(OOC: @Clipclop, you are 100% right! Since Clipclop needs to see people to talk to them he would not be able to talk to the group.)
Ignus (and Clipclop)
The Chimera walks into the space behind the doorway disappearing from Ignus’, and thus Clipclop’s, view. However, both can hear its footsteps and the scratching of its claws over the smooth stone floor.
Beyond the door is a large space with two rows of stone carved desks running from the doorway towards the end wall. The desks form a long, 15ft wide walkway, that separates the two halves of the room. Beyond the desks are piles of decaying wood and dust, with a few book covers peeking out from them. The air in this room seems less stale. Ignus and Clipclop feel a gentle flow of air and, while looking around, they can see a large opening in the wall to the left. Loose rock surrounds a gaping hole in the wall and the otherwise smooth stone that surrounds it has deep straight cuts carved into it. In front of the opening two misshaped bodies of some unfortunate creatures lay motionless. From a distance, all Ignus and Clipclop can make out are pieces of the dead creatures’ blue-ish exoskeleton plates and torn flesh. The chimera walks towards the opening and the two motionless creatures. It moves slowly and carefully, almost reluctantly, forward. The chimera stops in front of the dead creatures and sniffs around them for a few moments before taking a bite.
(OOC: @Ignus and Clipclop, roll perception check again pls.)
The chimera walks into the space behind the large doorway, disappearing from everyone’s view. The sound of its claws scraping over the smooth stone floor still echo along the hall, but it is becoming ever quieter with the growing distance.
From the perspective of those that stayed behind the hall in now completely empty. A half of the large double door is broken down, lying on the floor. Without the chimera blocking some of the view, Dreel, Rutah and Jaylen can see the passage more clearly now. There are many doorways. Some doors must have been wooden as there is barely anything left of them and the entrances stand empty. A few are reinforced and are still in-tact, but there is one door that stands out. It looks like the one in the hall upstairs. Made of different metals, and carved with various decorations and symbols.
(OOC: just as a note, Clipclop is motionless, he cannot see, hear or feel anything. It’s been 5 min now so @Jaylen you would still have 5 min to go if you want to continue with the ritual.)
Jaylen whispers to the others who have stayed behind, "The creature seems to have departed, we could try sneaking by and investigating those doors. What do you say?"
(OOC: Jaylen already gave up the ritual to cast Shillalegh on his staff in case of battle. I think he would have to start the ritual over. He will not at this time)
As the chimera starts feeding on the deceased creatures, Clipclop hears the female voice once again, talking quietly, before he notices something fly off the creature’s head. The sudden movement causes Clipclop to lose the sight of whatever had flown off.
Ignus
Looking at the chimera as it begins to feed, Ignus realises what its feeding on. Those creatures, blue-ish exoskeleton, living underground. He had read about them. He had even seen some when Arius took him to a friend’s study. The two corpses were of Kruthik. Hive creatures. Terrible if you walk into their hunting grounds, but they would not leave their dead laying around like that. As he stares at the creatures, he barely notices the hushed female voice from before. “Stay. Don’t move.” He hears it clearer now and notes the draconic spoken is somewhat broken, not the exact same pronunciation as Ignus had been thought.
Jaylen, Dreel, Rutah
Clipclop sits unmoving near the other three that stayed behind. He must still be inside Ignus’ head and won’t be able to hear or see until he releases his hold on Ignus.
From where Jaylen, Dreel and Rutah stand, they can just barely see in one of the closest rooms that lacks a door in its entryway. The room looks empty except for a light blanket of dust and decaying wood. There are three more open doorways close by, which are followed by the decorated metallic door. Still further away there are four reinforced doors before the passage ends with the double door the chimera broke down. The passage itself is 20ft wide and almost of the same height.
(OOC: Starting today and until the 25th I’m on a work trip and likely wont be able to make another post within this time!)
Clipclop will caw like a crow once because of what he saw. (OOC: its not THE warning sound [not sure if this is too meta or not, well we would have discussed before hand what the warning sound would be so i guess not.] but anyways something is up but we are not in danger, as far as clipclop knows.)

