Pressing on, Jove's lights lead the way back into the corridor and down the narrow hallway, toward the leftmost door. Abraxas marks it for Aisha.
It opens to a 15-by-30-foot room, with the same natural stone and vine-covered walls. With the parchment and books strewn about, this room might look like a study were it not for the rough-cut hole in its center. A young human woman lies on her side in the center of the hole, legs tucked in to her chest. Her hair could be any color, but it and her face are covered in grime and dirt. She sits up as the light washes over her, kicking gravel in a panic as she wipes her face with a dirty sleeve, leaving more dirt than there already was.
"Are you ready already, I...I'm sorry...Agaan o kaarthec dhuur akuukhaar kaaruuc, gharaar?"she asks meekly.
Harmony walked along with the others, seeing as it opens into a room that looks like a study except for the hole in the floor. She was shocked to see the human girl in there before hearing her, not understanding the last part. "I'll talk to her." she said to everyone before she touched her lips and cast Tongues on herself. "What was that last part you just said? Are you alright? What's your name? What happened to you and why are you here?" Harmony had then spoken to the girl, giving a warm and friendly smile while trying to ignore the dizziness. Who is she and what is she doing here of all places?
"Oh my, you aren't them. I'm sorry...is this a trick? I asked if you were ready for your lesson, but you aren't...you aren't goblins," she responds nervously in Common. "They've been holding me here, having me teach them different languages. How long have I been here? Who are you?"
For Harmony:
Clarity returns to your mind, and the dizziness has fallen away.
Harmony was glad to hear as she spoke Common, also now feeling better and no longer dizzy. She listened to what the girl was saying, thinking. “This isn’t a trick and we definitely are not goblins. Do you remember when you first got here? I’m Harmony and these are my friends. We’re looking for someone that has been missing.” she said back to her calmly and smiling. But the she heard Jove in her head, realizing that she could be the sister. “Speaking of which, do you happen to have a brother named Fritjof?” Harmony had then asked the girl, hoping that she is the one they were looking for.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Abraxas is glad Harmony remembers details so well. He will try to investigate the woman for signs of Wizardry, which for him means ink stains, paper cuts, and perhaps poor vision: 10. That she speaks several languages leaves him already mostly convinced.
"Are there others who were traveling with you? Are they close?"
The girl is in such a filthy state that it's hard to discern anything specific beneath the grime. She does not carry anything, and you don't see any of her belongings in the room.
"Frit? Is he here?" the girl lights up at the mention of her brother's name. Then, as tears well in her eyes, she plants her face in her hands. "Oh, he's going to kill me. He told me it wasn't safe and I didn't listen. Yes, Frit is my brother, did he send you? I came here with some friends to celebrate our graduation, but..." she shakes her head. "We were ambushed. We set off a tripwire alarm, and the goblins had us surrounded so quickly. I don't know where my friends are. I've seen them, but only glimpses since the goblins put me here. I don't...there are three of them. Welton is a human, with short brown hair and a distinguishing mustache. Jamorin is a half-elf, with long blonde hair to his shoulders, and Dust is Nekomata - he has grey fur and a white spot on his forehead. Please...get us out of here. There is a door concealed in the wall behind me; the goblins use it sometimes to come in. That's all I know, though, I've been in here for so long."
Jove speaks telepathically again. "So this is a wizard? All she is doing is teaching language. Not very arcane. Well now we have her. Aisha will be happy Tsavi doesn't have to come back in."
"Let's see if we can sneak you out of here? I guess it depends on what exactly is beyond this secret door. Hopefully our Tabaxi friend," Abraxas says. He moves toward the wall to locate and open the door.
"We can expect a change in the goblin's attitude towards us because we're taking their language instructor from them. Have to be ready for that. Hmm. What if they sic the owlbears on us?"
