In desperation, Lyle assaults his opponent with a leap, driving his first weapon in near the heart, and the second puncturing the lung. With a spraying cough of blood, the Goblin collapses, dying, under Lyle.
Denethir
Coming back from a sunny meadow into the cold suite filled with the smell of blood, Denethir lashes out ineffectually at the Goblin before him.
Lusith
Lusith, still phased by his recent encounter stabs forward, but misses.
Seeing that the last enemy is surrounded, Eurim considers taking aim once more. After a moment's indecision, however, he snaps into action. With a sturdy forward charge, he lets his crossbow fall as he advances on the last goblin. With a short leap at the end of his sprint, he attempts to tackle the goblin and to restrain his arms and legs.
Eurim's next bolt strikes the target, heavily, but does not put him down
Goblin
Finding itself alone, its morale lost, he disengages from the fight, and attempt to run past Melisana and Eurim to escape. [Ends turn at E23]
Keestake

Nicholas
Goblin Grapple (Dex) 12 vs 18
Nicholas manages to tackle the Goblin from behind. The two barrelling into Keestake and all three tumbling to the floor.
Lusith
Your current attack can be lethal or change to non-lethal, as you wish.
Binding the struggling, and squirming Goblin is like trying to wrestle with an giant oiled eel, getting several scrapes and bites in the process. Finally the Goblin from exhaustion, the Goblin settles down with hatred in his eyes.
Keestake has retreated in fear to the corner, and Melisana looks on with cold eyes.
Lusith will hold his spear ready to stab into its neck and look at Eurim, "You seemed to want to capture it, did you have a next step in mind? Oh, and Janey, what wa that wand they had?"
(Ooc what happened to Janey, didn't see her on the last set of initiatives?)
Stowing his daggers and retrieving his handaxes, one embedded in the collarbone of a goblin, Denethir slumps dejectedly against a wall to examine his wounds, one of which their omnipotent benefactor had healed. He could barely even make out a blemish on his skin.
Picking up a scimitar from one of the fallen goblins next to him, he spits in its direction. "I apologise, my friends, I don't appear to be cut out for dealing with even the weakest of foes. Speaking of which, are we questioning this one? Can it can even understand us?"
Nicholas gathers himself, unwrapping from his stranglehold on the goblin. He goes and tosses down the longsword on the floor, scowling at it. "Couldn't strike when I needed it. What a waste."
He looks over at Denethir and Janey studying the wand, then begins to search the room for anything else of interest, muttering to Keestake, "What are we looking for here, man?"
Melisana returns the the bedroom, coming back with the "funny" red stick. The stick is about a 18 inches long, dyed and varnished red, with strange characters etched along its length.
Keestake looks at the wand, with a sense of shame, "That's the Queen's funny stick. All these years, nothing disturbed it. Now this. May Himself and Her forgive me."
Besides the wand, everything else seems to be broken furniture, statuary, moth eaten cloth and trash.
Keestake, "Herself used to hold the want up and make a small circle three times. When it came near anything special, you could see it throb in her hand."
Taking the wand form Melisana, the half-elf flicks his wrist a few times in a circular motion, and looks towards Keestake. "Like this?"
Noticing Nicholas peering over his shoulder, he shows him the wand, before turning again to their guide. "Any ideas as to what these carvings represent?"
