Auzen and Rastin manage to yet again ignore the foul stench emitting from the undeads'' "living" corpses. The room stinks of death - zombie parts everywhere.
Magical flames engulf the zombies, and they scream hysterically, trying to douse the flames through their awkward movements.
(Z2 Dex Save: 13 - Z3 Dex Save: 13 - both fail)
The zombies fail to douse the flames, and now the party faces two remaining zombies writhing and screaming in pain.
Dmitri's great sword plunges into the zombie, Dmitri looking like a kneeling angel with the palm of his hand on the pommel of his sword, and knee on ground as he twists he sword to ensure the deep was done. The zombie's eyes pop out of its socket, yet it looks on at Dmitri with eye sockets only. Puss comes out of hits mouth, and it takes it's last undead breath. (Z2 HIT - DEAD).

Rastin is ready to end this battle. Talon will end it. Attack Z2 10 Damage6
Rastin appears fatigued, but his clumsy swing manages to hit the slow and injured zombie (HIT). The zombie falls backward, and as it hits the ground you hear a loud crack — its skull splitting open on the concrete floor. Brownish "blood" and green ooze flows from the open head wound. The zombie grasps for air instinctively, despite the fact it doesn't live off of Oxygen.
(Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead. - Con Save (DC 11): 15 - PASS)
Incredibly, the zombie stands up, its head split wide open. It still "lives".
Slowly walking towards the gasping corpse, Autzen grips his ancestral sword. Placing a boot on the creature's throat, and carefully aiming the tip his blade towards the grotesque left eye of the writhing zombie, Autzen drives the blade down and through the back of the skull.

The party looks at the scene. Zombie body parts, mixed in the blood of Autzen lay everywhere. The battle has been won, but these adventurers are too smart and understand that the war isn't over. They still have a missing dwarf to find, and supposedly, the riches of a magical mine.

The party returns to the home of the man who told them to clear the zombies, anxious to get the location of Cragmaw Castle. The white haired human awaits outside the door, with a surprised look on his face.