Harmony had heard the girl, seeing her light up and glad that they found who they were looking for. "Yes, he did send us to find you." she said back to her, nodding as she smiled. She listened as she wasn't sure where her friends are, describing each of them and mentioning a secret door behind her that the goblins use sometimes. "Don't worry, we'll find your friends." she told her, reassuring her as she then heard Jove and Abraxas. "We could always try disguising her as Aisha so that we can walk right out and the goblins would not even notice. I'm good with makeup and disguises!" Harmony had then said back to them with a grin.
Abraxas quickly locates the concealed door within the wall. A clever contraption, the inside of the door is covered with stone to make it seem part of the wall itself, but up close it fails to pass an inspection. He opens to the door to a familiar room:
The roughly 40-by-50-foot mess hall has four sets of tables and chairs. Large papers are set across each table. Four goblins sit among the tables, looking bored and inattentive. Each wall of the room holds a closed wooden door.
Olive looks to Aisha, then back to the girl. "You've certainly got you work ahead of you in making her look like Aisha, but if anyone could do it, it's you."

While the party is doing their thing underground, Aisha begins to ponder more on the shadows.... And why she suddenly feels weaker, and why her partner, Tsavi, is also struggling. Thinking about any lore, stories, random tavern conversations that might explain what happened to both of them
History about 'shadow' creatures: 0
But gives up not long after, realizing it was futile. She hadn't came across any information or stories about them in the past. Sighing, she pets Tsavi. Whispering and cooing We have to go back in there, even if we do not like it. Aisha doesn't want you to suffer, but we also cannyot abandon those people. We are trapped here as surely as they are, until we 'save the worrld' as it were.... So just try to stay safe. We've gotten through bad things before. Aisha is sure we can do so again.
Abraxas nods at the four goblins and closes the door. "I like the way Harmony is thinking, though it will be very tricky. I must also confess I'm not sure how we can walk out without walking past goblins. Do any of you know?" He looks at the woman they have just found. "Fritjof's sister. Have you told us your name? Do you know where your fellow travelers are being held?"
However, you can slowly feel your strength returning to you as you rest.
The goblins hardly seem to notice the door had opened at all, either asleep at their chairs or reading through the parchment on the tables within.
"My name is Denisha," the girl responds, "I have seen my friends, but I do not know where they are being kept. A couple of days ago, when the goblins came in I saw Dust and Welton in the hall behind them, walking free. I don't think they saw me, and I was too startled to call out."
Tracking: There is a closed and unmarked door in the previous hallway. A concealed door in this room leads to the mess hall, where four goblins are seated.
Harmony was surprised as the secret door opened up to the mess hall, glad that the goblins in there aren't paying attention before the door closed. She had heard Olive and Abraxas's compliment, nodding back with a smile. But when he asked if any of them know how to walk out of here without walking past goblins, not sure. "The only way might be if we could make her or all of us invisible." she had said back, thinking. Then she heard the girl, Denisha as she nodded back. Harmony decided to go ahead and try the disguising, but first she would use Prestidigitation however many times it took to completely clean up Denisha from head to toe since it would be harder to make a disguise with her being so dirty. Once Denisha is clean enough, Harmony would get out all of her makeup and the disguise kit as she recalled what Aisha looks like and all her features. She would then start applying the disguise and putting on makeup to match all that as much as possible down to the littlest details.
(OCC: Not sure which skill check this would be for, but she does have proficiency with disguise kit.)
OOC: Harmony can take 30 minutes to make the extensive changes to Denisha's person as needed. I will roll checks if they become needed.
@Raiketsu, we are about 40 minutes into Aisha and T'savi's short rest.
Harmony goes to work, doing her utmost to copy Aisha's looks on Denisha's face. One half hour later, a "tabaxi" stands where the human woman once did, recognizable as a fake to those that travel with Aisha, but passable to a band of goblins who do not.
"Thank you so," Denisha comments as Harmony magically cleans the grime, "What I would do for a nice warm bath right about now. What a fool I am..."
