Welcome to this Talaveroth sub-campaign. This should be a little less crowded.
I am currently working on some stuff, so once again, bare with me here lol. I am trying to come up with an adventure that most fits what your characters have done so far. Good job by the way, I like the creativity and role play efforts made in this whole group so far.
What you will do in this campaign will still affect the rest of the World (hopefully), and your actions may end up helping or interfering with other groups stpryline...its all up to you...
Uther wakes up in a bed in one of the tavern rooms, not sure how he got here. As he remembers very little of the night before, he knows atleast that he was love drunk and made somewhat of a fool of himself. Also he forgot all about why he was here in the first place. Sometimes half-orcs are pulled by their baser needs.
A little back story on Uther:
Uther is the son of a major Orc chief, of the B'ors with their bloodline said to be descendants of the God Gruumsh. His mother is heiress to a neighbouring human kingdom. Their marriage solidified the alliance between the two once feuding neighbors. Uther is here to see if he can setup some trade agreements with his people.
Saerirra does not come down to the tavern from her room after waking in the morning. She spends some time in her room doing various things along the lines of keeping her flute clean, and her dress neat. If anyone were to pass by her door they would probably hear some soft humming she does to "wake up" her voice, so to speak.
Laievis spent his days mostly in the Temple of Meryn. There is always some work to do for a healer and in his case - a lot to learn. Not to mention, any temple is a good spot to get the feeling of the place (Tree Peaks at the moment), like an opposite side of the tavern life (which was his "evening" observation post). He had to admit, with all the improvements to interior tavern gave quite home-like feeling. The bartender turned to be a fount of knowledge about anything realm and war related, so Laievis's evenings were both pleasant and useful - a mug of worm wine and a good story, what else can someone need in this life?
Cade - Groggily wakes up in his room in the tavern remembering that he had quite a few drinks the night before...oof! Cade grabs his paper and pen along with one of his favorite history books and starts preparing a farewell event for the taverns official re-opening! He thinks to himself, "I'll have to consult Saerirra for her musical talents and Peshley for her illusions."
OOC: I would gladly RP all 5 days of our life in Hanging Chicken but I have a feeling DM wants us to move on already. And last post clearly stated "it's been 5 days since".

(Really?I guess I missed that bit, it's fine though, not like I had much to do anyway. But i think, if we end up doing it at all, the grand reopening party for the tavern Cade had in mind would happen in those 5 days. So I guess it's on the DM to decide if we just say we did and what came of it, or go through the process.)
Okay, here we go. OOC Thank you again for your patience.
Saerrira and Cade, here's my deal to you: for the re-opening, each of you may roll an open PERFORM CHECK, or take some of your 5 days to write and rehearse a joint performance, which (correct me if I'm wrong) would probably be a mix of flute music, gestual/theatrical storytelling, and all kinds of bardic magic added to the mix. In which case, ONE of you may roll with advantage.
If anyone else has any addition to the show, or wishes to do anything specific during the party, speak now, before the Adventure hits you in the head and kidnapps you 😆...
I will describe the event here & in the main thread, so that hopefully your performance makes a true impact, and maybe draw the attention of a few celebrities...
Once the show is over, a familiar NPC offers all of you (Saerirra, Cade, Peshley, Uther and Laeivis) a drink backstage, in one of the brand new extra-dimensional "VIP lounges". It's the pregnant Human woman "commoner" who epically helped Laievis and Uther stop the Mighty Chicken. Except she is definitely NOT dressed as a commoner this time...clad from head to toes in a Silver and Gold full plate Armor bearing the Insigna of Mastandia, and the Great Alliance, a glowing sword at her side, and a giant banner resting across the table, where a tactical map of Talaveroth is spread out, dotted with miniature wooden banners representing armies.
She is currently whispering with a towering Mastandian Elite Knight. The grizzled old War veteran nods as the woman speaks
"You know what to do, Watkins..." He salutes her, then takes his leave
"Yes General. We will not fail our King or the Alliance."
"You never have. Now would be a bad time to start..."

