After throwing the skull into the cave to light the entrance, Talon would turn to Hoyle with a shocked look on his face. "We go home... not safe!" he would repeat to his friend. "Not your armor!"
((How does a Kenku show a shocked look on their face?))
"Alright friend, I was just proposing we borrow it for a bit, but you are probably right. We should take these boys back and then gear up and come out here and rid the town of this kobold menace." Hoyle bows to Talon.
Since others are tying up the sleepers, Tait will help Hick pick up the equipment and say, "Yes, let's get this back to your dad's shop before he finds out. Those guys," he nods toward the sleeping boys, "won't be the ones that have to explain this to him if he finds this stuff missing."
Hands full of weapons, armor, or whatever gear that was laying about that he can carry, Tait will nod look at everyone and nod toward the town.
"These guys didn't discover this cave on their own. They learned about it from a parent by happenstance. Maybe we should find out what our elders know of this place and why it was kept secret before anyone tries exploring. Knowing that may save a life."
((Just pointing out, sleep only lasts a minute, and so we better have been tying fast)) Joshua will stand by them as people are finding ropes and if they wake up will say "You are lucky we found you, you would have probably died if you went in there. Of course, no one has to know you stole from the Hick's father, set a fire as a diversion and almost got yourself killed. Well as long as you leave us alone and don't try to get us back for stopping you. Does that sound fair?" Persuasion 19 (if advantage for any reason (like help), 24)
Arric, after seeing nothing, will turn back towards Tait.
“That sounds like a smart plan. But perhaps we shouldn’t show up with their sons hog-tied.”
Looking over at Hick, he says,
“I know you follow Thomas like a good friend, but Hick, you gotta know that this wasn’t a great idea. No one knows where you are or what you’re doing. Do you think you could help us calm Thomas down when he wakes up, try to convince him this was a bad idea? At least get more than three people.”
Not trying to be mean, Arric is just trying to convince Hock how dumb this was. Persuasion if needed. 23
((Does Hick know how to fight with weapons? And what kind of person is Hick? Like dumb but strong? Is he mean or does he just do what Thomas says?))
Once Klaus has finished helping tie up the two sleepers, he will just stand guard over Thomas, just in case he wants to do something stupid Klaus will be right there to react. "I understand everyone here trying to be kind to these boys but I don't understand why we can't deliver them hog tied. If it wasn't for us they'd be dead. Better uncomfortable with a wounded pride than dead, but if everyone wants to just let them go I won't stand in the way. It will be just a matter of time before they give me another reason to knock some sense into them."
(Also, as per the description of sleep, I am not sure if tying them up would wake them up. I guess that is up to Rust how much happens before sleep stops. Hopefully they stay asleep)
For tying it should be fine. You make a noose and tighten before he wakes.
Hick is a good guy who chose the wrong friend. They are about your age but the parents are more or less friends so they have run in the same circles.
Hick is definetly ready now to go back and talk to his father now that he has found some allies. He knows how to wield some weapons but he like most youth your age has now real skills.
Thomas grumbles and swears as he finds himself tied.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Talon would let out a relieved sigh as they gather up their things and the two bullies had been tied up. Turning back towards the cave, Talon will take another look to see if he can spot anything now that it has been somewhat illuminated by the glowing skull... Just looking to make sure nothing tries to come out and attack them as they leave.
Klaus happy to be back to town in time to still have some fun "Alright well good work today boys I think my presence here is not required so I'm going to go check on my sister, and hope she hasn't given my father or older brother any reason to give me a good bruising." as he lets out a laugh where hes serious but at the same time trying to have some comedic relief before actually going to find out. "See you guys in a bit if you plan on joining the rest of the party."
Hoyle says to the group, "I think we should join the celebration and then tomorrow investigate around town, any info we can find about the cave. We can meet up tomorrow night at the Famous Pig and discuss what we find and what do do about it?". If the rest agree to this, Hoyle will help Hicks take the gear back to his father's shop and then head to partake in the festivities.
Assuming Talon never saw anything in the mouth of the cave, he would have gone back with the group. Holding on tightly to his rod, his firm grip would not relax until Thomas and James had wondered away from the group. Joining the celebrations, Talon would grab a few more free snacks on the way to the bonfire, tossing them into his beak and weaving through the crowd. Once in front of the flames, The kenku would reach into his robes and pull out a small loaf of bread that he had baked with his father. Examining the bread, he would run his hand across the top of the loaf and give it a good long sniff before tossing it into the flames.

Tait agrees to meet at the Famous Pig tomorrow. He'll then be off to grab his sculpture to throw into the bonfire. He'll enjoy the party, keeping a casual eye on Thomas and James. He'll then help his grandfather pack all of their stuff up in their wagon and head back home for the evening.
Arric will also go to the bonfire. Taking out a red strand of rope, he bows his head for a moment before throwing it into the fire. Then he’ll find his father and help him out as he does what they do every year. Bandaging the scrapes and cuts the children got from playing around at the festival and then having a nice cup of tea together watching the fire burn.

(OOC: He would gasp and hold his hands next to his face and his eyes would go wide :D)

After joining more my signature got out of hand so I am now a proud member of the extended signature club!! :)

James, always the silent type bids his time.
This will happen now then

Perception. 10
Thomas and James grumble but they know they have been beaten.
Hick is relieved and scowls at Thomas like it is all his fault.
It takes about an hour to get back to the edge of the forest and you can all see from the hilltop that the bonfire has been lit.
You know that the fact that you weren't there will be noticed.
Still you have time to go and enjoy the party.

The group arrive into town and it is rather empty. The whole village is at the bonfire.
Thomas and James leave the group still very upset going to the fire but you have made a new friend in Hick.
Tell me what you do for the evening.

He never did.
Hoyle will ask Hick, "How did you guys find out about the cave and what were you planning to do?"