(OOC: @Dreel, but disadvantage cos your poisoned right? So that would be a straight roll- still, 20 was the first thing you rolled so that’s fine. @Clipclop, not metagaming at all! While you don’t know each other, I would assume Clipclop would have said beforehand what signs he would give.)
Jaylen, Dreel and Rutah
Moving past the empty doorways, Jaylen, Dreel and Ruthas can see most of these four rooms are much the same. Whatever furniture was in them has long decayed, with only small, broken parts of their wooden structure still remaining. Only one of the rooms lacking doors has walls lined with shelves carved in stone and a few pots and bowls still on them. The embellished metal door looks to have three locks built into its decoration and lacks any doorknob. The other four doors that are still in-tact look normal and are made of thick wood and metal.
Dreel
Listening carefully to the sounds that surround the group, Dreel can make out the chewing and crunching coming from the end room and a barely noticeable sound of a gentle breeze occasionally blowing past the broken-down door at the end of the hall. As Dreel continues to listen out, he soon finds that the clicking sound echoing from somewhere down below makes it hard to concentrate on anything else, as all the empty rooms amplify and bounce the sound. Reaching the metallic door, Dreel would expect the echoing to be worse, but the sound doesn’t seem to bounce off of it.
Clipclop and Ignus
The chimera continues chewing on the deceased creatures. It lays down on the floor in front of the opening in the wall and does not look like it will be moving any time soon.
The Tortle whispers as quietly as he can "I hear something eating ahead....not sure what is eating what. And....something clicking.....not sure what..."
Turning around, away from chimera, and making their way towards the doorway Ignus, and through his eyes Clipclop, notice a pair of butterfly-shaped outstretched wings, fluttering ever so slightly. Hues of dark blue and purple form a stained-glass like mosaic and almost completely cover the creature they are attached to – a tiny female girl with short purple hair and bluish-grey skin. The girl is looking towards Dreel, Jaylen and Clipclop. She is hiding behind the upper stone frame of the door, leaning on one of the edges of the rock and doesn’t seem to sense Ignus’ presence.
This is what the girls wings look like:
This is what the girl looks like (except she has a grey-ish skin tone and wings from above):
Ignus recognise her as a pixie. As far as he recalls Pixies are usually good natured, but they like to be spontaneous and can sometimes cause trouble. From the situation, since Ignus is unable to see her face, he cant tell what she’s thinking and whether she could be a problem or not.
He also recalls Waldo mentioning a fey creature called Fee.
The halls suddenly become more still; heavy with unsettling silence. At first it just feels odd and it is hard to understand what’s happening, but after a moment everyone realises the clicking that had echoed and engulfed all other sounds had stopped. Even the chewing and crunching sound that Dreel heard earlier ceased, as the creature making it stands motionless by the sudden change.
Ignus and Clipclop
The Pixie freezes as the sound stops, but then she seems to panic. She looks back and forth a few times – down the hall and back to the chimera that is now no longer chewing. After a moment of hesitation the Pixie flies towards the Chimera.
“Go! Is no time for snacking. We shouldn’t be in here.” The pixie tugs on the chimera’s scruff and speaks to it in draconic. This time Ignus hears it clearly. It’s the same female voice he had heard before and this time he can notice the Fey’s thick accent as she speaks.
Dreel
By the corner of his eyes, Dreel notices a shadow form around the lower edge of a nearby closed door. The darkness continues to gather there as he watches.
Dreel's eyes go wide, being careful to not hurt them but very urgently getting the group's attention, pointing out the shadow which is growing at the closed door. Worried about needing the time to prep before hand, with less dramatic sounds then before the blood hunter grits his teeth tight to keep himself quiet as his form once more morphs into the somewhat porcine form of his hybrid transformation, keeping his breathing light so as to not snort accidentally due to his snout.
OOC: 10 minutes from now it will end so will just need a heads up once it's been 10 in world minutes.
