"Well, I'm thinking we'll be here for a few days at least, what 3 or so?" Aleister looks at his compan ions. "I would be able to make three healing scrolls, and if we stay a day or so longer, I can rustle up a few potions as well." He will cast Goodberry and give every one one to satiate their hunger for the day. "Fighting does take a toll on one's energy reserves after all."
He will make 3 lvl 1 Cure Wounds scrolls and 4 healing potions, after which he will have to resupply herbs.
In that case, Blaize prepares new spells at the end of his long rest.
He takes out 10 of his ammunition and enchants them with the spell ‘cordon of arrows’, then he scatters them around the base, making sure none of them will hit his allies.
OOC: Idk on what to do for 3 days of downtime. My profession is absolutely terrible. Any suggestions?
Fire bolt- Shoot a streaking ball of fire towards a foe and deal a measly 1d10 fire damage. Use eldritch blast instead.
Fireball - Drawing magic from your inner reserves, you unleash a devastating nuke that explodes in a circle, hitting multiple enemies, and burning them to a crisp with a godly amount of 8d6 fire damage. Make your DM’s fights look like garbage. It’s also a nice way of TPK your entire party and have them triggered at you for the rest of the week.

OOC - in this world's magic, spells like Cordon of Arrows could be utterly devastating. Keep casting it a few dozen times at 3rd level, and you'll have 6x12 arrows ready to pincushion intruders.
Thomas, trying out the new ability to create scrolls, makes a Life Transference Scroll during their wait time, and keeps researching and practicing his skills, learning new tricks. He will keep in touch with HQ regularly using Sending, as well as the progress of the relief column. Alarms, Magic Mouths and other methods of warning.
To Blaize he says "Welcome into what is probably the most sane group of allies in this topsy-turvy world. Surrounded by enemies on all sides, we've done serious push back against the evils we've encountered."

OOC: If we make scrolls do we follow the normal rules, like cost? I am broke in terms of gold
and bitcoins :p
This game doesn't use money as such. In normal DnD money is used to control things like potions and scrolls so that players don't make unlimited supplies and unbalance the game. I use a different mechanism where the number of scrolls/potions is limited by your level.
Spell level of scrolls you can create
Levels 1-5 caster level x 1
Levels 6-10 caster level x 2
Levels 11-15 caster level x 3
Level 16+ caster level x 4
Creation time 1 day per spell level
Casting time one round per spell level
You can make a number of potions equal to your level adjusted for rarity.

Due to the coronavirus there have been major shortages in local supermarkets. I haven't worried too much about it as I usually keep a good supply of stuff. However it has been going on so long I'm running out of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels etc.
I'm heading out to see what I can scrounge. Say a prayer for me to find some TP at least.
Try the unusual places like auto shops, dollar stores and the like. I've had success with fishing for those. A lot of people are a bit crazy about stuff they dont need to buy if they do get quaranteend for 2 weeks. Buy dried beans, frozen meats, pastas, canned fruit and veggies.

Yeah, the old TP is a bit rare here too. Insane. We started stocking up on food and prescriptions when this started. Didn't really expect TP to go so fast, though.
Back. Found some TP and some cans of tomato soup. One hilarious thing I saw was completely empty shelves of long life milk and next to that were completely full shelves of soy milk. Even in a zombie apocalypse/outbreak scenario no one will drink that shit.
OOC - Can we create potions and scrolls in the same days?If so, what skills/materials will be needed to create potions of Heroism?

No. Pick one at a time

Creating a potion takes a day and you will need some form of workshop/laboratory with the correct equipment. Pestles and mortars, distilling and drying. All that sort of stuff.

Sarah has some rope you can use but sadly no bark.
How much?
50 feet. Hemp.

Sarah will probably create a scroll of Hex and Mirror Image at the lowest possible CL.

Could we make some herbal salve without the lab that gives us advantage in rolling healing dice?
OOC - If I'm going to make a potion, it'll be this Uncommon one: https://www.aidedd.org/dnd/om.php?vo=keoghtom-s-ointment but that will require some materials.

Do you mean healing dice as in Medicine? Advantage only works on ability (skill) checks.
