"Good morning to you all. And yes it is Geerblir, I suppose its a mouthful but it is what it is. I will be happy to take up a post inside the wagon watching the supplies. Somewhere quiet where I can read would be nice. Ill be prepared for whatever comes my way however. Coffee's good if you like."
Geerblir takes the remainder of his bacon and wraps it in a cloth and places it inside of his pack. He also replaces all the books he had been reading and stands to his full 3 feet. "Are we ready then? Where are the others?"
Almost as if on cue, Varis starts to make his way down the stairs towards Geerblir and Eyrin. He looks around the bar and closes his eyes as he smells the sweet, sweet aroma of bacon. He casually makes his way over to a plate of it that just happens to be sitting on a counter, grabs a piece and pops it in his mouth. He looks at his new "coworkers", nods and just continues walking towards the exit.

In the yard near the wagon Cormac is seen finishing what appears to be a set of exercises designed to build strength and flexibility in the shoulders arms and chest. He finishes the kata and puts his hammer away. He is towelling off when he sees the others come outside. That time is it already? Give me a moment to get my armour on and I’m ready to go! I’ll walk by the oxen and help make sure the wagon doesn’t get stuck in any ruts
Dales nods as he eats his pieces of bacon. "Well then, it appears we have a semblance of a plan. Never leave home without one, but never let it be your only choice," he replies, "If it happens that I miss anything, it will be the responsibility of both Shaukku and Eyrin to catch it. I don't miss much, but I'm also just as capable of failing as any one of us. And Geerblir, watching the supplies and the road behind us would be wise. Keep one eye in front and three behind. Bandits could creep up behind nearly as well as they can strike from the front. However, don't be so enthralled by your book that you lose all perceptions.
If for some reason, we must camp on the road, I can take two watches. I need only rest half as much as you so I can do twice as much work in that time. Finding food won't be so much an issue in forests for us - I can scrounge up enough edible foods or game so we don't wear out our supplies. I do recommend that we take our steps very carefully. If we find a bandit camp, I propose we eliminate it both for financial gain and to clear the way for other travelers."
Various issues needed to be hashed out before they hit the road. Or, at least, that's how the Silent Rain did it. These folk looked to be fine material for adventurers, and with the right amount of practice, they could be an effective team - precisely what needing the task would work. He finishes his last bit of eggs and gulps down his coffee. "I'm ready whenever we depart. If we leave now, we can make a fair distance before nightfall. I am certain it will be a pleasure to work with you for this single job."

Varis continues walking towards the wagon, still chewing on his piece of bacon. He nods to Cormac "Take your time. I'm in no rush." He hops in the wagon and sits shotgun, raises and crosses his legs on the front of the wagon and leans back. "We've got a long trip ahead of us."

Cormac finishes getting changed and slings his pack onto the sidebar of the wagon. Im ready and good to go whenever you guys are. Let’s get some distance between us and the North eh?
(Indeed I need an animal handling check from you Eyrin and also as a note the wagon dose have its limits if you were to remove the supplies everyone could ride comfortably but with the supplies you have only four can so you will have to take turns. Also anyone who is familiar with Phandalin would know the journey can be done in one day with a single horse and rider but with oxen it will take two days maybe one and a half if your willing to push exhaustion, but this is a covered wagon think old western so at-least you can sleep out of the elements)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dales will be walking further ahead to scout the terrain. Before he does so, he turns to Eyrin and says, "If you hear a loud caw, that means that there's danger. A howl means stop, and a whinny means watch. This is all if I am unable to return to relay information. If you respond with a howl, we'll say message received." Dales was ready to roll out. He walked further ahead of the wagon to begin his scouting mission.

With deft hand Eyrin flicks the reins as you all head off through the South Gate of Neverwinter. Slowly the area around you changes to rolling foot hill with nothing but beautiful blue sky before you. Dales you keep an eye out as you walk and all is clear a little wild life watch you go by until about midday when you see an odd rock cropping off to the right of the path ahead about a mile.
Varis and Eyrin you both see the stone outcropping as well but your keen eyes instantly know this is not a natural structure and nor has it been here long. Geerblir you are distracted by the very rapturous pages of one of your books. Shaukuu their is a loose thread on the canvas of the wagon you just can’t pull off.

Eyrin is in a good mood this morning. She cheerily asks the server for some bread, stew and coffee.
To Dale:
"Hello! Call me Eyrin. I'm able to deal with animals pretty well, so I could ride the oxen if everyone is alright with it."
