The JC Hotel and Spa provides a fine continental breakfast for its clients. The morning is ahead of you and you still need meet up with Sarai. In addition, there is still the matter of the Servant that was sensed, and still sensed, within a mile of you.
Meanwhile, Assassin’s presence winks out of existence. You no longer sense her.
Dream chooses to manifest in physical form as she joins everyone for breakfast. Her clothing has changed from that of PJs to a modest, modern-style dress. Oddly enough, Dream seems to be wearing glasses now, though it's clear she doesn't need them. Dream seems unconcerned about the servant, instead opting to eat the very nutritious contents of a small box of Pops. She pours herself a glass of water to accompany her milk-less bowl of Pops and begins munching away. She talks with her mouth full as she yawns, "Ahh... so sleepy... I could use another century or two..."

The small human version of Sarai texts for entry (no room key), and then comes in to the suite. She swings her bag off her shoulder, and proceeds to empty out an apartment worth of food, including a strangely large number of loaves of bread.
"I slept well, how did you all fare? My apartment did not seem like it had been visited, but it is not bad to be too careful. I did not have too much success tracking our quarry, but did pick up a few tidbits. Nothing for my gun, however." She looks more annoyed about that than sad. "Though I may have worked up a trick there."
"As for Masters and Servants, there are reports of a monster being sighted in the city, but in several locations almost simultaneously. Also, there are reports of serial deaths, from animal wounds. And another tidbit about a haunted location outside of the city limits. These are from three different sources, so they may or may not be related. I am sorry I cannot be more helpful, but I will try again tonight... if we are not otherwise detained."

"Okay, that's something, at least," Imani grumbles. "Listen, I'm going to do a... thing. Maybe this is nothing new to you all, I don't know. Just... just don't freak out, okay?"
Imani takes the cardbox box full of Sundeers coffee and, almost reverently, fills a mug at the table in the middle of the room. She sits opposite the offering and clears her throat. "Is anyone there? I have a few questions for the guardian of this place."
Imani summons the genius loci of the uptown hotel block.
As with before at Clock Tower, a spectral image of, this time a human, appears before you. In a sense, the figure looks very similar to your disguise of the old man, albeit more well-to-do, with a neater beard and finer suit. He grins welcomingly, smile lines clearly evident in his sun-weathered face, “Hello, a pleasure, my dear.”

"Oh! You're not a dra- I mean, I thought you would be... bigger..." She gathers her composure and squares her shoulders. "Thank you for meeting us here. I would like to know a few things about what has been happening nearby this place-near you. With your permission?"
She turns to the others. "Five heads are better than one, all. What would you like to know?"
(The genius loci can and will answer any three questions. Its knowledge is limited to the hotel and the people and events of the surrounding area, and it may lie of it so chooses. It knows anyone and everyone who has been in the area unless they're magically hidden)
Imani turns back to the incredibly suave older gentleman. "Okay... The pleasure is mine? Is that appropriate here? I'm not really sure how to ask this. Tell me what you know about that monster that has been seen lately. What does it look like, and has it appeared nearby?" Her eyes grow big. "I just need one answer to one question! Where and when have you seen it appear?"
The man strokes his ghostly chin, “Ah, the rumor. He has appeared here, within one mile of here. He appears at both night and day, but only showing himself at night.”
"You're a fan of riddles, I see." Imani looks to the others, then back to the spirit. "Our goal is to end this conflict quickly. I'm sure that you, like us, would rather not see any damage done to this beautiful hotel. Where does he appear and does he travel with another? Would you please describe him or them as best you can?"
The spirit frowns at your statement regarding the riddles, but brushes it off to answer your questions, “He appears in multiple places at once. In a sense, he travels with himself. However, at the same time, he also sometimes travels with a masked figure. As for his appearance, he is difficult to pin down. He takes many forms, but in his true form, he favors gaudy attire. However, at night, he is visible by his piercing golden eyes that shine like flames in the darkness. You will have to excuse me now.” The genius loci fades.
Imani sighs. "Thank you," she says. For nothing, she thinks as she takes another sip from her travel cup.
"Remind me to offer something better than a cup of coffee next time," she mutters to no one in particular. "What about you, Oz? Have any hidden and fantastical powers you'd like to share with the others?"
"Maybe?" Oz pulls out his laptop computer and opens it. He navigates to a page and studies it for a few moments. If anyone looks at the screen, they will see a document that has a whole lot of indecipherable nonsense. The only thing legible is three words at the top of the page, Commune with City.
He closes his eyes and becomes very still as if meditating. As the seconds becomes minutes, you suspect he may have fallen asleep, but then, softly, barely noticeable at first, he begins to speak. Most of the words are in an unintelligible language that you think may be made up. What words you do understand sound almost like a prayer. A prayer to the ancient city itself. He ends his ritual by asking three questions in a flat, monotonous voice. "Where are all of the influences from other planes of existence? Where are there undead creatures? Who is the smartest person in this city?" He smirks as he asks the last question.
"I can cast this as many times as we have questions," Oz explains. He outlines the basic rules and limitations of the spell.

The computer executes the magical program that Oz entered into it. There’s a brief flash of green light that traces out of the power cable of the device into the wall socket. Oz’s magic-infused virus traces throughout every point of technology connected to the grid within a mile radius. Cameras, microphones, internet searches, everything is examined and compiled in order to best answer Oz’s questions. After a few moments, Oz receives as notification ding, as a statistics document appears on his screen.
Question 1: A map image appears with several points annotated. You see the hotel, with two red dots inside it. You also see in a bar, a red dot. Additionally, you see at the edge of the map, toward the south, another dot.
Question 2: Another map appears, but there are no dots on it.
Question 3: A name pops out, “Mathias Johannessen Berg IV, M, Age: 32.”
The program then gives a cartoon splash screen of Inter Webz dancing and closes.
