Xanaphia wiggles her fingers and the corpse seems to shift a little, then it pales and becomes a ghostly image of the woman. She watches their expressions carefully and says, “I hope it wasn’t you guys. The spirits of those who were killed violently tend to try and seek revenge, and none of you look capable of dealing with ghosts.” (She’s watching to see their reactions and trying to determine whether they are spooked by the magic or the idea.)

Xanaphia Nailo: Level 4 Warlock, Grey Hands PbP.
Ellara Nightflower: level 1 blood hunter, Curse of Strahd
The men are really spooked by the idea of restless spirit and one of them turns to Crash with scared faces.
" We didn't really know the Baker, he paid money like everyone else .. " He catches himself and casts glances to the others " We never saw his daughter... " he starts saying something else but stops.
"Spit it out." Seb notices the men beginning to shuffle uncomfortably, "I really wouldn't get any silly ideas, there. Even if you belie your pitiful impression and actually manage to kill us, the rest of the Hands know exactly where we are." His tone changes from friendly to menacing in a heartbeat. Seb flies out of his chair in a whirl, drawing his cutlasses, and shoots over to the biggest man close to the door in a flash. He presses his swords against the man's throat and pins him to the door frame. "Move and he drowns in his own blood." He threatens the other Red Suns if they make any movement to approach or stop him. He turns to face the bigger man, "I do not enjoy being lied to." he hisses. "Tell me what you know before I give you an express ticket to the Nine Hells."

"Look at me, not them." Seb locks eyes with the man. "Last chance. Tell me what you know or I'll have my friend here use her magic to rip the information out of your open skull." He channels the ferocity that he witnessed daily in Skullport to make his threat bleed with added venom.

" Can't talk she'll kill me. " he stammers and glances at the others " You don't know what she's capable of doing .. you've seen the .. " he stops going deathly white.
Seeing as you are all being such hospitable hosts why don’t we have a look around. I see you have an upstairs and potentially a cellar. If you’re not willing to tell us what’s going on then we’ll just have a look ourselves.
Crash starts heading towards the staircase leading down. Unless of course you have something you don’t want us to see?
"Kill you, will she?" Seb claps his hand to his mouth in mock horror, then cuts the man's throat and let's his body slide to the floor. Turning, he addresses the others, "Fight now and die, or tell us what you know and escape with a head start on whoever 'she' is."
He flicks the blood from his sword and prepares for a scrap if they don't see sense.
I ll have to tell you no on that one. As I said you are a body of the law and can't kill people like you want. And being good or neutral that won't fly.
Xanaphia follows Crash, keeping an eye behind her as well so that they don’t get any nasty surprise from there. Very deliberately showing that she is not afraid to fight if they start anything, while she is still in sight of the gang members, she summons her pact weapon out of thin air with a flash of greenish gold energy, a slender rapier-like sword with a guard that seems to be decoratively shaped like ivy- or a similar creeping plant.
While the others keep searching the rest of the building Krizarith finally approaches the table and talk to the others.
"I understand that you owe lolyalty to her " she says looking at the man that mentioned a woman beind their silence " but you have to understand. A young girl appears death at your doorstep... that's no good for bussines. You claim that you didn't do it, but... here we are, asking you and no one else. I am not asking you betray anyone, I am asking that you point us in the right direction otherwise... you are going to end up in jail. " she looks to all of them " where you cannot be of any use to her... except for one thing, make her ask herself if you are going to rat her to buy your freedom. And we will free you in just a couple of days. No trial, no punishment, just a couple of days of hot meals thanks to the Greys. And we will nake sure that everyone knows how collaborative had you been... "

Before she died do you know why she would have been so bruised? Her father too handsy or in debt?

Kriz feels that they are more afraid of someone else than them.
Seb gets their arms down but they shut their mouths and glance at each other.

They keep silent.
Seb sighs and let's the man go. "These cowards are useless, let's see about getting a priest to talk to the dead."
[OoC]: Would Seb's criminal contact know anything? (From his background feature)
