(I don't. i've tried multiple times. However i own the PHB, the DMG, Xanathar's Guide, Volo's Guide, and Mordenkainens Tomb of Foes. I know what i'm doing and anything that isn't on my CS the GM is/will be alerted to.)
(it wouldn't let me do it yesterday. but everything is filled in now.)
Rok'Bohr blinked in confusion at Scorch when he was referred to as tall. He wasn't used to being called tall. Standing at only 5'8, Rok'Bohr was actually quite short for a half orc. There were humans who were taller than he was. He said nothing, however, as they headed to the blacksmith's together.
Rok'Bohr immediately approached the half giant, his voice carrying even over the ringing of the hammer as he worked. He extended his hand for his trademarked awkwardly long handshake. "Hi! Rok'Bohr!"
The reason why it probably didn't is because I didn't have content sharing at the time enabled. (But into the story/game.) The hammering stops and he opens the door slowly allowing you all in. Ogun his voice very deep and rummbly I didn't expect as many people to be interested in my Job posting helping the more the marryer I always say. I pay well for hard good honest work/Help around here what I'll need from all of you is to help me make armor and weapons and as a token of gratitude as well as pay I'll give you each 1 weapon. Do any of you know how to use a forge? if not I will will show you how to make a dagger and armor and we will work from there.
"While I believe some of my friends here are interested in the work I was actually wondering if you trade for goods? As you can see I have this Chain Mail, but the whole set is a bit to bulky and tends to make to much noise. Would you consider trading a Shield for the set minus the Chain Shirt?
"I am not very good at swining a hammer" The kobold would say rolling up the sleves of his robe to show off his spindly arms. "But I am very good at controlling the heat of the fire to keep the metal at a perfect forging temperature" Scorch will say with a grin.
Ogun Shows you all around and how to work the equipment forge, Hammering properly also how to fine and sharpen blades perfectly he uses his swords to cut through logs to demonstrate what to look for in a good quality blade except a dagger if it can cut it at least half way through they are deemed good. You can be kept on the heating then. I already has the materials to make the equipment just would take a lot longer to make them all for me and time is money and I do like to make some extra coin as we all do. Basically you all learn how to make the weapons and use the materials and armor. these require Heating will require CON check, Hammering STR, Sharpening INT/WIS checks you all may choose which you want to do and use Ah chain mail in for one of my shields while I see no harm in trading you one forsure. He gives you one that is lighter the shield is brown with a brass center round can tell its been made with care.
"Thank you. I saw another job posting for a potion shop I think. Could you direct me where I will find that?" Requital Hands over the brown shield, the armor, and the gold piece gladly.
Strife will yell out "I will take care of the fire!" he would say with a smile.
(So Scorch has control flames and create bonfire so do I still need to make a con check? or do I get advantage because I can literally controll the flames to make sure it is evenly distributed and stuff, I mean I could have the flames in the forge wrap around the blades like a nice fire blanket if I wanted but it is up to you lol!)

(What if you try making a new character?)
(Has Dracopheonix tried. As DM he should have access to edit the character as well. Anyway.)
I have discussed this with Jaekton and approved it

"HEY THERE!" Scorch will shout. "I hear you need some help here around the shop" The kobold will say as he tries to make his way out of the cold.
"Hello! Are you Ogun?"

Rok'Bohr shook his head at the question. "Rok'Bohr not know how work forge." His hand remained extended toward the man.

"Wonderful. You don't happen to have a shield in black do you? I'd be willing to throw in an extra gold for it."
As she asks this Requital starts to remove all her chain mail except the shirt. And hands it over to the smith.
I do have one and I'll take your offer for the extra gold He does take back the round brown shield.
