The best cover would be to retreat back into the room you just came from as you don’t know what lies north and there are enemies the other directions thus I vividly picture Grom’s beard swishing and swaying as he whips his head side to side. Realizing his best option is to back peddle he slams his axe down on the ground and fires the missiles, then back peddles towards the safest option...
The three misses whirl through the air like bottle rockets and slam into each of the three goblin archers causing them to screech in surprise and pain. One archer who is wearing a crude helmet now has a great dent in it, the other two are struck in their torso and chest to less effect.

Trick looks to the Brute and says "I'd say you're as dumb as a rock, but I hate to insult rocks like that" as he casts Vicious Mockery (13Wis save) for 1 and disadvantage on the Brute's next attack.
If he can back into the room to get cover from the archers, he'll do so. If not, then so be it.

Talien turns to the goblin that shot him and stares at him for a moment. He begins to laugh as he attacks the bugbear, and using second wind to regain health. Seemingly reinvigorated from second wind he will also use action surge to press the attack. (If possible the arrow could be pushed out from the healing from second wind and clatter to the floor) (in my head the goblin is wondering if it was such a good idea to attack that robot)

Talien throws off bluish-white sparks as his mechanical body executes the command for second wind... he surges forward and slashes his wicked blade at the Bugbear. The brute lifts its own weapon to block the attack, but is too slow as Talien's blade slashes across its brow... Blood spills from the wound and into the Bugbear's eyes, blinding it for the next round...
Talien presses the advantage and brings the blade downwards into the back of the Bugbear's knee, it yelps in pain as Talien's blade slashes into its flesh...
Help me math.. that's 19 damage for the first strike right? Then 9 for the action surge?
