Ordo Ursa can fill it. The silence before the storm. The deep breath before the leap. They are going to face a foe that not long ago was only tales and fables. An anciet dragon.
Ordo Ursa has been close to death before, but this time is different. They can feel it. This time they are setting aside their desires, their bonds, their personal interest and affiliation to achieve something more important. Peace for the Sword Coast.
King Hekaton says goodbye to his daughter Serissa and his brother Uthor. He is sure Maelstrom is now in good hands but leaving Serrisa again is heartbreaking for the giant king. Hekaton lets himself and Ren attune to the magical cave of Maelstrom, while Mustard asks again to Nalla when they come back to kill the Kraken. Soon, they reach the Whalebones and it is clear why that sparse cluster of islands is called that way. All around, bones of huge aquatic creature cover almost everything. Ideal place for nests of big birds.
King Hekaton, gently gather around 6 of those creatures. It is time to fly and to fly fast!
Ordo Ursa and the Giants leave the Whalebones to make a brief stop to Castle Ordo Ursa, in order to "show" Grathart's trees how to fly the Rocs. The Seaworthy, at first a bit perplexed, comes to pet and bond with the gargantuan birds.
Ren is ready. He says his goodbyes to Zanna and gives her the coordinates to the dragon's lair. "If we fail, friend, others must take our place. Don't let the idea of Ordo Ursa die. The North needs heroes to stand up for all people. Be safe." With that, he walks up to the giant bird and climbs on. He was ready. Time for this to end!
"Ordo Ursa! Ordo Ursa! Ordo Ursa!" He yells into the air with his fist raised.

"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."
Serandis Mendaen (Aereni Elven Rogue/maybe one day Wizard)- Project Point Playtest
This journey takes Ordo Ursa back to all the placed she has visited and fought and bled. Waterdeep with its politics and mages, Luskan City of Pirate Ships. A long way on the left the cold Icewind Dale. Mont Hotenow and Gauntlgrym. Moonwood and north the Spine of the World. Then the Ice Spires, home to fire giants and yak-bastards. Finally, the Anauroch Desert.
Your long journey ends here, in the desert. A churning cauldron of black clouds fills the sky as thunder peals and lightning flashes. Half buried in the cold dunes is a crumbling amphitheater adorned with statues, many of them broken, the rest worn smooth by wind and sand. Two large trebuchets stand atop the ruins. Where cheers once rang out across a great city, now a solemn fortress stands before you, waiting for you to draw near.
King Hekaton guides Ordo Ursa's flock on the nearest hills to let the rocs rest in a safe place.
((OOG Just a quick head count, who's all with us? Also, are we ready to drink this potion or what? Also, plan of attack for this encounter...any suggestions? I am sure the King will want to charge right in and murder, murder, murder...should we just follow suit? Personally, I don't think all of us are going to make it through this...I hope all of Ordo Ursa does, but an ancient blue dragon ain't no joke! Good luck with your rolls and it's been great taking this road together. :) Let's finish this the way we started this; together!
Can you tell I have been watching Harry Potter every night on HBO? lol ))

(OOC - I'm with King Hekaton - besides we (Rockhand, Snowfall, Erakas, Marshmellow, Grathart, Ren at least) will be HUGE! and we already kick ass normal sized)

Tabaxi with a penchant for shenans. He will....shenan again...
OOC With Ordo Ursa, there are King Hekaton, Harshnag and the Seaworthy. Oh, and two trees from Grathart's garden. You are all 3 miles from the amphitheatre.
(OOC potions are good for 24 hours - if we're still fighting the dragon when they wear off - its well past too late)
"Well - I guess this is as good of a place as any...stand back!" Erakas will nod to King Hekaton, pop the cap on the potion and feed one to Marshmellow and then drink his own.
Also - I think I edited Erakas's sheet correctly to reflect the new stats/damage
OOC: I edited Rockhand (who now has 230 HP!) but I'm not sure what I need to do for Snowfall. I'm terrible with math, so could someone help me out with her stats?
Rockhand saw Erakas drink his potion and nodded with respect. She drank hers, then fed Snowfall the extra.

OOC Snowfall has now 120 HP, attack bonus of +9, the bite attack does 2d8+7 damage, the claw attack 4d6+7.
Erakas grins at King Hekaton "Well then its a good thing so do I!" and lets a bit of electricity crackle across his snout and grins as he now looks the storm giant eye to eye as he stands now just over 19 feet tall.
"It is a good day....for some one to die"
Marshmellow looks concerned at first at suddenly being so high up in the air then smiles as well as she tests out her new huge paws - then she headbutts the King as if to say thanks.

A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?

Rockhand will say her goodbyes to the Ironhand tribe and prepare to set off.

OOC I put this map on the campaign page, too. You are currently 3 miles from this amphitheatre.
