It has lit torch, a bed, a table, some crates that contain random weapons (simple weapons), a table and a carpet on the floor. However, there are no signs of the orcs here. There are no other rooms in which they could have gone. It's like the orcs just disappeared into the cave.
Looks like there must be a hidden doorway. Where else could the orcs have gone. Tomoe will have everyone search for a secret or hidden entrance of somekind.

Looking around the room, you find a wooden trapdoor beneath the carpet. It seems that the door is locked from the other side. Lucia says, "Leave it to me Chief"
Lucia seems to poke and prod with her tools in an unconventional way. Then she pulls the trap door and it opens up. You see a ladder leading down and some light at the end.

The party goes down though they aren't being very stealthy as a whole. At the bottom of the ladder, the path opens up. There is a few steps of stairs going down (4-5 steps) and then the path goes forward and turns to the east. The walls are made of stone and bear banners of not only Razorback but also of strange gods (Religion check). On the path leading up to the turn, there are two doors, one on the east wall and the other on the west wall.

On his shoulders are two contraptions that look almost like smaller versions of cannon. His head is a one-eyed skull. Sometimes the eye socket glows with a blow will-o-wisp like light. When that happens, he can see the future.
Information on the Heretical gods have been added to the public DM notes. Everything written in the public DM notes can be read and be treated as in-character knowledge.
Meanwhile Sarah and Simon returns to the restaurant and have lunch. Then Wang gives a short sermon and informs you of the current situation of his "movement".
"My brothers and sisters listen. Tomorrow we shall perform a deadly but important mission. One of our own have been imprisoned by the guard and we are to break him out. He has already planned an escape so our task is to cause multiple calls to the guard so that they may be drawn away from the station. With the station becoming undermanned due to guards being sent to various places, he will be free to escape. Some of you may have already know of the person we are freeing. His name is Geis. You may have heard nasty things about him such as the reasons for his imprisonment. I assure you that the allegations are wrongfully exaggerated and the crimes he did commit were for a greater cause. He is innocent of most the crimes and he is our ally in our movement. So we must free him.
"We will do this by setting off bombs and starting fires on the edges of the area that is under the particular Guard Station. I must warn you that you may encounter the Guard Captain, Seraph Frostfang in this mission. If you do, try to keep him busy but be careful for he is very dangerous."
Wang then uses a map of the city and points to various X's drawn around a building. The building is circled. He says, "This circled building is the Guard Station where our ally is being held. These X's are the buildings where we will be mounting our attack."
He splits his forces up into small teams of 4 and designates a location for the teams. He then either hands them bombs or Alchemist Fires.
"The time for the attack must be near synchronized. It will take place at noon (12:00 PM) tomorrow. Rest well all of you for you will need it for the mission ahead."
Ingrid is assigned to the same team as Simon and two dragonborn. One of the two are a 2nd Level Paladin and they are designated the team leader.
Ingrid as Sarah will great her team and will eventually dismiss herself for the night. She will spend an hour or so wandering the City making sure she isn't followed before returning to the hotel with the others to tell them about the plan to burn the city. She may believe that the nobles are complacent and often a cause of the lesser citizens suffering, but she cannot abide these methods.

I did say there was a turn. Though I'm sorry since it seems to me that I wasn't clear.
The east door appears to lead to a bedroom of some kind. It is unlit so it's dark here. There's a desk, a bed and a banner with the same symbol on a wall next to the bed. There is a desk and a bathroom. There appears to be a stolen Heavy Crossbow on the Table. It seems magical.
