Rees can see three sets of pointy ears and beady black eyes staring at her from behind the crenelated wall. They belong to two goblin archers and the goblin runner. The two archers are directly behind the wall using it for cover (g3 & g4 on the Evernote map), while the goblin runner is standing behind them next to the fire (g2 on the Evernote map).
Rees' fires her arrow at the goblin archer in the middle, but the arrow flies over its head and passed the goblin runner. A clatter can be heard from somewhere near the back wall as the arrow hits it.
Chatra uses his movement to run through the open doorway into the Practice Range. He runs over to the dead goblin and attempts to pick the body up to use it for cover.

A door opens out of the western wall and a goblin with an iron helmet and an iron shield shuffles out of the room, taking up a position behind the row of archers. The goblin yells, "Sumbuddy call fer Bomber!?!" as he hurls some sort of projectile towards the southwestern dummy.
"BoOooOoom!!," the sound of a thunderous explosion rings out as the target dummy explodes sending shrapnel flying everywhere.
DM Note: Rees, Talien, and Chatra are within 20' of the blast. Rees please make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw. You take 2 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Chatra successfully picked up the dead goblin corpse, so uses it for cover. The shrapnel sends spurts of blood from the corpse as it hits it in the back.

{Calling it a night in a minute. I'll go ahead and post this while waiting on the post for Grom. If his actions change the calculus, disregard the contingencies below and bot if necessary to keep things moving.}
Alten hesitates a beat as the alarm goes off. Is this the test Torm spoke of? It costs him as his compatriots are able to get their initial attacks in before he even sees what they are facing. He hears an explosion of some kind come from the next room. He has no idea if any of his companions are injured or dead.
Alten will take his 30' movement. If the end of his movement does not give him a visual on the enemies, then he will take the Dash action to get into a spot to see what they are facing. (A strict interpretation of the map probably means that Alten ends his 30' movement behind the corner and can't see anything in the room where the goblins are)
1. Assuming he can't see in the room and there are no enemies in his 10' melee reach, then I'll use the Dash action to go another 30' and get around the corner. Seeind the 3' wall and the Goblin's behind it, I'll crouch down (but not drop prone) in an effort to gain half cover from the wall at the end of the second 30'.
2. If the original 30' movement allows me to see goblin enemies, I will try to identify a caster or an enemy who might have been responsibe for the explosion (especially if the guy has another bomb in his hands that I can see).
A. If I can identify the likely Goblin that caused the explosion then I will Ready the spell Command (DC 13) with the trigger being I cast it when the enemy starts his action to produce another explosion. (The command word to the bomber will be "drop" when he prepares to throw with the idea being he drops the lit bomb, it goes off & causes damage to all of them). If I identify a spell caster, the command word would be "approach"
B. If I can not identify which Goblin likely caused the explosion, then I will Ready a Crossbow shot with the trigger being I fire when a Goblin reduces his cover to attack us. +2 to hit, d10 damage.
Grom will move up to the door in the room he is in... he will look down the hall and see half the party grouped up... "Being that close together Normally not a good thing!"
He will hold a Firebolt to see if an enemy rushes his allies infront of him then he will fire it!

The goblin archers spot Alten and shout, “Eeeeek kills humie!!”

Determined to save face with his cackling brethren the goblin runner picks up a burning log from the goblin’s small campfire behind the wall and hurls it at Alten.
In its haste to prove itself the goblin runner trips and falls onto the hard stone floor. As it does it smacks itself in the face with the burning log taking 1 point of fire damage in the process. It screams in pain and its fellow goblins explode with laughter, “Ehehehe, Legs yoo a dumbass! Stoopid goblin.. Yoo dumb as dat humie!”

Talien moves up to the wall, picks up the fallen dagger the was thrown at Alten along the way, while holding his sword in one hand. Once he reaches the wall he throws the dagger at the closest goblin to him (return to sender)(Not bomber). Attack: 17 Damage: 6 He will then crouch down next to Alten.

