Placing his hands to his hips and bending his back a bit backwards to relieve the stress, Ree'lyn calmly replies to Margret: - "We are together, Lady Margret. Zurzg is going to track the escapee for us. The familars are going to advance when Zurzg find the track. We are going to put an end to this." - as if to reinforce his words, the Drow nods to the goblin.
Nobody isn't far behind the rest, looking even more leery about things after Mommy and Daddy fought over the path. Yanda, having none of it, had long since taken off and kept pace Zurzg, providing what aid he could from the aerial position in the search. "For someone so worn down, you have to give him credit for keeping a healthy lead."Nobody said breathlessly during the jaunt. "Think taking care of those wolfhounds had anything to do with it?"

Zurzg being faster then most of you runs ahead. The two familiars following him in the treetops while the rest of you follow behind.
The tracks lead around the hill and up while they circle most of the hill. You reach the top of it on the south side of the manor. The trees behind you and the ruins in front of you are casting long shadows as the sun sets behind Phandalin.
Unlike some other ruins in the village, Tresandor manor is nearly completely destroyed. You see a lot of crumbled down and partially overgrown walls, but most of them are less then 3 feet tall. Around 100 feet in front of you, you see a fence made of woven willow toping some of the broken walls. It seams to encircle an area of 25 by 25 feet. There are three other bigger structures in the ruins, all three look like they were cut from the rock itself. Two look like massive fireplaces and the last one, maybe 60 feet to your right, looks like an an archway leading underground, grown from the stone itself.
You aproach the archway on your right. As you get closer, you can make out a coat of arms on the top of it. It is a Shield, on one side a standing crowned lion and on the other side stripes. The colors faded centuries ago by the exposure to the elements, but the stone itself doesn't show any sighns of age.
You also see now, that the archway actualy frames a staircase leading under ground and with the last rays of sunlight gone behind the horizon, you see a flickering light further down the stairs.
Quickly looking from the way they came from, to the stairs, and the general direction of the manor, Ree'lyn's mind rushes with the most sensible plan to best make use of his companions skills in this next leg of the journey. - "From here onwards, I suggest the opposite formation from what we were doing so far. At least regarding the scouting." - pausing to take a look at each and every one, his voice is low but firm. - "I strongly suggest the familars going first and Zurzg and I behind them, for tracking and spotting enemies. We can help each other. We can earn everyone on time to not be ambushed and we may have the upper hand here." - just waiting briefly for a pause, the Drow is quickly to add: - "If you have any other suggestions, let's hear it."
"So wasn't that the same plan as before, Reel'yn? Watch my back"
She goes into her bats senses long enough to see if there are any Thugs waiting for them down in the east entrance
and if there may be some kind of other trap remembering her time in Waterdeep where she relied on his senses before she also scouts the area for guards
Preferably before Margret sinks into Bat Space, Nobody pipes in quietly, ""I am afraid Yanda will be staying at my side at this point. In a structure, it is just far too easy for him to be spotted, or not pass himself as something else. And then will just expose ourselves all the faster." He frowns and adds, "Not that they haven't been warned by now, but still, I would rather not callously cast aside my friend;especially when its unnecessary."He admits as he idly gave Yanda some scritches then bowed his head apologetically.
Other than that, he had little more to say, but would follow along once everyone was ready to move. Whether that was in staggered groupings to give Ree'lyn and Zurzg some leeway in scouting ahead behind familiars or otherwise. The tiefling would either way stick to the back, crossbow at the ready, and Yanda hanging off the shoulder to use his body as some cover.

A slight fist bump in reply to indicate to Zurzg they will work well together.
Walking carefully relying on his far ranged enhanced vision in the dark, Ree'lyn examines the floor and walls for possible traps, as much as focusing his senses on perceiving the presence of foes and other dangers on the way.
You slowly and carefully descend down the stairs. Two torches light your way. Their flickering light reflecting on the glossy stone walls. After 40 or maybe 50 steps, you reach a half open door. While the walls and hinges look ageless, the door itself is new. You can still smell the scent of fresh cut wood here.
You carefully aproach the door and use the flat side of your blade to look if there is any movement on the other side. Once you are satisfied, you enter the room.
The door opens onto a five-foot-wide landing fifteen feet above a large cellar, with stone steps descending to the floor in two short flights. A door stands beneath the stairs to the north. A large stone cistern occupies the western part of the room with another door next to its northern end. Barrels and kegs are lined up against the walls of the room.
