"Is it wise to have them in the town? Some of the people might overreact at unknown. There is no one living at the Nogor farm anymore so that would be a good place"
"The farm belongs to the children... " Talon would reply with a kaw. "I know what it is like to be different in town" The Kenku would say in the pieced together words of father bryon. "They seem nice... I will help introduce them to the town... Father would want me to help them" He would say standing up straight and quickly turning his head from his friend to the kobolds and back to his friends.
Would Hoyle have seen a place during his travels in the area with his father, that would have been a suitable place to relocate them too?
"I don't think town would be a good place for them for several reasons Talon. I don't think they would be comfortable there and I doubt most of the townsfolk would accept them. They belong in the wilds, in an environment where they can prosper."
"We know you are not monsters. We can help try help the other people know that. Or we can try find an empty place. We will help you with what you want"
"Well then, shall we leave and find a new place to live for our friends? The sooner we get them settled, the sooner that we can try and find this bad man," Tait says in common and then repeats in draconic to the kobolds.
He'll then add in draconic to the kobolds, "This bad man may have killed a family of humans from our village. I know that there is something else you are afraid of here, but my friends and I have to return once we find you a new place."
The white dragonkin smiles a toothy grin and hurries the others.
"The bad man as you say leaves further down the cavern in an area we used to live in. Our gardian died a long time ago, even before we were born but he left us many things to ponder."
He looks around and the others gather to him.
"Once we are out and in a new home we will make you a drawing and give you the key."
"I think I know just the place for you to live, I found it will ranging with my father last year. There is good food and shelter for you.", Hoyle says to the creatures in slowly spoken common. He will use his Natural Explorer class feature to lead them to a suitable location.

Talon would nod before squatting and examining the drop of acid on the ground. "Maybe it best you not stay at my house... you are welcome to visit though!" The kenku would exclaim before giving the black kobold a pat on the shoulder.
Arric stays back after learning that they were not threatening, and stands guard watching the dark around them to make sure nothing attacks the group while they were talking to the kobold dragons (Dragolds? Dragonlings? Kogons?). When Hoyle suggests a place he knows, Arric looks behind him at the group and says,
“Sounds like a plan Hoyle, just lead the way and we’ll follow.”
"Well this went better then expected, only had to take out a few spiders and didn't have to fight any other creatures. We might even have found a lead on some evil guy that might be one in the same as that man who attacked the farm." Klaus says as he follows the group and Hoyle to the location where these dragonlike creatures tend to hide out for a while.
OOC: Making a judgment call. Tell me if I m wrong. You are not going back to the village just yet.
Hoyle wracks his brains trying to find a good place for the creatures. Then it dawns on him. The old mill.
South of the town an old mill stand vigil over the Long Road. It is relatively far away from the road and the town so travelers never go there. The building is a ruin but as kids you dared each other to go there and you know that there are large room underneath. With a little bit of work it could easily be cleared out and made habitable. There is water near and a large pond too. You ll have to tell the children to leave the place alone now.
(Is that the body of water on the map or is it off the edge of the map you sent?)
Joshua will speak to thedragonkin, "Some kids from the village might come and visit. If we tell them not to it will probably make them more likely to come but we will let them know that you are here and that you are friendly. And we will let them know you like painting so maybe some of them will paint with you"
(Is that the body of water on the map or is it off the edge of the map you sent?)
Yep, it is that body of water. Now that I see it it takes a while to get there. About 2 hours from the cave and 2 to get back to town because of the road. If you hurry you can easily halve the time.

Not really. But you could find one if you took the time.
"They seem nice... townsfolk like nice people" Talon would say as he lowers his eyes and shoulders... somewhat upset that his friends don't agree.
The creatures, are all very intent on what you are saying.
The black one speaks. His words are sibilant but a very understandable common.
"We go in empty place. People not like us. Called us lizards. We not monsters." he doesn't seem happy with the notion.
As he says this green saliva drips on the floor and it makes a sizzling noise. Acrid smoke stings your senses
(did it drip form the kobold or somewhere else?)
"We know you are not monsters. We can help try help the other people know that. Or we can try find an empty place. We will help you with what you want"

It takes about two hours to go there.
