(They look the same as the other Vistani. They aren't different from the ones that you met at Madam Eva's camp, except for the fact that tensions were high because up to a few minutes ago, their leaders' daughter was missing)
"Very well." Luvash calls two Vistani over to untie the man he was flogging. "Take Alexei down and tie this piece of shit to the post so that he doesn't escape." He takes the prisoner from you and tosses him over. "Now, do you still want the reward for saving my daughter?"

Enialis, you see that the young man is given some wine as he gets bandaged up. Luvash leads you all to a wagon and unlocks the chest, revealing these treasures.

(Oh okay...clarification needed :) Is the wagon for us to take, or is he expecting that we will be able to carry a 10-ft carpet and a wooden throne with us overland?)
Phanuel wonders at his companions and their fight for justice. It quickly becomes clear to him that they aren't going to like what happens to the kidnapper. "I think... I think we should go.they're going to mete out a punishment that I don't think some here are ready to watch..."
As you leave, Arabelle once again thanks you for saving her and bids you goodbye. The five of you are easily able to get back to the road from the Vistani camp. The Old Svalich Road meanders into a valley watched over by dark, brooding mountains to the north and south. The woods recede, revealing a sullen mountain burg surrounded by a wooden palisade. Thick fog presses up against this wall, as though looking for a way inside, hoping to catch the town aslumber. The dirt road ends at a set of sturdy iron gates with a pair of shadowy figures standing behind them. Planted in the ground and flanking the road outside the gates are a half-dozen pikes with wolves’ heads impaled on them. As you approach, two guards with 10 foot long pikes open the gates, allowing you to enter into Vallaki's town square.
The shops and homes that enclose the town square are decorated with limp, tattered garlands and painted wooden boxes filled with tiny, dead flowers. At the north end of the square stands a row of stocks, locked in which are several men, women, and children wearing crude, plaster donkey heads. In the center of the square, peasants in patchwork clothes eye you suspiciously as they use cups and vases to draw water from a crumbling stone fountain. Standing tall at the center of the fountain is a gray statue of an impressive man facing west. All around the square are posted proclamations:
Come one, come all,
to the greatest celebration of the year:
THE WOLF’S HEAD JAMBOREE!
Attendance and children required.
Pikes will be provided.
ALL WILL BE WELL!
— The Baron —
However, as soon as you finish reading this, a man with a deformed looking arm and two guards approach and ask you to move to the side. "This festival has passed. We must update the signs." One of the guards tears down the proclamation and nails down a new one.
COME ONE, COME ALL,
to the greatest celebration of the year:
THE FESTIVAL OF THE BLAZING SUN!
Attendance and children required.
Rain or shine.
ALL WILL BE WELL!
— The Baron —

"It's a parade. The children of the town will march into the town square, where the Burgomaster will then light a wicker sun on fire. It's in three days." As the man with the deformed arm answers your questions, other guards start removing the wolves' heads from the pikes outside the gates.

Hadrian makes sure that their reward is secured, and will happily assist in divvying it up once we’re on the way.
He doesn’t look st all squeamish about what’s coming, but is eager to get on with the journey.
