" since I wear the heaviest armor, if you so desire.
Happily obliges Alesandair's offer :)
Agozur will stay in front of Lil but do his best to keep up with the group.

*Patiently waiting for everyone to get in place before proceeding to 60 feet away and casting sacred flame on the nearest enemy
