Carrhae puts her finger on Misha's lip. "Shhh. I don't mind that you slept with Kali. She's beautiful, who wouldn't want to sleep with her? But I also find you beautiful. You might be one of the most beautiful women I've ever laid eyes on. I'm sorry that I never told you before, it's just that on Acheron they were so focused on training and fighting and I didn't even know that you could feel that way until you arrived on Toril and I found out about you and Kali. You're right, I can have anyone, but tonight I just want you, but only if you want me. You don't have to, I'm not ordering you to do anything you don't want to do and I won't be any less of your friend if you don't want to. Honest. She was conflicted, as if wanting to tell her something private. Personal. Carrhae was a very beautiful woman. She had a figure that was strong, and curvy, eveything that Misha found attractive and could set her loins on fire. Do I tell her? She is my Captain. On top of not knowing she felt this way, now I have to do something I don’t want to. But, have to.
Her voice was barely a whisper.
”I am..not allowed to have relationship een way that you want, Kapitan. For meesion success, have orders not to. Told not to. Cannot deesobey. We must..I must remain focused. I am sorry.”
Misha kneeled and held her head down low. It was a familiar pose to Carrhae, an Acheronian pose asking for forgiveness, of having deep regret, and shame. Misha took Carrhae’s hand and placed it on her own head, left it there. And while Carrhaes hand touched Misha’s head, she said, “Forgeev Misha, my Kapitan. My comrade. I would die for you, but not because I was ordered to. Because, I do love you - as friend. I hef dishonored you by rejecting your request. Please forgeev Misha.”
Carrhae kneels down and helps Misha to her feet, always looking her in the eye. She spoke in a soft tone of voice, having sympathy for her friend. "Dishonor me? No,no. Misha, whatever made you think you dishonor me is lying to you. I gave you the choice to accept or reject me because it's wrong to force someone to accept you. A natural part of desire is failing to get what you want. It happens to everyone, even me, and the only thing that can be done is to either accept it or be consumed by bitterness. And I love you too much to let myself be consumed by bitterness. You would gladly die for me because you love me, but I would do everything I can to keep that from happening, because life has given you such joy and I don't want to bury any more friends. Because even if I can't have you like this, I can still do other fun things with you, like tickle you!"She very briefly tickles her side with one hand, still holding Misha with the other.
"You're my friend Misha, there's nothing to forgive. Now you should really get back to your quarters. I must sleep and you must get yourself focused for tomorrow. The others will be counting on you and I want you to come back alive."
Sloop is giddy with excitement for what lays ahead! So giddy, that he wants to practice his lock picking skills, based on what the Captain told him he'd have to do first thing when arriving at the haunted house. Collecting his thieves toolset from his bag, he wanders the ship in search of a locked door to practice on. Quickly coming up to the Captain's quarters, he grins a mischievous grin when he realizes that the Captain has locked her door! There is a dirty sock hung over the door handle, though. Does the Captain expect him to wash it? But why just a single sock? Does it need darning?
Duty takes over, and Sloop puts his thieves tools away and grabs the single sock off of the Captain's door handle, brings it back upstairs to the deck, and begins to clean it and repair any holes in it.
In the morning, Erriviel dons his coat and mask before buckling on a sword belt and sheathing a simple rapier with a silver inlay in the handle. He'll hand off a potion each to Misha and Chandor before heading to the death haunted house and the locked drawer.
"We should start where the first team left off, but we should make a cursory sweep to make sure that the inhabitants weren't made aware of their presence beforehand. Misha, Chandor, keep an eye out while Sloop and I work on this lock."
While Erriviel and Sloop work on the locked drawer, Chandor finds a position where he examine as much of their surroundings as they can, looking for any new coming danger and possible signs of if anyone investigated his friends' presence the prior day. Despite the tight quarters, he opts to unsling his longbow, notching an arrow while keeping a lookout. "Fine, but let's hurry," he says. "This place gives me the creeps."
Misha gave Carrhae a big hug. She kissed her cheek many times, relieved for so many reasons. She jerked violently for a brief moment at the tickle, but just smiled and hugged her Captain and her friend for a long time. She did indeed love Carrhae, and was filled with pride, and honor at what their relationship had become. The fact that she was so understanding when Misha told her the truth only made it stronger. She eventually let go, gave Carrhae a strong peck on the mouth, looked at her lovingly for just another moment, and bid her goodnight. She spent the rest of the evening gazing at the stars and praising Bane for his wisdom, his strength, and promised to make Him, and her Captain, proud tomorrow.
In the morning, Misha stepped into her cabinet and was locked into her tight fitting plate armor. She grabbed her shield, and her hammer, and met up with the rest of the Away Team. Erriviel, Sloop, and Chandor. "My friends. We have no idea what to expect in the house. We hef our eenformation on what they have seen so far, so let us continue what they hef started and bring honor to our Kapitan, to ourselves, and to the Belle. We depart now."
AWAY TEAM TWO OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
"Thees place has definitely seen better days. Come. Be alert for any surprises." Following Erriviel's good advice, they were all careful entering the house again. Thankfully, there were no people in the entryway, but who knows what might have changed since the day before.
3. THE STUDY
"There." Misha points, in accordance with Carrhae's information. "There ees the desk. Keetee, ees time to do job. Erriviel weel help. The meedle drawer. Unlock it." Misha stood guard in the hall, slowly checking out both ways as the team tried to unlock the desk.
Chandor: You notice a set of footprints leading into AREA 4.
Carrhae was happy that she was able to alleviate Misha's concerns and after she departed, Carrhae said prayers, thanking Sune for her team's success and wishing that the next team returns safe and successful. She bids them luck on the next morning.
Upon returning to her room, Carrhae finds that the sock she placed was missing. She shrugs her shoulders, opting to wait for Sloop to get back rather than chase him and the rest of the team down. Carrhae decides to go without socks today, wearing a pair of leather sandals along with some shorts that, while not as short as Misha's are, still showed off a good amount of Carrhae's legs. She heads off to the top deck, letting her crew know that she plans on heading into town and that they can join her if they wish.

