So the buoys are 30ft below surface level, which means you would need to swim 30 feet down to get to them, as you do not have a swim speed, it would require 60 feet of movement to get to the buoys. So yes, Toxic dashes (as a bonus action) and unties his first buoy (as an action).

Torinn will attempt to crawl through, reaching for Xan's hand - 27

If that's a success, then he runs as far as he can.

Amunet and Anastasia will dig as their turn. Lith will attempt to crawl through: 12, but is barely unable to do so.

Stripes will attempt to crawl under the log and run as far as she can toward the 2nd ring - 15

Stonetree makes a second attempt at the ring 19 

And dashes towards the Buoys swimming 40ft
