The Shambling Mound makes some surprising lambada moves to avoid the worst of the flaming sphere. It takes another 4 fire damage.

As the revenant collapses, Hildigrim says, "Oh, no!" but doesn't elaborate. He squeezes by the moonbeam and moves two more squares to the left following Quillary and ending up in the square below Drusk. On his way over, he asks Volo to do yet another distracting flyby and looses an arrow at the shambling mound.

Shambling Mounds are resistant to fire and cold, so 2 damage... Pascal prefers fresh vegetables when he cooks, but normally he has more success blanching or freezing them when he needs to. (Like he says, still slowed down.)

With a chance to relax, the party sees that most of the floor is covered with unusual magic circles. Along the outer walls are debris. Any bookshelves or tables have been trashed and smashed for a long time.
Now that it is quiet, except for the party talking to yourselves (to make sure everyone is okay), Vajra, Tinker, and Shinebright come downstairs. Tinker opens up a portable hole and starts taking out equipment.
The party is asked to go upstairs and rest for the next hour (short rest), and then return to assist with the casting of the ritual.
Before you head upstairs, Vajra asks for you to take away the shambling mound remains that are covering the magic circle. (She will take care of the "revenant" body.) Shinebright demands that you don't just take it upstairs, but it should be disposed of so that people approaching his platforms for business won't see it. (He obviously expects your group to haul it a mile away from his house. But that sounds tiring, and you don't work for him.)

Drusk suggests Jorin get the shoulders (and the bulk of the weight) since he has the mighty belt, Drusk take the legs, and the arms taken by Quillary and Pascal. Hildigrim can guide them up the stairs (mastermind abilities), and point out obstacles.
When the party is out of hearing range of Shinebright, Drusk replies to Quillary. "I was thinking of the outhouse pit as well. Shinebright might never be able to use it ever again, but that's his fault for letting the cellar get in that shape.
"All he requested was to get it out of sight from the path to his house. It occurs to me that instead of dragging this mess hundreds of yards into the wood," (grins evilly)," that his bedroom chamber does not have any windows."