Using some combination of movement and bonus action to hide, Rees wants to try to get in a position to have a sneak attack - so, behind the wall, behind a training dummy, something like that to get the sneak attack damage. (Not sure if it's necessary, but gonna roll for stealth to see if the hiding works at all: Stealth: 10 )
Assuming she manages to bonus action hide, she'll fire after that at whoever she can see: Attack: 15 Damage: 8 (If it didn't work out for sneak attack, then drop the second d6)

{Calling it a night in a minute. I'll go ahead and post this while waiting on the post for Grom. If his actions change the calculus, disregard the contingencies below and bot if necessary to keep things moving.}
Alten hesitates a beat as the alarm goes off. Is this the test Torm spoke of? It costs him as his compatriots are able to get their initial attacks in before he even sees what they are facing. He hears an explosion of some kind come from the next room. He has no idea if any of his companions are injured or dead.
Alten will take his 30' movement. If the end of his movement does not give him a visual on the enemies, then he will take the Dash action to get into a spot to see what they are facing. (A strict interpretation of the map probably means that Alten ends his 30' movement behind the corner and can't see anything in the room where the goblins are)
1. Assuming he can't see in the room and there are no enemies in his 10' melee reach, then I'll use the Dash action to go another 30' and get around the corner. Seeind the 3' wall and the Goblin's behind it, I'll crouch down (but not drop prone) in an effort to gain half cover from the wall at the end of the second 30'.
2. If the original 30' movement allows me to see goblin enemies, I will try to identify a caster or an enemy who might have been responsibe for the explosion (especially if the guy has another bomb in his hands that I can see).
A. If I can identify the likely Goblin that caused the explosion then I will Ready the spell Command (DC 13) with the trigger being I cast it when the enemy starts his action to produce another explosion. (The command word to the bomber will be "drop" when he prepares to throw with the idea being he drops the lit bomb, it goes off & causes damage to all of them). If I identify a spell caster, the command word would be "approach"
B. If I can not identify which Goblin likely caused the explosion, then I will Ready a Crossbow shot with the trigger being I fire when a Goblin reduces his cover to attack us. +2 to hit, d10 damage.

Grom will move up to the door in the room he is in... he will look down the hall and see half the party grouped up... "Being that close together Normally not a good thing!"
He will hold a Firebolt to see if an enemy rushes his allies infront of him then he will fire it!

Grom moves up to the door and holds a fire bolt for any enemies that make it around the corner. Alten moves forward passed Grom using all of his movement to catch up with Rees and Talien. He then dashes forward and crouches directly in front of the crenelated wall the goblins are hiding behind giving him some semblance of cover from them for the moment. Meepo moves through the open doorway and readies his crossbow. He waits as backup ten feet in front of the door, behind the wall.
The goblin archers spot Alten and shout, “Eeeeek kills humie!!”
Both archers drop their bows, pull out a dagger, and hurl them at Alten.

The first dagger catches Alten by surprise and strikes him in the shoulder. He drops lower and the second dagger flies overhead. As Alten winces in pain he hears cackling laughter, “Eheheh... likes that stoopid humie? Wants more?! Ey Legs why yoo run from this stoopid humie?? He weak! He nothing. You weak too! Ehehehe!”
Determined to save face with his cackling brethren the goblin runner picks up a burning log from the goblin’s small campfire behind the wall and hurls it at Alten.
Goblin Runner: Improvised Weapon Attack: 1 Damage: 4 fire.
In its haste to prove itself the goblin runner trips and falls onto the hard stone floor. As it does it smacks itself in the face with the burning log taking 1 point of fire damage in the process. It screams in pain and its fellow goblins explode with laughter, “Ehehehe, Legs yoo a dumbass! Stoopid goblin.. Yoo dumb as dat humie!”

Talien moves up to the wall, picks up the fallen dagger the was thrown at Alten along the way, while holding his sword in one hand. Once he reaches the wall he throws the dagger at the closest goblin to him (return to sender)(Not bomber). Attack: 17 Damage: 6 He will then crouch down next to Alten.

(Throwing this out before I crash and my computer's being dumb and it won't let me open the map at the moment, so I apologize if I'm totally off base her -- Fen, feel free to adjust as necessary, I'm still figuring out how to Rogue LOL)
Using some combination of movement and bonus action to hide, Rees wants to try to get in a position to have a sneak attack - so, behind the wall, behind a training dummy, something like that to get the sneak attack damage. (Not sure if it's necessary, but gonna roll for stealth to see if the hiding works at all: Stealth: 10 )
Assuming she manages to bonus action hide, she'll fire after that at whoever she can see:
Attack: 15
Damage: 8 (If it didn't work out for sneak attack, then drop the second d6)
