Dog doesn't even say anything to Gash. He just gives him a genuinely concerned look with a furrowed brow. First the barbarian decides he's going to die. Now the wizard's lost his marbles. Things are going south quickly.
Feytok shakes his head at Dog. "Give it to the machine-man," he says. "He's worse off than me." But he does light the torch for the goliath. There are still no clomping footsteps in earshot.

Now that he’s had a minute to catch his breath, Stones is ready to continue this new adventure. He readies his scimitars, sings “do do do do, DO! DO!” and dances a little jig into the orange room after Tock.
Tock and Stones disappear as soon as they completely cross from the pink side of the room to the orange side. In the far distance, two roars echo through the passages of the dungeon.
Tock and Stones:
The kenku and tabaxi also hear the roars of the crystal minotaurs but it is very faintly in the distance. They must be quite far away from this location. The light in this room is red and it has only a single exit. The passage splits immediately to the left, going West, but otherwise looks to be a long corridor that ends in a T intersection.

Everyone follows Dog through the orange portal and appears in a red aura. It is in a room with only one exit, which splits off heading West right outside the room and ends in a t-junction at the end of a long passage. There are no sounds of clomping hooves or distant roars here. Tock is at the edge of the aura peering out into the hallway.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Do we think the minotaurs can sense where we are and come right to us or are they just patrolling?"
He looks around the teleportation room for any secret doors or markings (perception: 14) on the walls, ceiling, or floor.
"One entrance means that it's less likely we'll see one of these constructs, but if we do see one, we'll have to fight it. There's no quick escape. Do we think we need to risk a short rest? I'm guessing this will take us back to one of the colors we've seen before, but we could also be going around in circles. They called this the Trial, but didn't tell us what the goal is. Escape? Endurance? Puzzle-solving?"
If it's possible to duck his head out of the room and look down the hall to the west without teleporting himself to the next room, he will.
He turns to Tock. "Don't you have that gem that allows you to see through any illusion? Might be a good time to use it. I wonder if there's more going on here than we can see."
There are no illusions here. As before, Tock can see into both the Ethereal plan and the Material Plane, though nothing of interests exists in either plane.
The party sits in silence, trying to rest. After slightly less than a minute, the stomping of crystal hooves echoes through the halls. Everyone jumps to their feet and a crystal minotaur steps into the T-intersection from the east at the end of the long hallway...

Gash is going to start tying a rope around the butter.
”I’m going to drag this behind us. That way, if we get chased... good luck.”
He then breaks off a torch so it’s shorter and lights it from the heat off of their gensai friend and sticks it in the butter.
“Stones you seem to have good instincts. Which way do you reckon?”

“I still say try the orange room. Once we know where the teleportation rooms go, we can start opening doors.”
Tock takes this as a decision and repeats his last process (guidance + stealth check: 24) and heads into the orange light.

Tock will scout around (hoping the stealth check still stands)
"Hold on Stones, I'll see what can be seen."

(Is Tock leaving the aura?)
Dog sees Tock just move into the orange and goes right after him with Gash, motioning the others to go with him.

"QUICK EVERYONE RELAX!" Gash attempts to short rest here.

"Step out!" Dog says, stepping outside the red light fully and looking down the west hallway, ready to step right back into the teleporter to flee.
Dog sees the passage to the left turns the corner and, leaning a little towards the crystal Minotaur, can tell it is either unfinished or collapsed.
Tock steps out of the light and checks if the weapon of the minotaur is the same that he cast it on beforehand.