Key: CADE, SAERIRRA, PESHLEY
Cade walks up to the stage with Saerirra following from the left side. Meanwhile Peshley is coming towards the right of the stage all three are attempting to set the mood. (Prestidigitation –Lowering the lightsaround the bar). Once all of the lights have dimmed except for a single bright torch up on stage Cade waits for Saerirra to begin her tune. (A slow overture to get the audiences attention).Cade then says with a beaming voice, “Ladies and Gentleman, allow me to tell you a tale filled with magic, (Prestidigitation - Shower of gold and white sparks)("Ta da!" sound) might (Strikes a fighters pose), and riches!(Minor illusion - open chest full of gold and gems)(Short tune indicating a small moment of triumph)This tale, however is not one of delight, this story is meant for the ears of those who travel together henceforth as a warning! We begin our story with the harbor City of Calaunt, which is not a particularly spectacular city...in fact some would say it down right stunk!(Minor Illusion - Map showing location of the city)Most of the buildings were of a depressing gray color and were so closely packed together that there was no room for any trees or greenery to grow. The streets were littered with trash and all manners of waste...especially the brown kind...'Is it just mud?'...I wouldn't trust it if I were you. If you were thinking, 'Eh...at least it has a harbor. Maybe I'll go for a swim.', which you could, but you won't come out the same. The water around Calaunt has been made unbearable due to the amount of pollution that inhabits the water...and if it happens to be a hot summer...Phew! There was one single structure within the city that was considered grand though. Builtwith red brick on the Eastern side of Calaunt it was a massive sight to behold called the Fortress of the Five Vultures.(Minor Illsuion - picture of a fortress with large birds circling it) (Short somber note of despair)
The fortress housed the Supreme Scepter and his Merchant Dukes...they were the rulers of Calaunt and they ruled with an iron fist that clutched a bloody dagger!(Minor illusion - a dagger with a drop of blood about to drip from its point)(Saerirra gives a look of horror)They would often go through the city and confiscate magical items and riches from visitors to the city claiming, “It's for the benefit of the City.”, to which they stockpiled an impressive collection of magical items...that they of course were the only ones allowed to have for their own personal use. Oh and for those of you thinking, 'If I had been there I would have shown them what for!', well, you would've taken up permanent residency in the filthy waters(Classic sound of something falling, you know the one)(Prestidigitation - Sound of a splash)that surround Calaunt, for those who ruled had no qualms with having slayed any visitor who either meddled in their affairs or had overstayed their welcome. The law in Calaunt existed and was doled out to the letter through a vast army of three hundred scores of soldiers(Minor illusion - image of a captain overlooking a large formation of men)(Dun dun dun!)who not only did the bidding of those who ruled the city, but also of the local thieves guild for which they had struck a bargain.
You may be listening to this tale and thinking, 'Ah...yes! I will be sure to avoid cities like this in my travels.,' OR ,'I will make it my duty to stand vigilant against such tyranny if I come upon it!'. If you were paying attention I said at the beginning of this tale that it was for those who travel henceforth, but it was not to warn you of cities like Calaunt that exist, but a foreboding warning to not be the ones to create such a place. Those who ruled Calaunt started out as a band of adventurer's that consisted of: three fighters, a cleric, a wizard, a thief and an illusionist.(Minor illusion - Generic band of adventurers)(Slightly louder Dun Dun Dun!)They took it upon themselves to finally settle down and took over an entire city that would be under their thumb for their own nefarious purposes.(Minor illusion - King sitting on a throne with a bloddy sword across his knees)(Saerirra sticks her tongue out at the illusion and gives a thumbs down)So, go forth and have great adventures and may you find riches and glory, but strive to not leave such a wake of murder and greed that it will be what you are infamously written into the history pages for others to tell to the masses.(Minor Illusion - a large closed tome with the title “History of the kingdoms”) (Prestidigitation - Snuff torch beside Cade)(Simple jingle to note the end of the story).
(We were actually coming up with a performance together in private and we think we have something amazing. But if for the sake of getting things started we just act like we've already done it for now, then here we go I guess.)
Saerirra looks over the heavily armored woman, recognizing her as someone of great importance in the military, even if she may not quite be aware of the specifics, depending on who she is. Not wanting to speak out of turn, she waits patiently until addressed directly.
Cade - After having another performance is delighted to be offered a drink...after all he had been pretty wordy up on stage and was becoming quite parched. He greets Uther and Laeivis who he saw sitting in the crowd. They had been invited towards the back of the tavern to some really nice rooms and Cade thought, "Wow...we had decent rooms at home in our tavern, but not like this!", he stopped when he saw an impressive...very pregnant...lady and what appeared to be a knight. Cade thinks, "Wait...her name is...(remembering the mother and daughter he had checked on after the incident with the tavern)!", he says allowed, "Your name is Thanika...I believe I met your sister and your niece and they had mentioned that you were a very important person." Cade then takes a look at the table in front of Thanika and says, "Ummm...what is all of this?", as he is bewildered as to what he is looking upon.
Okay, here we go. OOC Thank you again for your patience.
