OOC: Briga will go in through a window, it sounded like Griff was going for the front door, she will time her entrance to align with his.
"There's four of us with me, Briga Furyblood of the Tribe of the Bear and the Abandoned Dragons Adventuring Company and Private Detective Agency, along with my colleagues Tyrus, Griff and Arlon," she says. "OK, maybe that's a bit much. Anyway, we could do two groups of two, or you guys, Tyrus and Arlon, can go to the door with Griff and I'll be group two going for the window. Either way, this is happening."
OOC: Briga readies an action to go through the window - forcing open the window if need be - and enter when given the signal by Griff.
"Maybe I should quit with the 'blood' surnames. It's not like an underground giant mosquito taking a nip is the most noteworthy thing I'll have happen to me. I'll keep worshopping it."
OOC: It seems like the "signal" will be when Griff kicks the front door in.
Griff shrugs and just attempts to kick the front door in.

As an action, you can detect good and evil. Until the end of your next turn, you can sense anything affected by the hallow spell or know the location of any celestial, fiend, undead within 60 ft. that is not behind total cover. You can use this feature 5 times per long rest.

Before Griffdar attempts to kick in the front door, Tyrus will have taken off his backpack and, after removing his handaxe from where it is secured, rested it up against the side of the building somewhere where it's not immediately visible but easily retrievable.
Then, handaxe at the ready, he will keep his eye on the street, looking to see if the sounds of Griffdar's attempt on the door attracts any attention.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

-If Arlon is granting advantage with the help action, Briga has 25 a if Athletics (+6), 23 if straight strength check (+4). I also corrected my math on the earlier roll, if Athletics it was 15, Strength 13. If Help is granting advantage, these higher numbers, 25 or 23, depending on the check, would apply.
Griff charges at the door, it seems to be sturdy, though it almost opened - it isn't quite enough to force the door from the lock. The slam echoes down the street.
(OOC: Briga: I'll wait till the other door is breached as you did mention you were readying for that - as this hasn't happened yet - I'll keep that held until such time as the condition is met or you trigger it earlier)
(OOC: The only window at a height level anyone would be able to climb through is on the lower yard level. For that, if your looking for a co-ordinated breach, the best bet would be the front door on the Yard Level rather than the street level, which you wouldn't be able to coordinate when to enter etc. Just want to confirm that is your intent before I continue, or are you trying to break down the door on the upper street level (note that Briga will not know that you guys have entered if you use that route).)
OOC: I assume the more logically coordinated entry you described here, both yard level. I may have been confused about the description. If no coordinated break in is logistically feasible Briga will just join Griff at the front door.
OOC: And yes, Briga breaking in was to be triggered by Griff breaking in, so if he's not in, she's waiting.
OOC: Did Griff's greatsword weapon attack succeed in opening the door? If so, did that trigger Briga's attempt to gain access via the window, and if so, was that successful?
[OOC: Yes, I was a bit confused about this too, but thought Briga would be able to hear the forced entry and coordinate her entry with that.
Happy to go with the consensus (or DM's decision), but if it can still be changed, I would recommend we go in through the yard entrances because they are not directly visible from the street if the gate into the yard is closed.
Note: The fence around the yard means it would take two people to coordinate entries on both the street level and the yard level.
If simultaneous entry occurs, or it is decided to go in through the yard entrances, then Tyrus will have been keeping lookout from just inside the partly opened gate.]

The door cracks open as you crash your way inside. Briga smashes through the window, enabling a pincer attack between the two groups of you.
Inside, tables and chairs have been carelessly tossed across the floor. A dozen corpses lie along the walls, their rapiers and daggers lying nearby. 45 feet to the north, the building branches to the wall the Window is located. Though the furniture is a mess, some overturned tables and boxes have formed a shoddy wall, behind which four Kenku have readied a bow in both directions - two at the window entrance and one at the door.

Two arrows pierce into Briga from the Kenku shortbows coming from the east of her, behind the barricade of boxes and overturned table, before ducking down to get some cover. You hear coming from where the arrows were fired a deep voice with an orcish accent say "Xanathar sends its regards."
The third and fourth arrows fly south at Griff as he charges through the door.
Attack: 24 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

OOC: Whoops, you answered that. It's silent even when listening from a window, correct?
"Lets go in I guess, already. We pretty much have the say so from the highest ranking guy around here," Briga says.
"Let's" Arlon gets ready to cast a spell and mention the others to move forward.
Griff shrugs and just attempts to kick the front door in.
