Lucina listens to the plan and then looks at Bezel. "I like that plan.. no one has to sacrifice themselves in order to let us have a chance to strike."
Prepared strike with hand crossbow: Attack: 24 Damage: 8
Lynistra and Eggbert do indeed find several windows alongside the way into the tower. They're closed shut and locked from the other side, however. Likely whoever is inside thought to keep any of the demons from being able to attack from odd angles. There does appear to be one other entrance - a backdoor which has been shut and locked as well. You can see, however, that the door itself is nearly caved in. Likely this was done by one of the Vrock overhead. With a decent enough push you could easily kick this door in.
((Presumably, with Lynistra and Eggbert working together to kick this door down it would be a success and I'm going to count it as such for the sake of simplicity and furthering the story. Normally, this would be a roll but I do like the ingenuity of this. As such, I confer a surprise round due to this.))
Nam
With your darkvision, you're able to see inside the tower and can note that the Drow Elite Guard standing between two other drow guards is already wounded. Blood streams from a gash on the back of his head.
Cobalt
((As an aside, there was no crossbow bolts on the body. Normal bolts will suffice but other players will need to share their bolts with you.
Bezel
Bezel casts Thaumaturgy inside of the room just before the door is kicked down by Lynistra, causing the guards to look wildly away from the doors for just enough time for the surprise attack to be successful. Bezel's ingenuity provides the party with advantage on their surprise round.
EVERYONE
((Please roll initiative after this post.))
Fireballs, crossbow bolts, and battle cries fill the air as the door is kicked in by Lynistra and Eggberts force. With Bezel providing a distraction the guards quickly find themselves overwhelmed by the assault. If one has rolled less than 15 on their attacks, re-roll for advantage.
Nam deals 10 fire damage to one of the Drow Guards Lucina deals 13 damage - 5 of it sneak attack damage - to another Drow Guard. Her crossbow bolt pierces through their throat - killing them instantly.
There is TWO drow left. One badly wounded Drow Guard and One Wounded Drow Elite Guard.
Bell watches intently at the others actions, her feathers furling as she springs into action herself!! And gives them the finger!
Initiative: 17
Bell casts Sacred Flame on the regular drow guard! Dex save 14 or get hit for 7 damage.

Bezel nods to his fellow escapees, takes a deep breath to calm his frayed nerves and block out those distractions, before muttering the discordant words and making the simultaneously offensive yet harmonious gestures that he had been shown, calling on both the darkness and the light that dwelt within this torn mind, body and spirit. Focusing his will he reaches out to rock the side of the room with the grating sound of cracking earth and the trembling motions of a nascient earthquake. The pleased tiefling smiles as he hears his new allies burst into the room and assault the surpised drow guards within.

Bell
Bell casts sacred flame at the Drow Guard - who is too stunned to react to this development after eating a firebolt to the face. The Sacred Flame strikes them square in the chest and he starts to scream as the flame starts to envelop his body. The bright fire is the only true light source in the room and quickly envelops the guard in their entirety. By the time the guard stops screaming and slumps to the floor, the radiant flames flicker out of existence.
Lynistra
Lynistra's charge coupled with the other distractions created the perfect opening to strike at the Lieutenant that must be leading this guard tower. She manages to pierce her shortsword through the Drow's guard and land a solid hit. So solid, in fact, that she has to wrench the blade back out. It turns out her weapon had struck a weak spot on the Drow's chain mail and by wrenching it out part of the Drow's chest was now uncovered and exposed. This should make further attacks against the Drow easier!

For mass posting, everyone posts in general terms such as "Attack nearest" or "attack to block so-and-so" or "heal the weakest at the time". DMs can also limit posts to specific turns as well. This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Holding his focus on the hopefully distracting magic until he is sure that his allies have all pressed their attack, Bezel eventually rushes to the broken in rear door, spinning through the portal to lash out at at the nearest surviving foe with purple flame that lances from a balled fist encased in a nimbus of undulating violet fire. Anyone who looks closely will see that the tiefling's left eye and horn are glowing white, while the right ones emnate an opaque blackness. As long as the unnatural purple fire surrounds his fist, his normally bronzed features take on a greyish cast.

The chaos of the battle ensues as the last remaining Drow Guard regains their bearing. Seeing so many of the escaped prisoners out and about the Drow Guard jumps into the fray and immediately takes a crossbow bolt and eldritch blast for trying. He strikes out with deadly precision at the closest targets, but only manages to catch Nam with his blade before Nam can evade. Another crossbow bolt pierces through the now gaping hole in his armor and he barely evades a shocking grasp.
"WAIT!" The Drow shouts out before raising his arms slowly to the sky in surrender. He drops his shortsword to the ground. "You've won. Killed my men and will kill me. I ask that you spare my life. My service to Vhaerun is not yet complete, I cannot die here."