Upon getting back to the ship, Sana heads for the guns. She spent a great deal of the voyage here familiarizing herself with them, but she intends to know them as well as if she built them herself before the first battle. Waving goodbye to the departing Captain and away team, she goes back to examining the firing mechanism, making sure the cannon is aimed away from anything, including the town or other ships.
CARRHAE: You stroll over to Kester's Leather goods, over at AREA 11. Kiorna Kester runs this tannery, where she produces smooth, colorful leather for every purpose and sells both the cured hides and items she fashions from it. It's possible she could have, or make you a bad ass longcoat to your liking.
SANA: The Acheronian combat panels on the cannons seem to be simple enough to operate, thankfully. It doesn't take you long at all to figure out how they work. The cannons even have a safety mode algorithm installed to prevent accidental firing. The arcane chambers, while having limited fuel, should last a full battle before they would need a recharge.

Misha looked in the general area of where Chandor was pointing. She looked back at Sloop and Erriviel, who were still working on the desk, and then back to Chandor. "I weel stand guard and watch you from here, down the hall, if you want to go see." she suggested.
Wolf, who was distracted by the potential of wine, was sad when when he didn't find anything and happy to leave the house when they did. Upon arriving back he checks around the ship and make sure there isn't anything that immediatly needs to be fixed. Not seeing anything Wolf happily sneaks away to where he has been brewing his own wine. Checking in on it and happy with the rsesult for now. Having nothing else to do he tells the crew, "I'm off to The Wicker Goat. See you around." Happily the shifter then makes his way to the dwarven tavern to drink the rest of the day away.

Getting a good feel for the lock, he proceeds to glance over at Misha guarding the doorway, winks at her quite suggestively, grins, and ping, the lock is unlocked. Grinning ear-to-ear, he casually wraps his toolset back up and stands back, allowing Erriviel to open the drawer and check inside.
Misha's eyebrows pop up in surprise at keetee's obvious flirting, AND the fact he popped open the drawer so expertly. "Nice job, keetee!" she said, surprised.
Inside the drawer are 2 health potions wrapped in cloth in addition to containing nothing but old, valueless documents, all written in Common — receipts for purchases of various chemicals and laboratory equipment.
"Come." Misha said. "We can either check out that room." Misha points to the room Chandor said the tracks led to. Area 4. "Chandor sees footpreents, we can follow. Or w can search other rooms - or, go upstairs and find out what ees behind secret door upstairs. Hope eet ees Brotherhood."
Erriviel takes the items inside the drawer, handing a health potion to Sloop before quickly skimming over the receipts. "Good work. It seems someone is practicing their potion making, but I'll have to take a closer look at these to figure out for what."
As he pockets the receipts, he nods to Misha, "We should stick together for now, until we're reasonably assured that we're the only people here. Lead the way."
