“Ok, I’m getting an idea of where we are now. Let’s teleport out and I can start leaving marks on the halls. Then we can decide how to handle the Minotaurs and figure out how to get out of here.”
Dog pulls his longbow and fires at the construct and, as others head out of the red and back in to teleport again, hops back into the red before the construct can get close enough to attack.
Seeing what everyone else is doing, Stones steps out, shouts “stay back you cheap cubic zirconia bauble!” while casting Vicious Mockery and steps back into the room.
Tock sees everyone jump back in and decides to venture a little farther. He will dodge around the crystal minotaur (bonus action: disengage), run to the intersection, look both ways and then run back into the portal (action: dash would be needed as well I believe).
In a comedic chain of turns, reminiscent of one of Tick and Tock's more elaborately choreographed routines, each member of the party steps out of the aura, takes a long shot down the passage at the crystal golem, and then steps back into the aura as the next person steps out behind them. Both of Dog's arrows are ineffectual, either missing or bouncing off the hard edges of the creature. Bulwark's javelin does chip a piece off of it, though. Gash's fire bolt splashes harmlessly against the wall. Stone's spell (WIS(14) check: 2) causes the construct to wince slightly as it stomps down the passageway. As Tock steps out into the passageway the crystal minotaur is stomping down, a notable clunk sounds in the walls and floor and he dives back (DEX(12) check: 9) as large rusty iron spikes shoot up from the ground! The spikes slice into his leg, doing 8 damage. Feytok, with a dagger ready to throw, instead grabs Tock and drags him back into the red aura.
After entering the red aura completely, it turns a pale blue color. There are many exits to this room, one going down stairs, another leading to a door, and a third leading to many divergent passages.
In the distance, a pair of roars echo through the passageways.
Dog nods to Tock, who's usually pretty good with this sort of thing. As he steps away to allow Tock to work, he looks around for any kind of suspicious-looking mechanism or trap. (Investigation 20)
If Tock can't get to it or doesn't want to risk a trap again, Dog will try to force it open: 6
Indeed, this minotaur's greataxe is glowing green.
(Is there time to shoot my bow at the construct and them step back into the light before it gets to us?)
(Yes.)

In the distance, a pair of roars echo through the passageways.
“Well this is exciting! Perhaps we should try the door? That would be new!”
"Good call, we could even maybe barricade it and finally get our wits about us. How long have you two been down here anyway?"
Gash pivots around the room to listen down each hallway to figure out where the roars are coming from. Perception22
Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
The roars echo from the West, down the stairs.
“Yeah the door. They’re coming from the west. Move quickly maybe they won’t know we’re here. And be quiet. Quickly. Quietly. Get in the door.”
Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
"Quiet is a good idea. Let's try the door. I was going to suggest splitting up and going north too but if we get separated that's bad."
Trying the door, it is firmly locked. (DC 14 to pick with the proper tools. DC 17 to force the door open.)

“Can any of you pick locks? If you don’t have the tools I can make them.”
Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
(Tock has no tools!)
The door does not appear to be trapped.
Tock says, "Sure. Dog, help me out here please." (and assuming Help action from Dog..) Tock kicks the door with all his might: strength check 14.
"Ow, that hurt."
