Aisha manages to snort a weak laugh at one of Ginans comments. Thinking to herself If you cannot give us what we do not take for ourselves, then you are already giving us nothing, as we are taking it.. ourselves... but she resigns herself to a sigh in the audible. And at this point it's clear that while excessively reluctant, Aisha has more or less already accepted this as being 'inevitable.'
Aisha doesn't react to the touches of both Harmony and Gabrielle, nor does she shun them away. Likely because she was too internally exhausted after her explosion of emotion to do more than stay in place. And in doing so, she finally replies Even if what you say is correct about all this, it does nyot make this one any happier about the situation. Aisha is wise enough to understand that by NYOT helping you now, she hurts her own sister later. Aisha is aware of this. Aisha only wishes you could understand. Unfortunately as what you are, that is nyot possible. You have no concept of death or struggle or loss at a morrtal level. You are alien, even when you are warm.
And Harrrmony, Aisha thanks you for your support. She knows you and the others are here, but this one can only hold so much in. Aisha is there for you all as well, and we arrre in this together. It seems they.. she says, referring to the two dieties near them .. through this one have provided us a path there, that will save us time, unless the circle does nyot go where Aisha assumes. But whatever.
Another issue then. She says, talking to everyone gathered, mortal or otherwise. Firstly, where is my friend, Tsavi? Secondly.... Aisha believes the mayor of Ruskivek to be an Imposterrr. For Aisha met the mayor with the prrrisoners.. In fact.. where are they nyow? Waiting only long enough to receive her answers or reactions before pressing on. Which means the deed we got was from someone who is nyot the actual mayor. We will need to think on how to handle this, and.. inform the prisoners, the mayor, Mro, and the rest with us and determine what we will do. If the mayor has been replaced.... then that means others may have been as well.
And lastly, before we head back, Aisha has one small request for you Ginan. Could you trransport the heads of the Hydra we slew into the manor?
"T'savi is safe. She returns now with the one known as Mro Jus Bir, escorting the rescued to Ruskivek," Ginan monotones, the fire gleaming off of his bald head.
Gabrielle returns to stand by Ginan's side. "Your assumption is correct. The Myriax of Xagafell had assumed the form of more than just the mayor of the fair city. Given more time, they would be standing at the ready to prepare the way for Zuzeca's forces, but matters were complicated for them when Captain Fritjof and his men rooted the goblin infiltration out of the city's sewers - and now that you have cut the head off of the snake, they are fleeing. With no leader, they abandon their ploy," she explains.
The forest around you grows dim, and even the light of the fire seems a shadow of what it was a moment before.
"You carry the fate of many worlds upon your shoulders," Gabrielle says, her voice fading. "But you do not stand alone. Do not turn away allies, for the bonds gained will see you through."
Your visions grow dark, and the air turns cold, and for one of you, wet. You awaken in a cold, damp stone cellar, atop a teleportation circle and next to the large decapitated head of a wyvern. T'savi stands over Aisha's waking form, licking her face affectionately.
It has been a long and tiring journey thus far, but the four of you have together traveled beyond fire. The plot of Zuzeca, lord of snakes, has been defeated.
