Arcana, Nature? Is the tree doing anything besides swaying? Alten will use a Divine Sense to detect good and evil and move close enough (60ft) to see if the tree pings - assuming we are out of initiative order.
You approach the tree and look at the ground around Belak.. it looks like the blood is almost being soaked up by the tree... thin crimson veins seem to pulsate as the tree drinks what remains of Belak in delight...
With your divine sense you get the feeling that this place has been desecrate.. the tree is a perversion of nature to say the least...

Can I do a nature check, Fen? I don't believe I did one when Belak was holding Arxius. She was more focused on escaping.

Being familiar with all sorts of organisms and experimentation's thereof - you deduce that the tree is some sort of vampiric organism and that destroying the tree might have had an effect on those it held power over...
Talien will use the help action to help someone search the body once the rough terrain clears.
Don't really need a role just some to investigate the body... also I believe the bodies of the twins need to be searched as they fell when you were in combat... to speed that up...

No, you don't spot any fruit -- looks like you're too late in the season (the tree has already been harvested).
Sorry about that.. forgot what time of year it was for a moment... you do spot one apple... it is near the top of the tree and is a perfect ruby-red color.

His robes are dirty and tattered. They look like robes you've seen druid's wear in the past, but with dark blotches of what looks like blood all over...

(You do recall Arxius saying Belak's door was locked from one side though. Side note: You guys have one other key given to you by Yusdrayl way back around post 100... that key is silver and ornate.. the new key is pretty basic... you believed at the time the key from Yusdrayl went to the Dragon Door you couldn't get into.)

On Belak you find an iron key, three potions of healing, two doses of antitoxin, and a wand!
On Talgen you find a longsword which appears to be of some significance and a signet ring with the Hucrele family crest...
On Sharywn you find only a signet ring that matches her brothers...
Both of the twins skin remains pale and woodlike even in death...
