"This information will be helpful. Thank you for your help, Whisper. I ask that you keep us researching the lands of Chult a secret for right now, we have other things to worry about. Speaking of which...does The Seaworthy wish to face an ancient Blue Dragon in her lair and bring justice to the North?" Ren asks of the captain as Tug and Cog place the heavy boulder/tomes back on their shelves. This library was so unique, Ren could spend the next year of his life here studying if he had the time.

"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

Whisper makes the index fingers touch each other repeatedly, not sure how to articulate the answer:" Uuuu, maybe....if a bit of treasure we can keep..."
OOC: Okay, so I've been thinking. This subclass I'm using isn't really working out the way I had hoped it would. It doesn't seem to be as helpful as I thought it might be. I don't know if it's because it's hard to keep track of all my spirits, or they just aren't being utilized or something. Regardless, I'm not having as much fun with this as I had hoped, and almost wish to go back to Berserker. Or maybe it's time to try something different? As much as I hate to leave Rockhand behind, what are your feelings on me rolling up something different for ToA?
((OOG We could play characters hired by Ordo Ursa because we have to make sure the North is safe? But idk, I <3 Ren so much... he's gonna be hard to say bye to. All of us actually... :'( ))

OOC But you will protect Ren in the Tomb??? Nobody can do it better than Nalla.
Joke aside, I am fine with whatever you desire. New characters are always welcome.
OOC: If I could go back to Berserker, I'd keep Rockhand on. I honestly had the most fun with that. I thought I'd be helpful and protect everyone else, but it just doesn't seem to work the way I had hoped. I'd do a better job protecting everyone if I could kill things before anyone else can be attacked lol

OOC It is fine by me. After the dragon, you could also try the Storm Herald?
OOC: I too was thinking that Grathart might retire after this tbh. I love him and all but he needs to go back on the hunt for his kin, and the likelihood of them being in Chult is very little.
OOC Ok, if the feeling is with rolling new characters, I am all for it. Let me know if you need more info on Chult for the backstory. That aside, let King Hekaton now when you are ready.
OOC: If we are starting new characters, I'd like to try out a Blood Hunter. If we're keeping these characters, I'd like to take Rockhand back to Beserker. I read over Storm Herald, and it doesn't really fit her.
Rockhand is ready to go, saying her goodbyes to Mustard, again.
OOC: I have the basic structure up on my homebrew collection, I don't think I can share it however because of blah blah or maybe blah? I borrowed a lot of text from dandwiki.com as well as a few of the ideas for the racial traits, I changed up the carapace from setting a base AC to adding a +1 overall. I also gave them advantage on Athletics checks based on the fact that they used to get pluses to the jump skill and are said to have powerful legs. I don't know how to share this though, I know in a campaign where homebrew is turned on you can see it though.
I would add the Camouflage ability (maybe, to balance it, requiring 1 minute to change the texture of the exoskeleton) and the Cantrip Mage Hand as per the Psionic ability some of them have.

A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?

(OOC - I had planned on a new character for ToA - and as far as Storm Herald goes I'm enjoying playing that with my Minotaur in Forge of Fury)

OOC I am working on a Saurial race, if anyone is interested for the new character.
Also, Argent, we can work out a Thri-kreen race, now that we have the tool :-)
OOC: haha Fil I thought the same, working on that Thri Kreen race now :D
OOC Awesome, then I will complete my Saurial race first...

And Erakas is ready whenever - the faster we get to the dragon the faster we can die :P
